Temp Temp IC is not really a stat, but the result of being able to spent Temp IC generated by a +IC action which can't be used for another +IC action, but can be used for a -IC action.

You're going to walk we through it a bit, because I really don't see how the hell did you manage to get our temp IC to zero. You do remember that second round of stat iteration also happens before the parliament bills?

There's actually 1PW floating around in the liberal budget, but we're waiting on Corn to wake up to decide what to do with it.

Per the update, we have 2 Temp IC going into. So this spends 2 Temp IC, and then 4 Temp Temp IC which would appear in the next main-phase as Temp IC. We then use +6 temp Consciousness in place of -6 Temp IC.

Effective Temp IC budget for this bill is actually 12 Temp IC, but is paid in temp Consciousness, temp IC and industry output stolen from the next main turn.

Critically, the Temp SoL > Temp Consciousness, which means our temp Happiness for the main turn is raised up.

We may want to consider using Diplomatic Outreach on ourselves, especially regarding the integration of immigrants. Something for the executive branch to think about next turn.

Yes. We start with 4-5 temp IC.

We should full DO ourselves for +1 trust and follow that with an espionage of ourselves. Then, as much as it hurts, do gather support actions for the rest of our PW. Enter the next turn with 12PW and let IC regen for the factions.

Then Corn can RDI like crazy and we can then railroad and sewer like crazy with all that PW.

Then be ready for a heavy education lift.

You forgot to state your reason for using DO followed espionage mission of ourselves.

The full DO gives +1 perm trust and can be used to integrate the massive population boom effectivly and manage our conciousness, hopefully, to prevent a - happiness event.

High trust let's corn do trade rather than pointless pollution or selling crown corps when IC caps out. I would like to get back in the 15 perm range.

The espionage mission is to root out the Sketch and any other problems before they take root. We need semi-frequent counter espionage. Exspecially if we are considering the Suez. The Sketch will turn to sabotage.

It's probably better to develop espionage network first in the immigrant communities to use their social network to embed ourselves deeper into Syffryn.

Espionage missions should probably focus on general counterintelligence. Most dangerous are people we don't suspect of subverting the crown or initiating an unnecessary purge.

So we have 8 Bonds taken out and we lost another Crown Corps.

That seems very dangerous if we leave it like that for more than a turn or so.

I'm going to ignore it for now as it requires rewriting a new spreadsheet to compute mid-turn plan results differently to main-turn plan results.

The plan still 'works' because temp consciousness and temp SoL degrade, and then we add the required plan temp changes.

But working out final temp consciousness & temp happiness needs more work.

If we can get happiness 7 next turn every PW we save is DOUBLED! Any PW action we can save for a turn should wait.
After realizing mid-turn stat iteration makes working out happiness hidden behind another ~10-15 calculations I'm not sure what the final values are.

I think happiness will be higher since it is dragged back up to 6 before working modifiers.

This confuses people, but stats iterate before Bills. That means Consciousness will decay to 3 (7) and then increase to 3 (12).

Unless this has changed with the rework and I missed it.

This makes any action which works off non-IC temp stats incredibly difficult to reason with.

Worse, since you have said you can pull just generated stats and consume them as part of a plan (ie the entire temp temp IC thing). Given how involved the temp Happiness and temp Consciousnesses calculations are, players simply can't intuitively reason about it. Or even reason without manually computing ~10 stat changes by hand.

Finally, the action-list now heavily favour using temp stats besides Temp IC which is exposing this weakness.

Should be able to work out a new spreadsheet which computes this. But Ugh.

It took all of five minutes for me to get the stats, mainly checking and double-checking that I didn't miss any sources. I just really don't see what's so hard - you first apply iteration, which is all of 2 calculations you can do in 10 seconds per stat, then just add or subtract values from actions, which mainly depends on not overlooking an action or forgetting some little detail like pollution affecting consciousness.

The other problem is AN throws in short andnlong term effects all the time.

Bad harvest, -2 temp SoL. Good harvest, +2 temp SoL.

Hung may or may not start paying out SoL. Saffron may or... Hahahah, no. Saffron WILL set on fire, but the timing is unsure.

Multi-turn planing has a lack of surity we need to keep in mind. Stuff happens.
