@Duesal Add Dany and Malarys also casting Owl's Wisdom to further enhance their Scrying DCs.

And what about Crafter's Fortune instead of Magic Circle Against Evil?

Edit: I see no reason why the landwarden itself need be a combat encounter, though there may be combat with some sort of wild magic monster. In fact, I don't see why some people are assuming that there would be one - it's in our interests to help the landwarden.
It's been alone with the Black Goat for centuries. In addition to its tortured existence, it's likely to viciously attack us.

If there is another Genius Loci in Qohor it's likely that he has a completly different personality from the one in Lys.

Just a reminder, those things are Oozes with no mind of their own, they borrow from their slave.
And something that is not bound to the rotting mind of an isolated and tortured Lich is likely in a much less bad mood than our Lyseni friend.

Done.
Well, that is a possibility. But maybe after we punch it a bit it will be more amenable to hugs from the OG? :)
A willing sacrifice is always worth more.

Also, I just got confirmation from DP that if you benefit from a Panacea from a Heart Tree, you don't have to spend the entire day for a month tending to the godswood, you can do a few hours every day and then leave for other things.

Panacea it is.

So weird to see Powers be reasonable.

Really really wish we had gone for it in Lys now :(.

Edit: by punch, I mean survive it's attack, destroy its directed minions and then diplomance it. Basically let it tantrum itself out a bit, then offer the same deal as the Lys landwarden got.

Hugs for the Leylines!

I don't like seeing similar effects for Heart Trees.

No particular reason except for "just because :V"

Problem is that mass healing is the best use of the first heart tree in an area. If you discount the first as "boring, practical" then the next in any given place can be "interesting, useful"

I wonder if the Archons know what they want for their next tree.

--[X] We came to save this city from the creatures of the pit
--[X] We are greatly saddened by the losses during the fighting that was needed to remove the cancer, especially those poor souls who were enslaved to the wills of those creatures.
--[X] Great is our wrath at those who permitted this cancer to grow under their nose and a reckoning will come for those magisters and officials who failed in their duties.
--[X] We hold great disgust at those who pledged themselves to these dark things, making pacts with beings that desire nothing but to destroy and despoil.

Don't worry, all that stuff is standard for us. Growing Heart Trees at our level is an instant success.

They'll probably just tell us what they want and then have us do the heavy lifting on figuring out which effects would be best.
Or they will want their next heart tree in one of the provinces, the Archon's are kind by nature, once they have seen the effect of a Heart tree, they will want a healing one, within a days travel of the villages Mantarys get supplies from as well, so they might ask for multiple healing ones, so that all their people can get healing.

Damn it, we have forgotten to add:

[] +Scry for Illiryo

The guy might be prancing outside of our window right now - and we won't even know!

Constant Vigilance.
Worry not, oh glorious battle-brother Magpie!
For it was I, ROGAL DORNE your brother in constant paranoia Vigilance who added this clause to our list of minor actions!

[] Continue scrying for Illyrio and his mages on randomised periods of time (randomisation is achieved through combining Sir Richard with some dices)

Just as I mentioned a page or two ago, no results yet.
He's either protected against divination or on another plane.
Or in Black Library! Scream with me, Rubrics!

(yes, I've been watching TTS lately. Why are you asking?)

Huh, news of us hanging even our own men will probably tickle Stannis pink.

Stannis: "So you hung them along with common thiefs and looters."
Viserys: "Yes."
Stannis: "Your own soldiers, loyal to death to you."
Viserys: "Had they been loyal, they would have obeyed my orders."
Stannis: *nods*
Viserys: *nods*

Davos: *to Richard* "They should meet more often. I rarely see my lord so animated."
Richard: *nods* "And rarely can mine go this long without giving a speech."

Viserys: "But seriously, your man Davos would be more effective if he wasn't missing a finger, and I'm confident he has more than earned pardon for his sumggling. And I like him, and if I can't have him, I can at least help make his life better. Sadly, your leg is less easy, due to your notability. Maybe I can wish a potential new one to look gold, I suppose?

I wonder if Stannis would like to be governor of Tyrosh?

I would like to get Stannis' leg at some point. Imagine the study actions we could do with that.
