I'm not sure about skills. However:

-[] Attend Instructor training sessions.
Benefits: Unlocks and trains certain group skills. May train Wave Force.
Cost: 7 days - 70 points.
-[] Attend general Flight training sessions.
Benefits: Unlocks and trains certain group skills. May train Target Rich Environment. May train Wave Force.
Cost: 7 days - 70 points.

[] Holiday Activity
-[] Spend time with:
--[] Koujirou: I guess it all came down to me not being able to stop those missiles in the earlier rounds, clearly I need help with long range things. Gimme a hand?
-2 days.
--[] Yukari and Setsuna: Say Anna, what do you do in your time off? What do you say about dressing up a little, how about your room? Do you have enough furniture?
-2 days.
--[] Sandra: Greetings Anna, while we have become closer as a Flight in the past month, but I don't feel as if we've gotten to truly know each other as people, or maybe even this country. What do you say to a short trip around Australia?
-2 days.

YAY UPDATE!

Awkward Anna is adorable Anna.

Anyways, great update. Thankfully this arc is done. We should definitely do both the Instructor training and the general flight training. We need group skill ups.

And All the spend time actions. I don't think Anna is ready for prodding at her past just yet. I think we should save the tour for later once Anna's social is better and she's had more time to get used to connection with the other cadets.

It would also drive in just what Anna has gone through after the reveal. Graves upon graves that Anna dug for the residents as they died would be a pretty damn heavy impact.

@Avalanche ... Did I miss a set somehow or blend two into one? I see Kojiro being declared victor with three wins and only see two of them. One win by melee halberd, one win by blowing a reactor.
Screw Koujirou and go the yuri route with Meyer? No?Okay, I'll go back to lurking.
The instructors might actually understand Anna best, but age difference and them being her teachers makes it weird. On the other hand, Yukari and Sandra both get along with Anna pretty well and they're her age.

The timeskip will be for a duration of 7 weeks for a total of 50 actionable days, ending at the start of week 14, the start of the second semester. The next section of decompressed story arc will be the "The Enemy of All Mankind" arc. Each day in a timeskip allocates 10 points to spend. 50 days allows for 500 points to allocate to skills and actions.

Skills:
[] Timeskip Activities.
-[] Train skills
--[] Write in.

Activities
-[] Volunteer again for Sandra's UNHCR reconstruction activities.
Benefits: General uptick in UN economic power. Long term benefits to human population.
Cost: 21 days - 210 points
-[] Work with the crafting elective class for revised HPP prototype.
Benefits: Completion returns fifth HPP. Uptick in UN Valkyries combat power. Crafting Class will continue working on HPP prototypes regardless of your participation.
Cost: 110 days - 1100 points. (Cannot be completed in timeskip, will be added to long term projects if selected.)
-[] Attend Instructor training sessions.
Benefits: Unlocks and trains certain group skills. May train Wave Force.
Cost: 7 days - 70 points.

In terms of skills.

Hm. We need to work on Blue Wave, at 1050 points it will take forever unless we put in consistent progress. With 500 points we could add something like +100 to one of our better skills like Gate. Gate speed lets us deflect attacks, precision would eventually let us reflect attacks, so something like +52 speed, +36 precision? I would love to get our HPP back, but 1100 points is too much.

I would suggest the following:
[] Timeskip Activities.
-[] Attend Instructor training sessions.
-[] Attend general Flight training sessions.
-[] Train skills
--[] Gate speed to 100 - 52 points.
--[] Gate precision to 50 - 36 points.
--[] Remainder to Blue Wave - 272 points.

With flight and instructor bonuses we'd probably end up with over 300 points to Blue Wave, or a third done.

If we want to go with Sandra, or to put 200 or so points into the HPP project, we'd have to give up on either Blue Wave or skill and flight training. Suggest something like this:

[] Timeskip Activities.
-[] Volunteer again for Sandra's UNHCR reconstruction activities.
-[] Attend Instructor training sessions.
-[] Train skills
--[] Remainder to Blue Wave - 220 points.

or

[] Timeskip Activities.
-[] Train skills
--[] Blue Wave - 230 points.
-[] Attend Instructor training sessions.
-[] Work with the crafting elective class for revised HPP prototype.
--[] For the remainder of your time. 200 points out of 1100.

e: The other choice is to just do 70 points of instructor and 430 points of Blue Wave. That'll probably get us to Blue Wave by semester three.

As for the holidays, either we do the world tour plus one choice of the 2-day activity, or we do all the 2-day activity and write-in 8 days of things.

@Avalanche - If we take the HPP Action can we still take other actions? Obviously the other actions would reduce how many points we spent on the HPP Action but seeing as it already requires more then the entire timeskip that doesn't seem like much a problem.

I ask because I'd really like to work on the HPP with the crafting club but taking just one action for the entire timeskip seems both boring and a waste.

Hmm. To me the Instructor training is the big priority...
HPP is too long, but we could make progress of WFM, which is also good.

Also. Fuck Javaria. Fuck her. Bitch.

Huh? We never ended up seeing Stage 5! After Koujirou doing something hotbloodedly stupid there and engaging the Antagonist forces was so blatantly foreshadowed!

What sort of imitation of a two-bit shounen is this?

"What do you think Anna, how do we deal with that level of denseness from Koujirou?" Instructor Meyer asks, turning her head to look at you, still leaning against the console.

The two of you had already started casting, but there is a noticeable delay in your response as you scramble to come up with an answer to the rhetorical question, allocating more and more mental resources to it. Surely Instructor Meyer isn't expecting you of all people to have an answer ready for that??? You– you didn't play around with the boys, you weren't that kind of girl!

"I– I don't know what you are talking about, if a b-boy is interested in someone, he'll let them know," you state firmly.

Yes. Firmly, you needed to quash any uncertainty about your character right now–

My initial impression was that this conversation was going out over the air. After a couple of rereads I don't think it was, and that the referenced "delay in her response" was the result of diverting resources from the casting personality to the side conversation personality. That could probably be made a little more clear.

Also, before it seemed like the personality separation was Anna's somewhat extreme and unhealthy coping mechanism, while now they both seem to be using it as a routine multi-tasking (simul-tasking?) method.

Also. Fuck Javaria. Fuck her. Bitch.
The interesting thing is...

As long as Javaria is doing this to help out developing cadets, fine, sure. It's stupid. It's super stupid, but apparently the academy director signed off on it.

But the moment she starts negatively affecting the #1 valkyrie in the world, there is no justification to let her keep going. By the cold calculus that the UN makes, our continued well being is worth every single valkyrie cadet in this academy. We are that big an asset.

So if she tries again (I doubt it because this seems to be a Koujirou/Setsuna arc that's just splashing on us a little), and if we have a way to vote in a response? Fuck her. She's gone. That's what I'd vote for.

WE'RE BACK!

Yeah, Anna needs to learn how to social before she can do past-revelatory things.
The description says "Not Canada" as well as "Not India", so I don't think it's revelation time.

Thoughts on going all-in on Blue Wave? 70 Instructor, 430 BW training? I know the other things are interesting but it would cut Blue Wave training to about ~2.5 50-day actions rather than about ~3.5 for ~260 points. We can probably expect a 100-day Semester Two, so we'd achieve Blue Wave right in time for the climax. The disadvantage of course is we don't get to do other things.

I'd be okay with Wave and Instructor being our main goals, yes.
