@Goldfish, which of them would be suitable for Mithral armor? We have a stockpile for this very purpose.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say a Breastplate for Lohos, and maybe a breastplate for Flowers? He's a fighter so normally I'd say regular +1 steel for him, but I'm not sure how the Rogue Variant levels affect him. Koron on the other hand I'm guessing +1 steel fullplate.

Suggestion: Maybe the extra Erinyes armor we have laying around is a good fit here?

@DragonParadox can we just ask them what they want in regards to Mithril breastplate/plate, when we explain it's differences (lighter, one class higher in terms of restriction)

Also, is this the renforced rule you use: Armor Abilities - Reinforced* ?

If so the breastplates are 408 gold (360 + 48, the minimum 2 pounds) and the plates are 990 (25 pounds + 10%)

I just noticed a minor action for making an Imperial Stables. I can certainly have that done in the background, but I need to know precisely what you guys wanted with the organization. Couriers? Horses for the legion? Specialized breeding of some sort?

Alright, @DragonParadox.

The Imperial Stables should be the center of breeding and housing all magical beasts--warbeasts, mounts, etc. This is meant to take the growing load off of the Menagerie which was never really designed for this sort of things (it was designed for magical beasts, yes, but not for the magical cavalry of an entire empire).

Things we should be planning for: Griffons, Hippogriffs, Istaheqs, Istaheq-bred horses, etc, all of which is going to be on an empire's scale. The structure should start big so we don't haphazardly add to it as our needs inevitably grow.

Horses for the Legion as well as couriers will also be handled here.
Griffons and Hippogriffs for the future orders of mage knights should be handled here.

Vee's call on whether or not Irony and his children should be moved here, but the stables should be designed to accomodate them.

EDIT: Valyrian Dragons should be housed separately.

Are we allowed to add mundane enhancements from this page?
Magic Armor Abilities

I'm wondering how useful a surprise wand use would be for certain characters, of course, being low cl, it would have to be something that you would want to spend an action in the middle of combat on, rather than something like mage armour, but still be useful at minimum cl.

Was it 200 per person, or did they pay for it? I don't mind either way, just checking if we need to take out the cost.

Talking about couriers: I think it's time we start our own civil postal service.

Thanks to our speeches we've already established a communal spirit between the denizens of Sorcerer's Deep. I think it'd be a good idea to further entrench that spirit, now that both the city and our kingdom are growing at a rapid pace. Allowing the common citizen to reliably communicate with friends and family outside their local community would help foster a nationalistic identity. Now they're no longer landlocked to their community and nearby towns, but have access to all settlements in the Imperium. It would also add to that metropolitan theme we have going on, adding another entry to the list of strange but amazing things the Imperium has that nobody else does.

It would also do our Empire-wide economy good. Not only would it lead to the creation of a high number of new jobs (though admittedly, these jobs would require employees to have at least a minimal education), it would also lay the groundwork for our future Imperium-wide bureaucracy and aid the taxation system.

AFAIK we're going to build that huge road-network across the Stepstones and Essos soon? In case it wasn't brought up, it might be wise to construct waypoints at certain intervals, with taverns, bathhouses and other types of leisure & recuperation infrastructure. Ideally we could also build a small outpost to serve as garrison and staging ground for highway patrols. It could also serve as a waystation for the postal service, allowing our couriers to switch to fresh horses and continue traveling without delay, similar to how the Pony Express operated.

If we manage to catch that Pegasus Herd, we could employ them as the mounts of the Postal Service. Even use them as name and insignia. The Pegasus Express does have a nice ring to it.
