[X] Plan Agrichem and Smooth Ramp-down

I'm convinced that the rampdown is important and this doesn't seem to compromise anything vital.

As a side note though, looking at the available options, I've realised I don't know where we're supposed to get Capital Goods progress. Is it just Plastics and enterprise/private expansion? Do public transit and telecomms count?

Plastics, buses, and Rail(or well, the trains that come with the rail) were what Blackstar said Voz hoped to use to cover a 20% CapGoods plan IIRC.

[X] Plan Agrichem and Smooth Ramp-down
I don't favor a ramp down much, but my biggest gripe with this plan is that it puts a die on starting Dneprodzerzhinsk when our steel situation will get made pretty solid from Taganrog completing. Thus committing ourselves to slow-rolling another steel plant we won't need for several turns, during the highest point of a resource crunch.

I otherwise might vote for @Chimeraguard 's plan, but I am put off by it putting only two dice on telecommunications instead of three. I don't think metros are THAT urgent. I guess I'll post my own plan, for now.

Between the auto-use of steel, the bus plant, and the car plant, there's basically 1 turn of leeway in the steel plant.

Though, auto-consumption of steel has been relatively tiny. Civilians this turn consume 1 while last turn they consumed 7. Military is more, but it was only 13 and 11.

Though even with that, yeah. Most of our steel from Taganrog will be swallowed up by Car + Bus, or at least get enough that even the relatively small passive consumption might tip us over the edge if we're not careful. May have to edit my plan on that regard.

Okay, we need ~50 Steel to keep the Discount IIRC.

Right now we have 60, with 1 being taken by Civilian Sector, 13 by Military.

We will get 51 Steel from Taganrog, with another -12 from ZIL and -25 from the Bus Plant that will have multiple Questers rioting if we don't work on, so that's a net 14 Steel gain, which is basically taken by the auto-eating. So we're back to 60 Steel, not counting next turn's auto-eating. And keep in mind the last new Car Plant will cost 24 Steel when it's done.

...Yeah, we're gonna need Dneprod. I'll make the switch. Take out the New Automotive Plant completely to start work there.

OK I see I've underestimated just how quickly we can burn through a steel surplus. Looking back, yeah I can see why we need it.
[X] Plan Agrichem and Smooth Ramp-down
I still want 3 dice on phones. I don't see the urgency to slow-roll metros, it's a small project. We can just put two dice on it next turn.

idk if anyone has said it but how's the Aral's sea ittl...?
I don't think we've dammed it at least.... yet.

Plastics, buses, and Rail(or well, the trains that come with the rail) were what Blackstar said Voz hoped to use to cover a 20% CapGoods plan IIRC.
Yup. We've been slow-rolling rail due to conflicting priorities for a while, but I do think there's going to need to be at least one turn (perhaps once we finish the road stage) where we put all our infra dice and then some onto rail along with a department focus to get a little boost there.

And on another note, something stuck out from last turn's results section on the coal plants.
Still, the continued import of Polish coal and steady improvement in domestic coal production has at least ensured that German brown coal could be mostly avoided.
We just barely avoided having to use shitty brown coal. So the powerplant we build this turn almost certainly will use it. This is gonna be stinky. Well, a necessary sacrifice for the industrial growth of the proletarian dictatorship. Silver lining of the resource crunch is that we won't be tempted to build MORE of these things. If we keep reducing domestic coal consumption by building gas heating and such, we might remove the need for the brown coal. But oh boy does our grid hunger.

Hmm, how important is it REALLY we expand pesticide production? Perhaps fertilizers alone will be enough? It's another power hog, and remember we need to actually build up a surplus of over two hundred if we want to ever decomm the old pre-GreatGork smog plants.

I believe it's the Fertilizer + Pesticides combo that really hits hard in Agriculture terms. But even without its boost to agriculture, it's also important if we want to stop using DDT for everything pesticide-related.

[X] Plan Agrichem and Smooth Ramp-down

Torn between bus dice and telecomms dice, I think I ultimately come down for telecomms though
