Uh... Why do we need to vote to have Cassiel and Dragon go with us? They're the size of a doll. If they go idle they could sneak along in our suitcase, it's better than the logic used to package Standstill and Cat Sith.

Remember, only one or two persons on that particular vacation know Taylor her Cape ID, nobody more, so no people with a animal parts or pets that are extict dino's and all that.
I get Standstill & Cat Sith.
Lacey still needs to patch her relation and going to the hospital every morning, during a vacation, runs counter to the vacation thing and the patching up thing.
Hard to explain where she's going, every morning, too.
No guardian beast that are dino's in beast mode, would stand out waaay too much.
And while Vista would be nice, it would look more as if your trying to steal her from the PRT, what with all that has happend before, including the arm gifts.
Yet going there alone, does not sound great, either.
But the added pressure of them paying for everything, especially if you bring more people with you...
If you bring people, you need to be able to count on them.
Which means you can't even take a TSAB guy or girl with you, and no one else, no matter how usefull it could be in the long run.
This would mean you would need people in the know, to help shield this TSAB person it's lack of Earth Beth knowledge.
Thus, based on the above and that Standstill is PRT, if I remember right, would let us shield some others as well.
Like say Tim, by claiming he works for Dragon and used to be a BB dockworker.
That it also allows some networking as well...
[X] Standstill and Cat Sith – Standstill is the "official" invitee. Cat Sith would accompany her in cat form, and therefore they wouldn't count as two people like Firefly and Nostromo or Epoch and Maclibuin would.
[X] Tim – He's been busy, and everybody needs a break now and then. If he does not come on vacation, he will have a build vote as normal.

Thus [X] TSAB personal, who most likely will let their device hack Earth Beth's internet and stream it to their ship.
Most likely, (s)he would have a guardian beast with a acceptable animal form, in animal form, with her/him, for protection, just hope it's not that of a dog, else expect lots of wondering looks about the lack of Cat & Dog fights.
Also hope this person has acceptable civilian clothing to be used or expect a small shopping trip before this holliday.
And yes, it would give Tim a change to talk some shop with these two TSAB persons (one a guardian beast on protection detail in beast mode).
But so would you and Standstill.

And it would let you inform the PRT on the sly, about the TSAB, if wanted.
Just take Cassiel with you on a later date, to some place you're less likely to out your cape ID, unisoned if you have too.
Like say, visiting the TSAB ship or perhaps Earth Aleph.
Hell, let Dragon do something like this, for the others, on a private beach that she has just bought, like say Midway Atholl.
