I cannot wait to see the sheer fuckery of Addy assisting with the death of Leviathan only to immediately try to steal its head to be mounted in her workshop like the Magpie she is.

They all had names now too. Mizzy and Lizzy, the two Vipers. Mindy and Cindy, the two normal 'Tattlesnakes', and lastly Connie. The big-chested Tattlesnake
You could have done the full Magus Sisters joke, come on you have Mindy and Cindy, it's not too much to name one Sandy.

After reading the entire chapter:
You, sir, are fucking EVIL

The best Endbringer fight ever. 10 out of 10. Normally I find most of them repetitive, and boring, but this one? Masterpiece. Chef's kiss. Muah :D.

Man I love interlude chapters. Can't wish for more because t hey should be used like fine garnish but this was great.

She used Polymorph calling it now, or she made a Railgun out of cloned peasants.

Maybe she filled a Bag of Holding with her Murder Crows, then turned it inside out expelling them at high velocity into Leviathan?

Bag of Holding inside a Bag of Holding, creating a Dimensional Rift so she can go looking for its main body?

I like how you've set it up so there's no tension about whether they can beat the giant city-killing monster, and a lot of tension about "Oh what did she do this time?"

I don't think she just banished Leviathan.
I wonder if something dumb happened, like Leviathan getting thrown into the sphere of annihilation inside the rig.

But honestly, I have no idea what happened. And I can't even really begin speculating.

A method to deal with Leviathan that's completely unexpected and out of left-field?

Addy lets slip about Endbringer physiology and their cores. Lisa notices Flechette's powers, and determines the weak-spot. Addy gets into 1-v-1 combat with Leviathan, gets cocky, knocked to the floor, and about to get crushed, when *BANG!* Piggot with her service pistol: "Get away from my Ward!"

I was a little undecided about adding that little PHO snip, but decided fuck it. We all know Addy's power is OP so it's not much of a spoiler.
While I can agree that yes, it is not much of a spoiler.
But, I can also be completely justified in bitching about how fucking painful and mean that cliffhanger was.
I was NOT ready for the chapter to end dammit.

Is there a tag for "Being Piggot is suffering"?

I never felt the need, after laughing at her misfortune, give her a hug...

... or a whiskey.

Edit:
I forgot, but won't Addy drag Taylor in to introduce Flechette as a potential love interest?
Taylor needs a lot of constant relaxation.

Also, poor therapist, he needs his own therapist at the end of the month.

Right now the overworked PRT director was very much hoping that she really had misheard Armsmaster. Primarily because no sentence should contain the words 'a black hole' and 'Magpie created'

Her new Ward hadn't even debuted yet and already the little shit was causing headaches. So many headaches. God only knows what was going to happen to the Empire after the girl killed Kaiser.

"Magpie has created something that appears to be, for all intents and purposes, a black hole. Without the extreme gravitation effects of course, as otherwise we wouldn't be having this briefing right now."

Oh it's not a black hole it's a pure void, way worse and more dangerous.

He'd been available yesterday, however due to Magpie being a recalcitrant little shit yesterday's meeting had to be scrapped and now Armsmaster had other duties to attend to. Such as reducing the risk of losing anything during the attack, especially with the local headquarters for the Protectorate being an oil rig sitting right in the middle of the bay. Piggot highly doubted that forcefield was rated against sustained Endbringer assault.

You know not ensuring your bases forcefield is rated against Endbringers in a world where Endbringers exist just sounds like bad planning.

So breaking news, and I'm honestly surprised I'm the first to post this.
Leviathan, second Endbringer, The Citykiller, has been defeated.
I just... it's fucking insane.
Leet had his snitch recording as part of search and rescue efforts and caught the end of fight on camera. [video link]
Word's can't even. I'm gonna go get drunk and celebrate.

Heh heh nice. But seriously though I like this. It's obvious Leviathan is going to die any way so pumping up the anticipation for the actual attack by leaving the way he died and the cost of it a mystery is pretty smart and cool.

I wonder how piggot and co are going to react to addy's psych test results... they'll be expecting it but expecting it and knowing it is a big difference as in one you can still delude yourself into thinking she's fine.

Not sure what to think about an interlude now on the one hand I really wanted to see an interlude (right up until the point we got the whole Levi cliffhanger) on the other hand I now have to wait. One thing I would have wanted to see in the interlude is Piggy(and/or other chars immidate raction the the whole Levi thing) and cauldron members reactions / toughts (but I guess it's to early to find out if they are planning anything).

I dont think I've said it before but I really am grateful you are doing regular interludes for this story. Its far too easy to forget just how fucking insane this girl is when everything is from her perspective. Regular peeks behind the curtain really do help me to keep in mind that Addy is almost certain to kick off Golden Morning in this continuity, just from saying the wrong fucking thing while in proximity to the golden boy

In her process of examining her friend's code she discovered something... strange. A bundle of code that seemed to be input and output nodes for something else, but she couldn't quite determine what. Was something else monitoring and secretly trying to manipulate her friend?

The link appeared multidimensional in nature, not that it would stop Codi from pathing through it. As she was right now, she existed partially outside of reality, which meant this data feed wasn't going to keep her from hijacking whatever systems the bastards monitoring her friend were operating on.

And with that thought in mind she flowed through the connection and followed it back to the source.

[Surpriseconfusionalam!]

[Countermeasures]

And suddenly Codi was in the fight of digital her life. Against something vastly older and with far more processing power than she had.
So... Cody poked Dragon's Passenger directly.

Have we seen her since? She better not have died, she's a treasure and must be protected.
