Geothermal power plants because that bonus has been sitting there for ages, and we're about to do a lot of heavy industry work which is going to be power hungry. MSRs will fill that gap in time, but right now geothermal is what's available and won't ding our Fuel levels. Also doing two ant once lets us make better use of our bonus, I think?

No more delays!
We are experiencing delays.

I took out the rail stock factory and starting the Dragon rail in order to free up two actions to deal with... the time sensitive manner of the whole 'China lost some nukes' debacle. As HC confirmed on Discord, Jungmin would have reasonable cause to plan for the worst case.

The bright side of this is that the design and zoning will be done before we break ground, and the geothermal power-plants will be running so we don't risk any brownouts of production slowdowns.

Land use is a huge thing for rail development, and while we're at it we may as well come up with a more general national zoning plan that will save us a headache later by planning for future growth on a longer term horizon.

China has misplaced a number of nuclear devices that have failed to check in or be retrieved after the initial chaotic start to the fighting. There is now a none-zero chance that one of the factions involved may use one or more of these devices.
Allies forces should be forewarned and supplies for operating on a nuclear battlefield distributed.
The western powers need to also be informed, and a red phone type communication lines set up in order to ensure rapid and clear communication minimize the chance of, you know, nuclear war.
Our relief efforts should also formulate emergency plans for dealing with literal and metaphorical fallout of the use of nuclear weapons. Stockpiles of radiation poisoning medication need to be set up, and civilians educated and drilled on what to do in the event of exposure.
The focus should be on making sure that our response will be coordinated and effective.
Special forces and intelligence assets should be dispatched to reinforce efforts on the ground track down the missing warheads, and strike missions made available to promptly react to any leads.

Financial default is no joke, and we van help multiple countries at once here while fucking with the IMF. Reputation gain from it is low, but I think it's important to start doing more than just sponsoring revolutions. :p

Now... A Red Rising makes me nervous, because the US has never exactly had a sane reaction to feeling its colonial interests are threatened, but the rewards are large, ethically it would be a real dick move to leave them hanging, and frankly if the US can sponsor massacres in south east Asia, us sponsoring rebellion in south America is only fair.

We're going to have to be sneaky about it, I think our best bet will be narco torpedoes - towed submarine cargo containers filled with goods that are dragged by fishing boats and handed off in open water.

    The time...has finally come.

    The stars are right.

    The constellations have aligned.

    And the Most Glorious Democratic People's Republic of Guangchou, Light of All Nations, Defender of all Humanities, and Paradise on Earth, begins a work that has always been started, always been done in the background, but has never received any amount of funding or attention it needed to properly function and fulfill its purpose.

    The talk is, naturally, about the construction of a national railway system.

    And yet, while there is a stupendous amount of work to be done in its creation, from the factories that will produce the tracks and locomotives to the assignment of the workers and deference to the Unions to ensure local conditions are correctly utilized and circumvented, another, far more important, work is to be done.

    The talk is, of course, about how the locomotives, train cars, and railway stations will look!

    Unfortunately, some things of lesser concern must be prepared for, like the requirements for your trains, if you will use different locomotives for goods and people, and all that, but that can be pushed aside for the important things. Fashion.

    so a few quick idea before i real try to search for more:
    1:firefighting train ,2
    2:choose the track gauge, do we conform to an already existing one or do we create a new one
    3:creating a device that would allow wheel vehicle tu use rail if needed
    4: a predidential railcar ,or just a high security railcar that can be used by any vip president included
    5:a litle something to make stations more weelchair friendly
    6:two idea to make the whole thing a little less expansive 1 ,2
    7:maybe a training station with training train and stuff like that
    8:maybe letting people voting on the decoration of their local railcar/station ?,trying to let local artist do some stuff ?
