I don't remember if the Babylon Rogues are included....But anybody remember the Babylon Garden? The ancient island ship of the Babylonians? Turns out, the Babylonian Rogues (Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow, and Storm the Albatross) are descendants of the ancient Babylonians....
On top of THAT...in the Archie Comics (well, Pre-Reboot version. I can only speculate about the Post-Reboot version) the Babylon Rogues are former members of the Battle Bird Armada. This would lead one to believe that the Armada is ALSO has ties to the Babylon Garden.
I have suspicion that the Babylon Garden, Babylonian Rogues, and Battle Bird Armada are in the vicinity of the Valuan Empire.
The Battle Bird Armada (IF IT IS ACTIVE HERE) not only has their Battle Fortress, but access to several types of walkers, hover pods, mini-subs, and extreme gear. The Babylon Rogues are competent thieves and combatants, and SUPREMELY skilled with Extreme Gear.
Babylon Garden itself is protected by a guardian entity, names "Angelus" in the Archie comics. Which has genie physiology, swordsmanship, energy ball projection, an control of holographic environment.
It makes thematic sense that they'd be near an empire in the skies.

Welkin would definitely be happy to see Isara alive, but definitely baffled at what's happening, especially if Isara starts copying Eggman as a mad scientist.
Oh well, that's a pleasant surprise. At least we'll know that we'll always have some muscle once we recruit the available batch here.. so how do we get more heroes since we've effectively drained up the Greenhill zones people who are willing to work with us? More specifically that isn't a machine or a mercenary that we have screwed over
Funny and slightly sad thats the case, actually zobio and zobiko how would they react to house of dead zombies, is it like the equivalnet of talking to animals? Pschotic person? What is the equivalent of house of dead zombies to normal people terms to zobio and zobiko?
Well, they're a special case due to being zombies, but still have a sense of self And they are actually from house of the dead, just a special from it
Hm....Does this open studies into necromancy?
Joking aside, perhaps they can provide research opportunities into HOW they became undead COULD be useful in creating countermeasures for the "House of the Dead" part of the map.
On a scale of one to 10, what would the odds be if Majima meets Clutch the Opossum? Or becomes a cat to fight some girl in a hat (A Hat in Time reference)?
He'd probably get concerned....but he'd make for a good tactician and tank commander for our Empire! Just as soon as we get him some proper equipment AND a tank up to Eggman Empire code!
