[x] Light in the Darkness – Purity is one of the strongest Blasters in the country, and more than once you've heard her be referred to as "evil Legend". This is not someone you can afford to let go unchallenged, even if she hasn't been seen in Nazi company for a while.

That doesn't mean he has the right to go out and kill innocent people as a collateral. His hypocrisy annoys me; he claims parahumans use their powers to kill innocents and ruin the economy yet he himself would use his power in an incredibly lethal way. He outright said that hundreds would die.

I think he's far, far too optimistic. It's far more likely for another gang to either form due to a big number of triggers (there are confirmed tens of capes pre Leviathan, extra conflict on a major scale would increase that) and a new status quo to be reached.

-[X] Uber and Leet. They might be small time, but you need to start somewhere, and they still harm people. Plus, Leet is a tinker, and so could provide you and privateers with at least some cash.

-[X]Merchants. With Squealer already taken care of, they're already weakened. Strike now to finish them off. Attempt to take down Mush from ambush if at all possible, so that he does not have time to assemble his trash armor.

Merchants are already weakened, and taking them out isn't likely to to provoke a general gang war the way engaging the ABB and E88 would. Most of their territory is the sort of place the E88 and ABB don't really consider worth fighting for, after all. It'd also give Calamity Witch some rep, which might be useful if we're going to try to diplomance Purity.

As for Coil...well, it could arguably wait, as Coil isn't likely to betray the Privateers anytime soon, not when they can still serve as useful tools against the other factions, but making somewhat friendly contact with Tattletale is always useful.
