Some flexibility is necessary, just....I'm glad we scared him due to our ideological commitment and inflexibility. The world is sadly lacking in people who genuinely give a shit about the ideology they profess to be using so to see that be A Thing is a shocker.
Also I just go finished catching up after being new to this and I have to say I'm very say y'all didn't do red-black reconciliation after trying to call your manifesto the anarcho-communist manifesto. Really feels like a missed opportunity.

Or are very good about being "inflexible" when it comes to "making concessions to the needs of the little people." Because when you're the kind of person who hacked their way to the top of the power structure, possibly literally, it becomes psychologically very easy to accept other people's suffering as the price of success. Most are flexible in a manner of whenever something inconveniences them, instead when it comes to better meeting the goal of said ideology...
This isn't because hereditary monarchy is good. It's because Darwinian violence seems to favor the rise to power of some very, very fucked-up people, to the point where selecting leaders effectively at random, or effectively at random plus handicapping of their ability to govern imposed by privilege and nepotism, can get less-bad results.
Which, unfortounately is a fundamental problem.A process which promotes the success of people willing to do anything to get ahead will invariably lead to the success of people who serve themselves at the expense of others.
A process which promotes the success of an individual towards good governance may lead to individuals who achieve good governance, until such time as the situation eventually devolves to the former process.
We want to not have it devolve to the former process.
Yeah we should look into democratising our nation soonish. Best we start it early and slow, so we can built something of a democratic culture instead of trying to force it through top down when it turns out our kids aren't necessarily the best to take over after us.Which, unfortounately is a fundamental problem.
'Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.…'
Winston S Churchill

What is a "Pitosin"? All I'm finding is "Pitocin", which is a synthetic version of oxytocin hormones.
