Cleric 14?! Holy shit, the Magisters really had no idea how from one day to the next Tyrosh would transform into one festering rotten corpse.

Oh, since we are starting to mulch up the cultists, I would give 5 IM to each Legionnaire of the units who caught one. Not just the person who caught him, but also all of his direct companions. Fosters team spirit and rewards initiative.

Speaking of which... @Diomedon, why don't we just give Alinor the +4 INT Ring? If we need to we can always take it from her and give her the Headband instead if gear needs to be shuffled around for Lya. Right now the ring is just sitting and gathering dust in the treasury. Might as well give it to our best administrator and make her life easier.

We have one just sitting around? Alinor should definitely get that, then. Giving her a +1 Cha item, and a skill focus item should round her out nicely for just one or two days of crafting time. A pretty good return, considering she impacts our entire kingdom. Gerold could use some items too, but that's not as high a priority, since he has time to grow into his role.

I'm still in favor of growing it where Moonsongs group fought the thralls. It's the location with the strongest connection to the fight in the public eye, within the inner city and the damage around it means we can rebuild the whole place to accommodate the tree easily.

Hrm, sounds good.

He's level 16, cleric 14/Blackguard 2 to make him more tanky.
Oh, damn. o_O

@DragonParadox, can you tell us the average HD of the regular cultists?

Yes. It used to belong to the Warforged Wizard.

@Azel, let's have asked this cleric a series of questions with Wyla's help. Mayhaps a bit retroactively.
We need every single bit of lore they know.
People don't get to such levels without getting some very fucking important knowledge.
They might just know some really important (if low-key) secrets of Abbadon.

Yeah, we need to interrogate some people.

We need, for example, the true names of all those Thanadaemons that escaped. No loose ends!

Also, as a semi-random fyi, because we gained another crafter (Rina), and started the Leila sweatshop, we've managed to burn through our entire buffer of crafting materials, since we calculated our buffer with just Lya and a less busy Leila. We're going to need to make a short trip to the Vault to do some more shopping, and I'm fairly certain that requires Viserys time due to the nature of our customs exemption there.

Wait, Blackguard 2?
Why? How does that make him more tanky?
Level 8 cleris buffs would have done a better job...
Still, I certainly won't complain.

@DragonParadox, can we have this champion questioned under Domination's effect and a ton of debuffs with a bit of retroactivety?
We, players, kind of agreed on doing that a little ago, but it never came up in a vote...

As in, all locations of cultists in Tyrosh and everywhere else, any stashes of theirs, names of all daemons they know, all important lore of Abbadon they witnessed....
Or, well, any important lore at all.
Basically, milking the champion dry for all knowledge we can.

Maybe with a pendragon to write down whatever lore they hold. You never know when you get a good chance to trade away a few secrets of universally hated assholes.

They are fodder, but the ones that lived to be captured would have been on the resilient side so let's say level 4.
*does a victory dance*

We should tell the Old Gods to get the wide pants out of the closet.

Can someone modify the training Draugr mene for the Old Gods and the Others? Because someone is not going to enjoy the amount of steroids we are giving them.

@Duesal, @Diomedon, how about another tree for Westhaven? A lot of those sacrifices were caught by the Legion so it would be fitting. The tree would aid us at spreading their faith among the Legion in opposition to Burny or the Seven and we could tailor the blessings towards auding the training.

I would wait until the petrified tree is assessed though, since we will need some fertiliser there.

Another tree for Westhaven? I think they only have a sapling, so growing that into a proper tree in anticipation of the vast influx of people there might be a good idea, for pushing the state religions.

So...
After all the Tree-growing we'll have 4 "regular" Tier-3 Heart-Trees and an Ancient-As-Fuck Un-Petrified Heart Tree at Sorcerer's Deep alone.
How long is before we start getting Old Gods' faithful go piligrimaging there en-mass?
:V
We are, basically, the holiest place of Old Gods there is by then.
Even more so than Lys.
Maaaaybe a bit less so than Bloodraven's grove. Just a little. :p

Also, @Azel, I think we should probably give Night Watch their tree sooner than that, along with Viserys-statue of Endure Elements. Even though it's to be done wih sacrificing artifacts, I'm talking about timing here.
Maybe also after Braavos Tree, if Silver Eye do have enough magic items confiscated for that.

Excellent. :D

Sacrifice (Presumed) HD Bonus HD after Bonus
1 Cultist Champion 16 HD +25% (Caster) 20 HD
1 Thanadaemon 15 HD +35% (Outsider) 20.25 HD
2 Sorc. Sangudaemons 24 HD +60% (Caster + Outsider) 38.4 HD
6 Lacridaemons 24 HD +35% (Outsider) 32.4 HD
32 Minor Cultists 128 HD - 128 HD
    Not Counting Cultists 111.05 HD
    Including Cultists 239.05 HD
This accounts for 4.42 Heart Trees, and this is before factoring in the artifact fodder for Day of Change.

Thumbs up from me. We are building up the Legion, yeah? The military training center needs its own tree.

Between them, however, moves one whose coming you did not predict. Armored in night-black spellsteel over which lie the flayed skins of old victims writhing in the torment of unlife, you know not if it is alive, undead, or a dark-hearted daemon.
@DragonParadox, black spellsteel? What was the cultist champion's armor? Is it something we could use or is it sacrifice fodder? Can we get a list of all the magic items we've taken from the cultists, the champion, and the daemons?

I know we already have 4 of the 12 Leukodaemon bows, I know we don't yet have the Archon-bone knife, and I know we have the spellsteel, but what else was handled offscreen?

*wish to raid the catacombs to bedrock intensifies*

I still say we trade him one of the god-statues, we don't want to destroy but don't want to give back to their church for the bows, he's a dragon so we can trust he wont destroy the beautiful artwork, which mean the god in question shouldn't be mad at us.

We can just buy the bows. They're +1 weapons, we can get each of them for 400 IM. As a dragon he's going to want gold for his hoard more than he'd want disease-tainted weapons literally made of bone and sinew, so I really don't see him not accepting the trade. And the sacrifice value of the bows also make the trade worth it on our end.

@DragonParadox could we have a tree of Justice, with a modified zone of truth so we know when the person being interrogated (i swear there is a Word for that, defendant?) Passes their save and lies? Or just no save at all for low levels?
