@Azel
Finally:
--[] Also give him a bag of attuned sand or a Greater Three Eyed Raven to keep in touch.
Attuned sand is free. He should get that and some form of raven/seagull as they fill different niches (speed vs flexibility)

edit: yeah, I'm out for a while. Need to take a break from this.

Stay sexy, @all

I'm afraid he might reject the Raven, though it is the far more important piece, hence offering either or to lure him with the Ravens utility.

The sand can't make outbound calls, so it's useless in emergencies, but he could use the Raven to send a final distress call if the Illithid get him.

Which is also why I want a Greater Raven. As a construct, they can't get it with Psionics and the Invisibility should make it vastly more likely that it makes it through to us.

More Weirwoods!

Anyway, I'm thinking:
Ranger 5 - STR 14 - DEX 15 - CON 14 - INT 12 - WIS 9 - CHA 8
1st - Deadly Aim
Bonus - PBS
Flaw (Cautious) - Precise Shot.
Ranger (1) - Track
ACF - Solitary Hunter
2nd - Rapid Shot (Combat Style)
3rd - Knowledge Devotion
Ranger (3) - Endurance
4th - +1 DEX, Champion of the Wild (No spells, bonus feat)
5th - PBS - Extra Favoured Enemy, Precise Shot - Improved Favoured Enemy, CotW - Improved Favoured Enemy

Focusing on a primary Favoured Enemy, they'd get a full attack line looking like +12/+7 (1d10+14). This is counting a MW Greatbow and Razor-Sharp arrows. Damage is FE 7 + STR 2 + Arrow 1 + Deadly Aim 4 = 14.

Can do a secondary FE at +10/+5 (1d10+12) and a tertiary at +7/+2 (1d10+9).

Attack and damage could go up by 1~3 with Knowledge Devotion. Not bad, not bad at all. Pick, say, Magical Beast, Evil Outsider and Fey as Favoured Enemies and you are set.
@TotallyNotEvil, I'm pretty sure you did another write-up of your "Witchers", but this is the only one I can find.

I was thinking to invest some time next month to get a training facility for them going, so that we finally get a supply of Inquisition goons and a specialist force we can take squid-hunting.

Proposed level ups for Viserys and Richard.

Yes, @TotallyNotEvil, I know Greater Weapon Focus for Richard is boring. What do you suggest as an alternative?

[] Viserys Level Up
-[] Class: +1 Dragon Mystic
--[] Metabreath Feat: Clinging Breath
-[] Skills (15 points, includes 3 missing points): +1 Bluff, +1 Concentration, +1 Diplomacy, +1 Intimidate, +1 Sense Motive, +1 Spellcraft, +1 Survival, +2 Knowledge(Arcana), +2 Knowledge(The Planes), +2 Listen, +2 Spot
-[] Spells:
--[] 3rd Level:
---[] Retrain: Dispel Magic >>> Primal Instinct
--[] 6th Level: Greater Dispel Magic
--[] 7th Level: Arbitrament
--[] 8th Level: Greater Angelic Aspect

[] Richard Level Up
-[] Attribute: +1 Strength
-[] Class: +1 Paragon Knight
-[] Bonus Feat: Greater Weapon Focus(Greatsword)
-[] Skills (5 points): +1 Concentration, +2 Knowledge(War), +2 Spellcraft

I must say that I would vastly prefer Power Word Petrify. It's a no-save capture spell that would really help our gardening and !!SCIENCE!! efforts.

--[X] Do not mention what you know about their fortresses to not needlessly risk information security on that one. Instead, just imply that you know they have underwater fortresses but that you don't know any locations. It's not as if he had any chance to strike at them anyway.

--[X] Explain your truce with the Illithid to him and that you are thus somewhat limited in your movements, even though you would love to offer more direct aid. Also stress that you are adhering to it mostly due to needing time to prepare for the war. If it were re-ignited right now, the death toll in your realm would be staggering.
--[X] Explicitly warn him about the effects of Bilestone and that it's being spread among his subjects. Also, that throne? Rots your brain. Doubly so if you wore that Driftwood Crown.
--[X] Ask him to share everything he deems important about the situation so that we can better formulate plans and render aid. That includes the political situation and in that regard, we can act more directly.
    -[X] Offer Aid
--[X] Give him 5 PfEs and Healing Belts, for himself and those he deems the most in need of mental protection. Also the option to commission more from you.
--[X] Offer him to hire mercenaries from you. You can put together a force according to his particular needs.
--[X] Offer to arrange a meeting with the Tritons so that he can strike more bargains with them.
--[X] Offer him to talk with Breath Taker in case he is willing to look into divine aid. The Merling King would not give aid without a cost, but said cost can be paid in the blood of the squidheads. (No need to beat around the bush here. He knows what we are all about, doesn't look terribly squeamish and is backed in a corner.)
--[X] Offer him to buy weaponry from you. Potions of Cerulean Sign, alchemical substances, steel weapons, potentially with +1 effects, the abberation detection pearls from Relath (though don't mention the source, just what they are and that you can provide them).
--[X] You are currently looking into making magic more widely available through minor rituals and will share some of those once they are ready.
--[X] Offer to sell him magic items. All of this stuff is preferably not made by your own crafters, but bought in Amun Kelisk and the Opaline Vault in bulk, or in the case of +1 weapons and armor made by Everflame Ironworks. Everything that needs to be crafted by ourselves gets a 25% markup over crafting cost, everything bought is sold to him at the price we bought it for.
--[X] Offer him a war-time loan of up to 2,000,000 IM, at a fixed interest of 0.25% monthly (roughly 3% yearly), to be repaid after the Illithid are permanently repelled.
--[X] Also give him a bag of attuned sand or a Greater Three Eyed Raven to keep in touch.

this.
Larder cannot grow fast enough these days.

:(
We have plenty of ways to capture targets, just as we have plenty of ways to kill targets. Greater Angelic Aspect is a great buff spell that provides all sorts of useful abilities.
This spell functions like lesser angelic aspect, except you gain low-light vision; darkvision 60 feet; DR 10/evil; immunity to acid, cold, and petrification; resistance to electricity and fire 10; a +4 racial bonus on saves against poison; and protective aura and truespeech as supernatural abilities for the duration of the spell. Also, your wings give you a fly speed of 60 feet with good maneuverability.

Protective aura provides a +4 deflection bonus to AC and a +4 resistance bonus on saving throws against attacks made or effects created by evil creatures to anyone within 20 feet. Otherwise, it functions as a magic circle against evil and a lesser globe of invulnerability, both with a radius of 20 feet.

Truespeech allows you to speak with any creature that has a language, as though using the tongues spell.
On top of those abilities, @Azel, think of the PR potential. Imagine how hard we could troll the Seven.

Looking now,

More importantly, he gets access to 7th level maneuvers,

Duh, forgot about the mental control part of the compulsions. For some reason I always forget that.

Still, blocked by Mindblank.

@DragonParadox can Ser Richard qualify for Stormguard Warrior? The qualifying feat has been superfluous since Dany persisted her first spell.

Also, Manticore Parry is a 6th level Iron Heart maneuver, and should be in place of Dazing Strike on readied maneuvers. Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure we swapped said RNB for Greater Insightful Strike, which would also enter in place of RNB on readied maneuvers.

PW: Petrify is honestly kind of underwhelming, less than 101 HP is a round of swording from dying anyway.

Still, if people really want it, I wouldn't mind.
I wouldn't mind to pass up Petrify if you help me to campaign for the vastly superior option.

Using the Reaper Scythe, Amrelaths bones, runecrafting and maybe some help from Yss to upgrade Dark Sister. AMF proofing and the ability to Trap the Soul everything she kills.
