so how do overwhelming presences stack? for example if sixth heaven had an ally with an OP that reduced actions by one would that mean no one without there own OP would be able to act? Because as is it sounds like there is no real counter to somone building a group of OP's that shut people down and then just have that group murder everyone.

Sure you can send out your own OP guys, but at that point why bother with an army if the entire thing can be shut down by a handful of guys? Nukes are new so a group of things with complementary OP's would render armies utterly pointless until very recently.
 
I've been playing the Devil Survivor games, and I thought that it might make decent characters. And I wanted to make Epics with overpowered abilities.
Lesse... First off, names: Don't just copy the names of the character you're expying. Especially when the character is male.

Stats: No, bad.
one of them has a higher Base Resilience than the old Gabriel did at level 1, and the other hits harder than Goddess White
If you can look at this and not immediately find something wrong with it, you need to stop making MGs and take a step back.

Affinities: Rule and Epic for both of them. Both of which are really overused affinities at this point.

Weapons: Infernal's doesn't match her aesthetically, and Divine needs another pic, because that's Caliburn, and White Knight has Caliburn.

Spells: They're a bit strong for level 1, but probably alright.

Abilities:
Herald of Damnation

-All allied negative affinities have all their stats multiplied by 10. All opposed positive affinities have all their stats divided by 10. This ability controls Health and Resilience.
Herald of Salvation
Level 1

Alright, I'll change the names. Give me a few minutes to come up with suitably feminized names.

Regarding the stats, I was trying to go with another team like Winter and Summer Queen, with one strong where the other is weak. I'll change the stats to something like twice as srong as average, in one area, half the average in another area. That should bring them below the Goddess's in the equivalent stats.

Affinites: I wanted to make Epics with overpowered Abilities, so that's staying. I'm fine with them being rendered noncanon because of it. As for Rule, I couldn't think of a better Affinity.

Weapons: Give me a few minutes to find pictures more fitting.

Abilities: With them, I was planning on something like "no matter the ability's level, anyone with the affinity matching the criteria get's boosed by 10", with the level only affecting the health and resilience. I could make a third ability, give it something like My Power Sustains Me, The Horseman's Body, make that the controller, and remove the levels from the Herald Abilities if that's better.
 
Honestly, I'm kinda surprised that Overwhelming Presence isn't a standard feature for Grand Archangels and super high class demons (what class is even comparable to a Grand Archangel anyways?).

huh, and then MG's show up and like the top few dozen start getting them. I'm starting to get why magical girls are considered so horrifying despite most of them not being super powerful. Also goes to show the UD really wanted to stop the nukes given sixth heavens OP was the kind of thing that would all but shut down almost every other MG on the battlefield. You'd think they would have sent something like a spawn of mayhem before risking someone with such a potent strategic scale ability.

If you're using the Goddesses as your stat benchmark, there's your problem. The Goddesses aren't "don't go past here", they're "If you see this, you've gone way too far".

This might be partly my fault since I suggested the use of the Horseman's Body as the controller for the Four Horsemen's health and resilience.

Alright, I've changed their stats to twice as good as average in their best areas, and half the average in their worst areas. That's reduced Infernal to 2,000 damage, which considering she lacks Ichi's Timewalk Ability seems better balanced.

Regarding the Abilities, perhaps reduce the boost and division to 5 instead of 10? That way the abilities are still useful, and potentially a killer against certain opponents, but not too overpowered.
This might be partly my fault since I suggested the use of the Horseman's Body as the controller for the Four Horsemen's health and resilience.
I think he was referring to the multiply/divide all stats by 10 part of the Herald Abilities, though I could be wrong about that.

Thanks to the Hostile Divinity Effect he gets from Core Connection, he's probably one of the most powerful mortal human Practicioners alive now, isn't he?
Remember to save some for that awesome Demon King! Unless he can spend XP on that now in which case go crazy!

Personally, I recommend you stick to Jian or Katanas, or if you absolutely must give them a European sword like this, try and find one that that's actually drawn, rather than a photo of a prop piece.
