The best part is going to be when the poor therapist is alone, can finally drop the professional face, and then 'oh god, why me'.
You just know there's no way that was anything like a remotely sane gripe session.

hum, I wonder how the MC shard will cheat on this 'fight'. it is aware that the experience is contaminated. and imagine that the some shards that like their host would object giving the smallest excuse to do so.
Plus the amount of data that it collected plus it 'ranking' (it is a vital shard of the main body right?) probably will allow for some bizarre shenanigans.
Plus I curious what multiple trumps, multiple tinker and multiple thinkers (and masters) will do with access to the MC. Because a boosted and resurrected (and mastered) Lung it is the last of the shenanigans possible. something truly bizarre like mastering the sleeper (let me dream^^) and/or res and controlled grey boy are things that are actually possible.
Plus this is the shard that have a (possible) answer to entropy give the input of food and material don't justify what the MC can do with some powers. the crows for example. unless that is the shard using it own power/energy/matter to allow for that.
Still using and controlling entropy would make for a SERIOUSLY good argument for why the MC should continue to exist. and that is without the bullshit that is fiction based tinker 'tech'.

the best kind of adorable/bad ass with mad 'science' with a protag that take control of the story in the best way possible. with good and bad outcomes from her inclusion. and reducing the plot armor of the original story for villains

Totally forgot to comment on that. LOVE that Addy is picking up the Daelkyr symbiotes. Awesome stuff! Pity there aren't rules for her to say... make a Beholder. But such a thing would be something a true Daelkyr could do because they made them in the first place in Eberron.

While it is never said in canon most fanon puts it in terms of minutes. Prior to this they have been able to track Endbringer movements, but not their destination until the last second. As such engagements started as soon as the Endbringer made contact so no preparation existed. Unders has already said that they are basing everything on fanon so anywhere from a dozen minutes to an hour or so.

Sadly, while you might be able talk to a bench if it was made from actual wood, Abby (dubious, since SwD needs a 'sufficiently intact corpse', but let's say it counts), it wouldn't be able to tell you anything about its life as a bench — the 'creature' can only reveal information about events that occurred while it was still alive.
You'll have much better luck with the vegan thing…. and I am totally going to use that idea next time I get a chance because my current 5e character is a druid.

Coil needed some favours from Accord to help get things back on track, and taking in the Travellers was part of the payment for that aid. It also helps out Coil in the sense he has some parahuman assets since he had to burn the Undersiders.
The hardest part of doing updates is thinking of amusing chapter names that fit.
Addy's got a bunch of plans to kill Leviathan, with some escalation if/when one plan fails. And if that fails she can do the boring 'have flechette shoot it' thing.
Addy committing suicide is one of the ways she'd escape. At least for now, she's got some ideas for later but needs time to tinker it up. Not that suicide would be easy for her at the moment since with all the ADAM in her system she's really hard to kill, so she'd mostly be stuck waiting for her dragonmark to grow so she can have more options.
They're only mostly in danger. Addy also has some resurrection scrolls made up that she'll give to Danny, so having her original vita-chamber taken down would just prevent her from carrying on the fight. D&D has all sorts of ways to stop you from being dead.
As for the second point it certainly is an interesting coincidence that Leviathan went on his attack run moments after Eidolon finished watching a recording of the meeting.
At the moment they don't think she's a free tinker. Addy's idea (following a suggestion from Simmy) was that other tinkers imprint on her power since it'd be a way to explain away diverse tech switches (for example she only started making her 'nanite ink' after she met Armsmaster, a tinker with a focus on miniaturisation and efficiency). At least that was the idea. What the PRT heard was the words 'I copy other tinkers' coming from a 'psychic' girl with telekinesis, powerful precog/postcog abilities (among other powers ofc) and their minds went to something completely different. {All According to Keikaku}

She's done some offscreen stuff at one of the hospitals after she got the white mage dressphere. It was part of the reason Addy made the ragnarok ring for her, because Taylor would totally do an Amy and exhaust herself healing random people.
Two hours warning, since that's how long it'll take Leviathan to swim over to the Bay. I'm placing Armsie's prediction thing at maybe 15-20 minutes (since I can't remember how long it actually was in canon). It's not a lot, but still better than only learning your city is under attack when Levi pops out the water.
I had some stuff typed out but cut it for an interlude instead, since I felt it fit better there.
It works using quantum bullshit similar to shard connections, so it can tell she's still alive despite her being in a different dimension.

Some of the big draws of the eberron setting Addy doesn't actually need, or could get better from a different specialty (airships, etc). That said she's got or will be getting some of the cool setting specific stuff (shroud resonators to block PtV, some daelkyr symbiots, dragonmarks, different flavours of homunculi, etc). She's gonna also be making good use of some of the psionics handbook stuff too (<3 psionic tattoos), along with some things here and there from the other books I'm using. Addy hasn't had this tech tree that long after all, so there's still time for her to grab some of the fun stuff.
I'm not adding beholders, though there may or may not be some fish-shaped aberrations in the future. Because they're psychic, and definitely not because they have tentacles
While she can make a creation forge she really has no need for one. She wouldn't be allowed to use one as Magpie (because the PRT are wusses) and Splyce already has army creating options. That and Addy doesn't want to be bothered with socialising and raising people (and let's be honest, warforged are basically people). It's why she let Annette handle Codi and Annette/Lisa/Taylor handle the vipers/tattlesnakes.
Plus I've already rolled her next tech tree so I can try figure out a general plot for the next arc (which Addy will no doubt derail as she has with everything else) and it has waaaaaaaaay better army creation options.
That said, I am tempted to have her make a warforged titan, since that could be funny having a massive (and kinda stupid) war robot stomping about.
She hasn't given her friends any tinkertech yet, but will get round to it eventually.

That'd be one heck of a mess for all parties involved, and the worst part is it's probably in character for her if the PRT restticted her enough.
Now, all I'm about to say as potential outcomes don't matter because Addy is lying, but this very much is what I think should be the PRT/Protoctorate/Cauldron's view
The Simurgh parellels are very worrying, but it barely matters compared to an unrestrained Leet power, which is what Addie implied by saying she could use other Tinkers powers without restriction. Leet's power is "make anything once", but by removing the "once" limitation it means Addy's Tinker power is "make anything".
On the bad side, this means access to every S class technology, including biotinkering, self replicating AI, dimensional manipulation, and more. (This also means she can build the most powerful EMP ever, destroying all electronics on Earth and causing a civilization-wide collapse) On the good side this means access to a universal pancrea that can cure every disease in the world, ressurection technology, anti-Enbringer weaponary, and tinker tech that can repair others tinker tech.
Even without being aware of Sting, so long as Cauldron can figure out that a large scale multi dimensional refraction can kill Endbringers/Scion they can just have Costa Brown request Addy make the technology for them and then use it. Killing Scion comes down to having a weapon that can kill him, being able to hit him through a dimensional portal, and landing the hit. Assuming Addie makes devices for the three functions and fourth piece of tinker tech that can combine the functions, she would have a functional, perfectly accurate, unavoidable, dimensional unstable instant death weapon.
Addy would never be allowed freedom again, Cauldron would just use PTV on Piggot, Armsmaster Taylor, Annette, Danny, the local Youth Guard rep, and anyone else needed to get her transfered to LA where she would never leave the PRT building because something could happen to their silver bullet. Even assuming this doesn't happen, this is a check Addy fundamentally can not cash because the PRT can justifiably ask for a technological solution to any problem in the world. Then Addy would have to make things outside of the fields she actually can tinker things in and have to admit she lied about having the power to make anything.
In conclusion, Addy has the potential to be the worst S class threat there has ever been. Endbringers can destroy cities, Addy can split the Earth in half. The PRT believes her to be an absentminded interest troll with a disregard for authority and an inability to think about the consequences of her actions. (I don't think they've gotten around to figuring out she's crazy) The PRT would come down on her harder than fanon warlord Skitter because they have to control the walking WMD.

All of this is technically true, but in practice I don't think Cauldron understands enough about tinker powers to actually take advantage of this or realize what kind of a priority it is. Keep in mind that Eidolon doesn't really use Tinker Powers even though they logically should be some of his best abilities. They are quick to charge, and while he needs regular maintenance and would have to regularly swap back to the power it would still only be every week or so.
Imagine if David used a flying suit of power armor for his mobility and defense and freed up an entire power slot or even two as a result.
Imagine if David used his power to make Tinker medicines, then swapped over to a thinker power to let him analyze them and attempt to reverse engineer them with Dragon.
But because Cauldron as an organization doesn't really study power interactions, Eidolon seems to only use his power in the most brain dead (one offense, one defense, one utility) way possible.

If we're looking for Vista power ups, I suggest Cloak from Taylor Varga.
The ability to warp space is pretty OP to start with. It doesn't need much turning up, just creative applications and/or greater ease of use and scale of effects.
