IIRC Gordon and Alfred as well as of course Robin regularly made real contributions.
Wasn't there a cliffhanger episode or two where Gordon was the one who rescued Batman and Robin as well?
I...only vaguely remember there was something like that, but overall the show had a GREAT cast and really used everyone to the hilt. I mean, Alan Napier is ONLY second to The Batman The Animated Series Alfred, and the VILLAINS?! Cesar Romero, Frank Gorshin, Julie Newmar, on and on, one of the great ensemble casts of all time.

Just beat someone with a sock full of healing rocks.
Metal Mesh laundry bag with solid gold tennis balls, the rocks won't activate without contact and socks aren't as sturdy as you're imagining (when hitting someone) unless you do one dress sock inside regular tube sock and I think tennis balls would be funnier (plus alchemist has all the gold right now so why not bling out justfor the lulz)

Just a thought but couldn't the MC get a book dedicated to Transhuman/Superhuman biology? I would imagine that would be a massive boost I'm strength for the metal body. Besides that hidden weapons out of the wazoo would work well

I wouldn't be surprised if those are things he got the instructions to make specifically for the holmcross body when he got the information from the book. Even if that isn't the case he has a regenerate spell so its not like any flesh donors would be missing their meat for long.

I get that this has already been answered. But, the mental image of someone walking in on Alchemist just surgically peeling off a muscle in his arm and a half finished thing in the background that looks like it belongs in a horror movie. So good.

Ah, but then there's a question. Are they getting hit by a bunch of healing rocks, or by a heavy sock? This shall require.... experimentation.
Wouldn't be that bad. If they get the gamer, but not the exp, they are essentially baseline human plus minor stuff.
I believe Player One has the anti-cripple version of Gamer's Body, which could be problematic if the power copying robot got access to it.

on the flip side, while it does cause an anti cripple ability (exept for as debufs, specific attacks can cause debufs like broken leg etc, so it probably would have some untill it got all it's bodyparts together) it also transforms all damage into true damage. and all parts take full damage to the whole, exept for crit areas.

So for a lv 1? sure, it gains a full body, and then Superboy kills it as there is no such thing as a debilitating strike, just full damage and extra damage.

Tbh, the power copying robot is setting-breaking bullshit, even in DC. Especially what clearly looks like a normal-ass robot in YJ.

Hell, I remember that in the animated series, it just kind of ascends into a new level of understanding and eventually becomes a, if not good, neutral guy.

Don't all the heroes die trying to keep the super bot from murdering lex Luthor first?

(Or something insane like that)

That someone will likely be poor Kid Flash, as he has the most emotional reactions.

Kid Flash: :o "EEEEKKKK!!!"

Living Steel can assume the form and function of living flesh so perfectly that it is indistinguishable from biology outside of dismemberment.

When the Team eventually finds out Alchemist is building a golem that can look like whatever (or whoever) he wants, what outcome sound more likely/amusing?

(A) Girls offering advice or (B) Alchemist asking the girls for advice?

I assume Miss Megan would be extra-happy, as someone asking a Martian for input about their body is like the Martian equivalent of a make-over. "What do you think of this skull shape?" "Oh, I love how it brings out your eyes!"

Oof, that's a mistake on my part. It's a special perk rewarded for clearing the I.D. boss. Thanks for catching that! I'll go and fix it.
The quest reward is still listed as having been a skill in the quest notification.

So has Alchemist brought up that he intends to exchange his current flesh for something superior? I imagine he should at least bring it up with Batman in particular because he is going to need his new identity that is being made to match up with what his new body is going to look like, or is he just gonna copy Leslie's looks for the body so it won't matter? Should probably have a member of the League and the sidekick team around so they can avoid the whole possibility of mistaking him in his new skin for being an intruder in the mountain. Also would his physical stats like his strength and dex get an upgrade when he moves himself into his new custom meat? I kind of want to see player one upset over the mage specced character just giving himself better stats than what she worked hard for.

So I'm woundering if he uses his maxed healing on Megan or J'onn would it remove the block that the Guardians put in their species to stop them from having access to their Burning Martians capabilities. Since it not actually natural to their people. because that would be an interesting side effect.

The Oan: Burning Martian War

Burning Martians

Twenty-thousand years ago, the "Burning Martians" were the dominant life form on the planet Mars. Their name originates from the fact that each Martian was perpetually ablaze with a glowing halo of fire. They were a ruthless and barbaric race whose life's goal was to wage never-ending war...

I'm... Not really sure. It's definitely a debuff for the individual, but for Martian society as a whole it allowed them to develop and grow as a people. So it's a mitigating influence?

I recall Burning Martians took their shapeshifting to a whole new level but were absolutely monofocused on their desire to the exclusion and often detriment of other Martians.

Esuna or Dispel might work... But I'm more tempted to consider the burning Martian a regressive dead-end for the species. An echo or genetic memory after however long it's been sealed away, rather than a natural state for the Martians at this point.

It's... Honestly just too complex to say either should work, so I'm going to settle on neither. Maybe a ritual of some kind to embody the ideal strengths of a species could reawaken it.

At which point Alchemist grabs himself another nifty new accessory and has to pull out his Magic Wellness Stick to beat some sanity into people.

Carthus Flame Arc, Blessed Weapon, Lightning Blade, Crystal Magic Weapon and Frozen Blade. All read and, since he wasn't a sadist willing to inflict severe harm on random people, sitting at level one.
You might be able to train blessed weapon without having to hurt anyone given its has more effects than just a damage buff. It also grants minor regeneration so healing yourself with it could slowly level the skill.

I think what the Guardians of the Universe did to there species kinda evolutionary dead ended them as before they were a unified one species that was ripped into three, made into extreme isolationist so they wouldn't leave mars while also making them kinda dependent on mental contact so they couldn't easily leave mars either, so in the land scheme of the universe I don't see there species lasting that long as unless they had a lot more automation going on to gather resources for them so they don't run out I can see a slow end for them.

Given its a comic universe do they even need to leave their planet to get more resources? Why not just wizard that shit up?

From memory the burning martians were a memetic sadistic psychic species. The guardians stepped in when they proved space faring and still sadistic shits. Like, light planets on fire for funsies type sadistic.

They're memetic because if you cure a single Martian back into a burning Martian they're kind of driven to cure the rest of the species. And all they need is psychic contact to enforce it. So, cure Megan. As soon as she's psychically connected to Jonn he gets infected. Then they'll go back to Mars and suddenly there's a planet of monsters that just want to inflict psychic pain on anything around them.

Just doesn't seem worth it. Like, Megan would get a huge power boost to near all of her parameters but it still wouldn't really be worth it.

-Dramatic- shit still happens.

Everybody summons and makes Faustian pacts with eldritch evils and alien outsiders, but nobody ever accidentally summons a kitten.
Well it's mainly because when a person does something like that eldritch evils and alien outsiders take advantage of that to get to the material world.

The burning martians as a species was basically just what if fire was a living being that's what you kinda get but everyone knows there are different types of fire using elemental magic you could probably change what type of fire they embodied but, The guardians of the universe don't stand for all that magic nonsense after all they are kinda responsible for many worlds not having life on them because they created the starheart after all.

ya The guardians of the universe are control freaks that have a hate boner for magic and are not scared of slaughtering races for having it

Yeah but I'm was woundering if it would remove the Forced FEAR of fire that the Guardians added with the yellow light. If he used any of the healing spells on her or J'onn. I do agree that that branch was going to lead into a dead end for the species the removel of the fear of Fire wouldnt be. people dont take into account that the burning ones didn't know any other way of life and by the time there was another option it came from their Enemy so they weren't every going to take it. i just thought it would be interesting if he heals her and removes it by accident and so the domino's fall

It's also almost gotten her and the team killed multiple times since the villains take advantage of it and shes one of the Backbones of the team

No? Burning Martians have nothing to do with Elemental Fire, they just vibrate their body somehow (comic book logic) to create fire. Honestly, the fear of fire isn't even the main fucking thing that the GotU did to the Martians, and everyone pissing on them is forgetting that Martians are fucking able to punch up with Kryptonians and Burning Martians are even stronger, and this is a group of xenophobic, genocidal aliens. The Guardians kinda fucked up, but they had valid reason to intervene HARD.
