We all want to hunt this guy down. Also will we be employing the Scorched Earth protocol?
Unfortunately not. The main goal is to make the assassination seem like it was a local power struggle rather than an operation by a foreign power. We need the Brazen Throne to assume it's just the same old politics going on so they don't think too hard on the replacement, and one of the Shaitan moles is apparently next in line to serve as a replacement.

Is that where we scorch the earth into dragonglass or volcanic soil via shadow of the doom and then take it home with us?

Its essentially us glassing an entire city with Shadow. Burning cage protocol is what you are thinking of. Initially I was thinking of Kings Landing and glassing it for the reasons of it being a shit city but now its city nuke.

Also thing to note can we store spells? Like in staffs because I know want to store Shadow of the Doom in a custom staff and pull it out or give it to subordinates on capture missions. Would runecraft be necessary for this?

In the interest of calming myself down, I've officially finished Part 3 of the Lads. I'm heading home soon and will be able to go over it for errors, but I'd like to have someone else take a look. Is there someone willing to do that? Basically I'd PM them the story and they could make edits and suggestions.

I'm just frustrated because I'm certain that there'll be something pressing to do then as well. Not to mention it's time sensitive.
If you got nobody yet, I would do it.

In regards to the Qohor situation, the only B-Parties we could reassign at this point are the Isles of Toads and Iron Isles groups, which both are time-critical and important on their own.

I would greatly prefer to at least poke Qohor myself, since I have the feeling that we need to interact with that druid ASAP and now that we have holdings in Sarnor, I no longer consider the area expendable as before.

Wait we have holdings in Sarnor? Wait is it the undead ghosts who want to meet their ancestors and teach them the ways?

Not really.

We have no one who can craft staves, and that's what it would take to make an outright Staff of SotD, capable of casting the spell.

The alternatives would be the Spellstaff spell, which only works for the person who placed the spell in the staff, and is a Druid spell. That limits it to Lya at the moment.

A Page of Spell Knowledge could do it, if we had anyone besides Viserys capable of casting 8th level Arcane spells. Or crafting 15th level Arcane enchantments. Lya isn't that far along yet, and the page would cost 6,400 IM before discounts once she actually has the ability. A staff would cost even more.

The same limitations apply to Runestaves, though that requires an entriely separate feat as well. Presumably cracking the secret of Runecrafting will at least overcome this particular hurdle.

Considering the unique nature of the spell, it's high level, and limited pool of people we can teach it to, don't expect to see us arming people with SotD items any year soon.

That high diplomacy stat makes it so the even the blind can see between the lines of our "generous" offer
Well, Wylla didn't even need that. Just wait what will happen in three months, after southern Essos fell to us in less time then it takes for the news about it to truly spread.

Imagine people in Quarth or Westeros having vicious arguments about which Free City we took, just to realize that the answer is: all of them.

I hope that at some point we can give Daenerys a Runestaff of Shadow Of The Doom somehow. Still, this is an even longer-term objective than the flying castles.
