@egoo regarding Steel Hydra, is hydra meat even edible? or any good? I know its got bloodpoison that can be removed, but is it appealing at all?

I mean presumably hydras wouldn't get poisoned by the hydra meat surely, even if they are somehow vulnerable to the poison in their own blood we just need and item to neutralize the poison to unlock infinite meat anyway. For balance purposes and not casually ruining the cattle industry maybe DP should make the meat taste gross to people. That way it can be used logistically for animal feed and the very poor but isn't gonna break all the cattle farms once it really gets rolling.

Give me hydrahide and I will be a happy magpie. Discount hydrahide armor for the druids and rangers please.

@DragonParadox great update!
But there's a sentence in which you repeat "in his eyes" twice in very close succession :/
It's when you describe that guy who was suspicious of us.

In regards to the Magister agreed on the execution. I don't think there's anything he doesn't deserve done in retaliation for his crimes, but he committed mortal actions, which just so happened to create a magical effect, rather than purposefully setting out to either contact an Outsider or create a ritual.

EDIT: In regards to the Hydra farming, is it solely due to a potentially infinite amount of food, or is it also due to the reagents and materials such as hydra skin and poisonous blood that comes along with farming them.

By the way, this level Glyra gets nothing but new skills, no feat or spell.
Should be done quickly.
For Spellthief that's 6+INT, right? ... Crap, that's INT 8 for Glyra, which is a -1 for the ability score bonus, netting her 5 skillpoints. -_-

Anyway, here are her skills:

Skills|Bluff +14; Slight of Hand +15; Hide +15 Move Silently +15; Use Magic Device +20; Disable Device +9

I propose that some of the five skillpoints be put towards Gather Information. It would be optimal to put all of them in at once and build them up, but I'll take what I can get for this.

Nothing wrong in putting everything on Gather Information.

Yeah, keeping Hide, Move Silently and UMD maxed is usually a good idea, but those are high enough that it won't matter there being a missing point.

Because the copied version of the book won't effectively be a spellbook. The spells being on there is a unique part of the Uniila, and won't be translated onto a mere copy of her thoughts. Otherwise I'd have no problem with sacrificing her.

Actually it would copy her spells over, but I want to turn her into an artifact.

@DragonParadox, I think you deducted the tools twice. They were part of our last buying vote already and deducted with everything else.

Just noticed this. I specifically did not deduct the 80,000 Gold then since you were not buying them in AK.

From time to time I wonder - are we really the shining hero here? Then I look at all the others and come to the conclusion: Yes.

So, Erm, to @DocMatoi and everyone thinking about Hydra's meat - basically, all my calcs had them as snake heads.
And snake meat is considered tasty in many parts of the world.
If Hydra's meat is not...
Well, spices are a thing.
And even if it isn't very tasty, it is still meat, and as such - a fairly precious resource in a world that doesn't have modern industrial capacities for its production.
For proof - see Gryphons getting 15% off for meat being available at all.

Also, @Sarasin, DP ruled that Hydras can be fed with poisonous meat of other hydras - but eventually poison will build up, which isn't good even for an intrinsically poisonous creature.
So, Neutralise Poison item it is.
