    I would be fine with this as long as they don't go the route of Spec Ops The Line and have Anna end up slaughtering her home town due to PTSD shenanigans - "Sekhmet : It takes a strong woman to deny what's right in front of him. And if the truth is undeniable, you create your own. The truth, Anna, is that you're here because you wanted to feel like something you're not: A hero. I'm here because you can't accept what you've done. It broke you. You needed someone to blame, so you cast it on me. A dead Type Zero. I know the truth is hard to hear Anna, but it's time. You're all that's left and we can't live this lie forever."

    Nah. It was pretty clear that the town tore itself apart (not literally) then got wiped the fuck out when Anna was taking care of that breach.

    It's sad, Anna did her very best. She kept the town safe from nearly all harm, then the town goes and nearly kills it's self while she's out fighting for it. So she has to stop the fighting herself, the only way she knows how. Then She flies off to shut the Breach AND kill a type Zero, both things that have ended entire armies, let alone a single Valk. Then she gets home and what does she find?

    Everyone dead, killed by the Antagonists.

    What a kick in the teeth.
