We will likely lose. The Forluc are a peer power on their own, but they're also supported by the Zaradysh and the Caradysh. The Zaradysh have a Heroic Martial/Mystic and the Caradysh have Urth. The easiest thing to do is to wait the situation out. Maereach will eventually die.

[] [Diplo] Ignore the proposal but cease the war with the Zaradysh.

I think this is the ideal solution. It's very important we keep the Lorvysh out of the Forluc's hands. If they conquer them, they'll have supremacy over us, and treaty or no treaty that's a big danger. By ignoring the Forluc's proposal, we can secure Lorvysh independence unencumbered by a war with the Zaradysh and hopefully stay out of a war with the Forluc.
Yeah I guess. I wonder if we can do something if we dont take land. Like go crush the tenples and kill their hero unit and then withdraw to our walls.

[X] [Rara] Bring the Raradysh into the fold. (Raradysh becomes a Vassal of the Arthwyd, -1 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Econ, -1 Martial, -1 Mystic, ???)

This is a bad idea. Bringing in the Raradysh will probably kick off a civil war there we'd need to help with, but at the same time we'd be fighting the Forluc alliance which, remember, has Urth in it, and the Lorvysh may end up neutral. If you want to bring in the Raradysh, great, but at least make peace with the Zaradysh one way or another so we can focus on the Raradysh.

I want us to crush them. Double main war party or something befote they can secure their position.

They have no temples. We have the only temple in the known world. Also, again, trying to kill their hero means going to war and we will likely lose that war. The best thing to do is to stay at peace and wait for that hero of theirs to die of old age.

EDIT: Also most of our settlements and most of our vassals' are unwalled.

You can't crush their temples because the Arthwyd have literally finished building the first temple in the known world and the reason that Maereach is still alive isn't due to a lack of trying to kill her. As for withdrawing to your walls, more of your settlements lack walls than they have them.

It won't be a civil war, but a bunch of noble uprisings that will be put down between Mairyn's loyal army and martial support from the Arthwyd. That is why that option costs Temp Martial.

Its probably the smart thing to do but it feels bad. Hopefully another plague or something hits them or maybe an earthquake.

@Oshha, you say it costs Temp Martial but the option says it costs Martial, and it costs Mystic too. Are these costs supposed to be Temp Martial and Temp Mystic?

[] [Rara] Bring the Raradysh into the fold. (Raradysh becomes a Vassal of the Arthwyd, -1 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Econ, -1 Temp Martial, -1 Temp Mystic, ???)
[] [Rara] Send some resources and materials to help Cadlon Mairyn. (+1 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Econ, ???)
[] [Rara] Send some priests and priestesses to help Cadlon Mairyn. (+1 Temp Diplo, -1 Temp Mystic, ???)
[] [Rara] Send both resources and members of priesthood to help Cadlon Mairyn. (+1 Temp Diplo, -2 Temp Econ, -1 Mystic, ???)
Is this supposed to be Temp Mystic?

Another thing worth noting is we're at 3 Temp Martial, which if we bring in the Raradysh will go down to 2. This is not a rather bad time for us to be going to war with the Forluc alliance.
Is bad or not bad?

How do we improve our warriors even more? They still lose fights so their should be a higher level.

It means our army is at less than half of normal strength. A normal main war party mobilizes 3 Temp Martial in an attack.

This option.

While the Arthwyd weren't heartless enough to turn all of them away, there was the question of just how many they were willingly to accept into their lands. Bringing so many foreigners would run the risk of problems, of which the chances would only rise with the more refugees allowed into Arthwydish land. In the highest numbers, it would even divert the attentions of priests and priestesses as they had to deal with a massive influx of outsiders.

...we might want to put a MAIN action on building additional settlements. Or we could just Province Policy Settle, but I'm guessing we're probably going to grab the grand temple...

Stab-wise, I kinda want to do the Warrior quest and just do a peaceful buildup. A lack of crises probably helps us more than the Forluc, especially with them apparently having more Zarannist vassals than us and with their civ being founded on being able to survive crises.
Might be a good time to increase trade with the Forden(and maybe open trade ties with the Fornn or Caradysh to seed pro-Arthwyd sentiments among the Forluc in case it comes to war).

I'd rather have the Boarfolk on our side than a treaty with the Forluc. Lorvir was pretty friendly to us, his Grandson seems to follow that trend and it'll help keep Caermyr from getting encircled.

For now, I'd like to switch out the Megastructure policy for a Province Expansion policy. Civ-wide blessings for our people seem like a good way to go about it. Hopefully this one won't increase physical weight.

Train Sacred Warriors, More Hunting, Cultivate Redstars, Study Metal and Study Magic all come with a chance to innovate that's probably relevant for martial pursuits.

Combining Train Sacred Warriors(or War Party) with another innovation action might also direct the innovation action to be more martial.
