Awesome, we can sell Obsolete equipment.

This is important, as while Obsolete Industrial still produces IC; it is not as fluff-efficient. This also gives us the ability to raise temp SoL if we need to.

Selling Obsolete Military Equipment is critical as it lets us directly uptech an ally while pushing re-arm progress.

Supporting our Hung port + sell obsolete equipmemt to hung + sell obsolete weapons to hung + DO hung sounds like a POWER kick to their stabity.

What are our projected buyer targets that we think are likely?
I think its basically Black Sheep(sell guns, get curry, weaken opium trade), Hung(sell guns, get warm fuzzies but nothing immediate) and I'm not sure where the Khemetri stand relative to our current equipment.


Our Army Corp of Engineers is going to be a fantastic way to convert our high Army into railroads though.
Those ports are currently not in great shape but they can maintain shipping out of them... however, with steamships potentially coming up, they will become wholly inadequate for dealing with steamships.
Alright. So 1 investment each should bring them up to 'normal' port standards. 2 for fortified ports. The rest would go to general economic improvement.

Okay so hmm, we're better off focusing on the Trans Kyberian rail line first(how many instances can we afford to start?) and on the Kielmyr line, so we don't need the DO yet.

Remember when we had that one Diplo Genius King who went a bit mad when we insisted in throwing him in war after bloody war? Pretty sure he was the one who invented Absurdism. I remember that he pissed off a lot of the Priests and Upper Nobility with his plays, especially when he had a few laws set up to stop them from being banned by any future rulers.

I'm hoping that the play Yenyna is referencing came from that time, though honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Nokly had written something similar when he was younger.

Trains probably Kyberia, also what's the progress on rearmament? THe sooner it's done the sooner our officer exchange-boosted military research be effective again.

Orignal plan was for us to regain full IC every mid-turn, so I assume we get half our max IC each half turn now.

So if we didn't use any of it, we'd go up to 12 IC next midturn.

This combo is important, it is basically a public works program for all those people who are out of work and don't have factory jobs at the moment.

This lets us soak up unemployed and throw them at a problem which is mostly about throwing fit and health warm bodies at a problem.

Together with crown railway corps you basically create specialized droves of people with engineering training, who can them go back into the job market with new job specializations.
 
Would it be possible to both continue the sweep and improve espionage services.

I also wonder if a Un undirected DO would be worth it.

Provided we get at least 2 IC increase, I think that the rail company balanced against 4 temp IC :D

This plan gets the TKRC up immediately. I put in a sewer to help handle overcrowding issues and keep a large, healthy workforce to throw at those railroads. There's a Develop Hung Port option in there. I put in the RDI to help push back up the IC we lose. The spare 2 PW I threw into Build Political Support so we can mash railroad building as hard as possible next turn.

Very open to suggestions: plans are not my strong suit.

I think sewers have to come first, or we're going to risk a revolt, what with the -3 Temp SoL we'll take from Security funding.

Any plan that votes to get to pollution 6 whether Temp or Perm is strictly un-tree-stituional, and an affront to the countless generations of hardworking foresters whom, with great diligence and care, created this mighty bounty we all partake in, in some form or other, to this very day. Be it by resting under the shade, writing on paper or by tilling the fields, whose soil is kept in place by their roots.

This sketch-like disregard for our environment will unsurprisingly give us a very sketch-like future to look forward to. One of smoggy air and dirty streets, no rustling leaves but the clank and roar of factories.
