They're currently still settling down, so I'm not sure what exactly we should send them. Generic supplies in the form of Goodwill? An airship for traveling? Experts like doctors or engineers? Straight-up people?

The villages we designed mostly stayed Mutated villages, they didn't get booted out by Nobles wanting to earn money. Black Hole Villages still exist and the Misc. category in the Faith Action folder of the Turn focuses on getting people out of them. We also have a Building project to clean the existing BHV up, so far we only have done that near Strul.
