[X] Use Tor's Skull to curse him, but first attempt to Scry his location.
-[X] -8 to Charisma
-[X] Be unable to act 75% of turns
-[X] If located, prepare a strike team to capture him.
--[X] Include Viserys, Dany, Garin, and Richard.

We have a fucking Divine Avatar who hates Tor's patron's guts. We should make use of that.

[X] Ask Yss if the following would succeed:
-[X] Curse Tor to reduce Wisdom to 1
-[X] Immediately afterwards, Scry his location, Greater Teleport there with Lya and Richard, have Lya cast Dominate Person via Greater Shadow Enchantment on him and then have Viserys cast Celerity to cast Greater Teleport back to Yss' sanctum with everyone and dominated Tor.

I'm pretty sure Yss is still sleeping off the gem we just fed him.

@DragonParadox The effect of a Greater Bestow Curse doesn't reduce an attribute by 8 points. It reduces it to just 1 point.

Lya is busy learning spells. She isn't needed for this at all.

By reducing him to 1 Charisma, my plan reduces him to being a non-responsive vegetable with no personality or will to act. Even if he is protected from Scrying, his circumstances would have to be pretty unusual not to die from the effects of the curse in a relatively short time frame.

Could we hold off on cursing him until we have a basic idea where he might be?

I'm all for a debuff, but the minute he finds out we're hunting him down like the asshole he is there's nothing stopping him from making a run for it. As we've already seen he's got no problems using questionable means to escape his fate and there are a lot of folks/creatures who might spirit him away for a price.

Souls work for devils and demons and those of a more evil aligned bent, and if there is one thing on Planetos in abundance it is people who can be killed without the ones in power giving a shit.

By the way, do we want to do something about Jayne Westerling?

Like putting the Hag's eye in a briefcase and sending it to her with a message like: "Don't worry about her anymore, no servant of Winter walks unpunished in my realm"?

It hinges on not being another contingency to break him out of it. By Scry and Die tactics there won't be a way for him to be saved by anyone.

Tor is an evil bastard with potential. There would be some power out there willing to break a greater curse to get a hold of a servant like him. By reducing the time in which he can be saved, we can guarantee that the plan has the least amount of avenues of failure.

Nah. The more time they spend looking over their shoulder the less time they spend robbing graves and waking up more undead horrors we're going to have to deal with.

Besides having the fear of an unseen enemy hunting her down will encourage her to train and become stronger, or more paranoid, either one will keep her alive longer.

Honestly letting her live in fear is the more moral option once you think about it.

It's late for me and I'll have to sleep soon, here's some of it, at least has the Book spell and Enter/Majestic Image.

Edit:

Limp Lash
No saving throw, does have SR.
LVL 2.
Duration: As long as the lash is held.
Allows our casters to restrain anything they can bypass the SR of, if it has spells gag it too and we're good.
@Deliste, everything except Guardian Wasps is added to the wish list. I'll need you to give me a link for guardian wasps, I'm having trouble finding it.

We'll still be going after him immediately. There is no way some deity-level extraplanar power is focused on him just waiting to snatch him from the jaws of defeat, and the curse we're using is very high level and quite difficult to remove. He can't have contingency plans and escapes for everything, either. That he survived at all required serious shenanigans. He won't get that same luxury this time. We're capturing him and turning him into snake-god food.

We could curse him to get a rash that spells "The dragob King expects you for a Talk over dinner, do not miss It"
Or maybe we could curse him to drop all glamour and yell "You fools! For the Spider Queen!!" At a random time once a day.

Alternatively, no curses, but ask Vee/Yss to warn their followers to be on the lookout for a strange snake that marches the description, he(or she?) is a servant of the enemy.

I'd rather just kill him outright to be honest, just to be sure it sticks this time. But if we can manage a live capture then the Snake is good enough for me.

At least that way we know his soul is there instead of hiding in a rock somewhere or some other kind of bullshit.

If Teana's going adventuring, she should be assisting a B-party or something, not leeching XP off us.
Her spells are fantastic for people who hit hard but lack mobility and tricky options.

I'll agree on Teana matter.
I have chimed in with the question about reasons for her being there when Goldfish was planning, but apparently was not seen :/

I was just distracted and missed it. If I'd caught it I also would have spoken against it and tried to assign her somewhere else.

@DragonParadox, just got free. Will edit when I reach home.

Can we loot that razorgrass? I bet Druids could do nasty things with that.

You have to find it first.

True, one issue though the skull is only good for one curse. The ritual destroys it.
