That's a pretty horrible anticlimax to her last stand............

Been assuming this whole time that it took just as ridiculous of a demon entering the battle for her to go down.

As is, Sixth Heaven + backup is enough to beat her :(

Gabriel still went down like a boss despite that.

A SUPER Boss. Like taking on all Organization 13 Data Battles on Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix at the same time kind of SUPER Boss.
 
it's kind of weird that you can be affected by the overwhelming presence of somone a lot weaker than you if you haven't been grinding up your reputation, especially since there are some that more or less amount to "you are no longer combat effective"

Yeah, but her stat sheet makes it seem like she would always fight like that kind of boss. That's kinda what would be expected of the leader of Heaven, which from the sound of things is the closest thing there is to a light side counterpart of the Dark Lord.

Hearing "Dark Lord can easily defeat any of the Goddesses" and "Leader of Heaven gets trolled hard by Overwhelming Presence" is just really freaking jarring in a way that breaks suspension of disbelief!

And original Gabriel didn't have a completely ridiculous reputation known throughout the entire LDC?
She did. It's just the full story behind how she died is really spoilery and we really don't want to spoil it.

huh, most gods don't have overwhelming presence. So does that mean the easiest way to kill a god is to get a pile of overwhelming presences that add up to rendering somone helpless and then just wailing on them until they fall down?
 
Didn't she also have like 18 attacks per turn though? How did they even get that all the way down to 0?
Remember that Sixth Heaven's one reduces attacks/turn to exactly 1, regardless of how many you had to begin with.

Pretty sure most gods don't even notice that you're there, and thus aren't affected.

I like.
 
To clarify their Herald Abilties, neither of them can benefit form their own Herald Ability. And due to the wording I chose, neither of them are effected by their comrade's Herald Ability. But with the fact that one of them has a higher Base Resilience than the old Gabriel did at level 1, and the other hits as hard as Goddess White, that doesn't really matter too much, does it?
