FTFYI want you to try something at home: how hard is it for you to hold your teeth, all of your teeth, at once, vs all the fingernails on a hand or toenails on your feet?
I don't think you are taking into account the flesh that doesn't exist. Or the fact the the bite of the teeth and the undersides of the claws are supernaturally sharp. Or that the bind on the teeth doesn't involved the ring being between the set of teeth where it is sharp.I think you'll find the latter much easier to bind together and manipulate. And dog-boy can't hurt people if he can't get to them, so eliminating his mobility makes him all bark, no bite.
EDIT:
You know how handcuffs work right? You latch it over a narrow part of the limb between two wider areas. In lieu of that, you can put it really tight on fleshy bits and it won't slide off unless whoever wants it off is willing to tear off some skin. Fleshy bits don't exist on Cadejo.
Another example, an actual ring. Those work because a combination of flesh and the knuckles on your finger. Again, narrow vs wide.
Given the lack of flesh, here is an example to use for binding the claws. Get a piece of string, and loop it around four sets of four needles and tie it as tight as you can. You can even tie each of those loops of string to each other. Now, pull each set of needles from either side of the loop. See what happens.
