Huh. Forgot to explain that.

Truth is more or less wanting to split off in a different direction and investigate separately to figure out whats going on. Instead of just rushing off after White.

I have to point out that technically splitting up (Never split the party!) means we're not actually following Truth.

Still it's a sensible decision.

[X]Follow Truth. She has a point. And dangerous or not, it's probably the better option between the two.

Besides going exploring on our own will probably get more xp then trailing behind Goddess White and two of The Maidens.

I think Truth's option is more of ignoring White and getting our group to look elsewhere (i.e. Its split off to a different direction, not split up)

Its somewhat questionable tho, given that even the scorpion headed downstairs and all the super combatants are converging there.

Edit: And im curious about what kind of skeletons the Unified Light has in the closet, if the mutant rats were any indication.

If an option results in splitting the party, does Core Connection remain active for the party members who are not in the same group as Nepgear?

Considering Gaia's interest, and that she and Shiva have been clashing, it could be very well relate to Gaia's Instrumentality plans.

That just says going downstairs is a bad idea. It means we're more likely to get caught in the crossfire and miss out in earning any xp. Besides given this:

Odds are Goddess White and the Maidens are about to get into a brawl with Hyper Evolved Scorpion and at least one, possible more, of the WEAPONs.

Given that the research lab is up here on the third floor odds are any documents/disks/whatever on the research are going to be up here. The basement is probably just a containment facility for whatever they are making.

We're going to wind up in the basement regardless. Different route, more fights, same destination(anything capable of fighting would be flattened by act of goddess down the other path)

We already did kick it up the chain, the second Gaia showed up in fact, it's just that reinforcements are far enough away it will all be over by the time they show up. So either Team GEAR, and Truth, save the day or no one does.

It's getting harder and harder to mentally keep track of the info that's floating around in this Quest, but reading a few posts after the update, as well as UberJJK's post #2841, helped in organizing the info that's relevant to the situation.

If what Uber's suggesting is correct, then we actually have the choice to , uh, not walk smack dab into the middle of a huge fight. And if not that, then maybe San and the Maidens really can't be trusted? In which case, I'd rather agree with Truth and found out what precisely it is that the facility is cooking up.
