Attempting to Fulfill the Plan MNKh Edition

Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
Kek. Let's hope our military isn't too fucked. For the record, we should spend at least 12 dice on Military every turn according to Blackstar.
Kind of a misleading quote.

That statement was immediatly followed by saying it was a preference, that it was a preference, and that an initially smaller military is survivable, though it means a smaller military.
It also said that it was healthier for the economy and buildup to feed said military.

So, it's not a statement that says that we ought to spend 12 dice on the military. It's a statement that says the obvious "spendling less on military means less military, and better economy".

I am fairly sure that healthier economy thing was Blackstar talking about the dice allocation we choose at the very start of the plan? We choose the one with 8 dice instead of 10 dice on military.

So I don't see how my statement is misleading in the slightest.

Is there a set range for "Close Enough"? MegaMag might hit that

if not then rip Mikoyan, we'll have some bomb ass factory farmed meat at the welcoming party for your replacement

It sucks to lose 10 PI for nothing with statistics failing, but yeah that might have accidentally saved us from catching a bullet because it means we can lie and lie and lie to save our skin now.

We're still gonna want it before the war, but man Lenin's looking out for us even when he curses us with bad rolls, they come out bad in such a way that they save our life

We failed successfully this turn. Statistical Planning failed and allowed us to fudge the numbers on Magnitogorsk. Light Tank factory blew itself up and got rid of the shit -8 quality tank. Mikoyan the Fox indeed.

EDIT: Apparently getting 80 on the Beria action would've resulted in Yezhov trying to take us down with him. MIKOYAN THE FOXXX

In addition, had we gone above 80 on the Back Beria roll, Yezhov would have noticed and sank our PI to lead-poisoning levels, presumably as last ditch spite efforts.

Wow, that were some shit rolls.
Scout tanks are cursed, and we failed to finish Magnitogorsk. But hopefully we can call it "close enough".
We did.

Light Tanks never ever. Our scouts will be armoured cars and fighter planes and maybe — may Voroshilov forgive me for saying this — cavalry forces :V

The utter shitshow of this light tank might lead to a new competition soonish...
Though, obviously, this is the result of purging most of the people who were involved in mobile operations, historical domain of the cavalry.

Perhaps another live fire exercise is in order. With the Japanese continuing their assult into China, it presents yet another opportunity for our forces to gain first hand experience in war and figure out what works and what doesn't (looking at you scout tank).

The scout tank is dead.

So dead in fact that we're going to eradicate the entire idea of scout tanks in general, and shoot everyone involved.

Well, to be honest, the Soviets historically did have problems with scout tanks (due to stubborn insistance on amphibious capability) and it was not until 1941 that a non-shit scout tank was designed.
