How well known is the Three-Eyed Crow or Last Greenseer among the OG-followers?

We wouldn't mention his actual identity, but that persona should be common knowledge to everyone he dream-visits and their friends, including the clan of the girl in question here.

Actually no, Bloodraven does not make his visits common knowledge, to prevent any hint of his existence from leaking. After all he is already dealing with the Others. He would rather not deal with say Champions of the Seven coming after him.

-[X] "To be perfectly honest my Lord? They would be beyond foolish to ask what would be beyond the means or overruling the expectations of a young girl of a noble house not yet even flowered. What could a girl of her years yet do without personal power at her own command but for the ear of her Lord father? If it was beyond such means and they asked it anyway, foolish are they in the doing, then, since they would answer to her relatives and their allies."
-[X] "Such open ended favors exchanged with strangers are not what I would recommend any person make without desperation guiding them, but then anyone could have made such a promise not many years ago and without the eyes and ears of the Gods weighing heavily upon them. The world is closer to the stories of yore than it is to the one either of our fathers lived in, which is why I stress the importance of educating... everyone, about the dangers that we face, both from men who dabble in sorcery, have the ears of gods, or whatever else ilk preys upon the misconceptions of mankind this day."
-[X] "As to what can be done? I doubt fire and steel should be necessary to absolve her of the favor owed... if but mere words were exchanged between they and I. I admit I am interested in what kind of person would even be interested in holding such a promise over the head of a child in her position. But beyond my curiosity I also have a duty. The sister of my friend, close in my council besides, has placed herself in a position that I feel she would not be in if I had only made contact with you sooner. But holding blame like packages to be weighted and passed around... it sounds pointless. No doubt if they hold such designs as you imagine upon her, they will come to regret them before long."

[X] "In this matter you need not fear, Lord Royce. Your daughter is as safe now as she was prior to the ill-advised adventure which saw her cross paths with the Wildling witch."
-[X] "The Wildlings are but puppets of another master, one who has a vested interest in their continued survival. He knows perfectly well what would happen to his pawns should they seek to take advantage of your daughter's Oath. Waymar, aided by myself and our companions, would fall upon them with the same wrath that has already shattered armies and torn asunder the champions of Hell."
--[X] If asked about the Wildlings' master, reply with "He is an ancient creature far beyond your ability to influence, Lord Royce. Although you would perhaps count him an enemy, he is vital to the defense of Westeros against enemies none are currently prepared to face. As distasteful as it is to admit, let alone tolerate, the Wildlings are but one of the tools he wields to stave off a greater threat in order to give the realm time to prepare. On this matter I can say more, as the Enemy has the means to learn when it is spoken of, even in hushed whispers behind warded walls."

I mean, she, her grandfather, and someone else very recently almost died to some relatively low-level Winterborn. Even if she's breeched PC levels, she still can't make herself a challenge to an actual PC. I simply do not consider her enough of a threat to bother keeping track of. I'll add her in if you insist, but I really don't see the need for it.

@Goldfish, no revealing Bloodraven.

I don't want to reveal him, but Yohn needs to have some understanding of the situation in which is daughter has become involved. We can't just make up some BS, because of Waymar, but we obviously can't tell the full truth.

@DragonParadox I try to make sure my write-ins are actually workable by sticking to the tone and frame of mind Viserys generally finds himself in.

In this case I'm trying to present Viserys as being utterly at ease with this situation, more reassuring than dismissive, with an oddly analytic and precise format to his words. Basically, he already sees how the situation is going to be resolved, not how it could be resolved, if he just sets his mind to it.

Like a King imposing his will, but rather than him imposing it on subjects, he's imposing it on reality.

@Duesal Shhh. Words are being exchanged. And we've already made it clear we're well-prepared to gird them with arcane protections.

Let Yohn get past the "my daughter put herself in a stupid amount of danger" hurdle and then he can start thinking happy thoughts about other things. Material things. People other than dragons like material things, pretty sure?

We promised those to all of the Royces. As I have been pushing for a PfE for Ysilla to pay off Dana, I'm wondering if that is what you intend it for?
Not yet we haven't promised. Eventually yes they'll all get PfE, but I'd only accept it after all of our essential personelle have been properly equipped. For now I'm fine with Ysilla getting an Amulet.

If we use the PfE to pay Dalla off, that'd be fine, but I was more aiming to reassure lord Royce that his daughter would have some kind of protection at all times so she isn't possessed and carried away or something.

I don't think we promised them to every Royce family member. At most, there was one allotted for Ysilla, which I still think was a terrible waste.

I mean I can't think of anything more reassuring than the promise that the DREAD SORCERER Viserys Targaryen is going to walk on over to "have words" with whatever obstacle currently in the way of someone else, or else repeatedly punch them on the mouth until they start talking sense.

What's the point of libraries anyway? We never seem to have the time to assimilate the lore we do have - especially the spellbooks!
Does it at least make our Scholarum work better/faster?
:???:

I never thought I'd have to explain this, but it just gives us more resources to work with. The more knowledge we have the easier study actions become and the more avenues of research we can take. It outright gives us a mechanical bonus. Just check the front page. And with the Royces, we're hoping for some neat knowledge of runes.

Sure, that's nice. But you're paying a guaranteed cost to get only a potential bonus (probably used only if we need to research some Runes or something). Now I'm sure that it's a great one and I'll probably vote for it this time, but I'm definitely not blown away by libraries in general.

What's on the schedule after this visit?

The side trip to shank Tor like a bitch and the subsequent looting of a snake godling(?)'s corpse threw me off a bit.
