I've added rounds to what you have above, is it correct
Would this work when we get greater celerity?:
Round 1
0]Cast quickened spell
1) Cast Spellsurge
Round 2
2) Swift action a spell we would normally cast as our main spell.
3) Make a full attack at BAB 15 and Strenght 20-36, without any enhancement bonus, with power attack. Four attacks with haste. Five next level.
4) Cast a metamagicked spell or summon something through our robes using Spell Combat.
Round 3 - Greater Celerity Interrupt! Free full round action!
5)Swift action a spell we would normally cast as our main spell.
6) Make a full attack at BAB 15 and Strenght 20-36, without any enhancement bonus, with power attack. Four attacks with haste. Five next level.
7) Cast a metamagicked spell or summon something through our robes using Spell Combat. (resilient sphere to protect ourselves in the time loss is a nice idea, but probably suboptimal due to teamfights and positioning)

I'm curious, and there may be a totally unnecessary vote in it for you.

Can we wield a sword as a medium half-dragon... can we do it as any other size, or even as full dragon? (I.e. do we get size bonuses for magic weapon, or even just useable size with damage measured in NdX of a normal longsword?

I feel that there is probably a big difference between a sentient devil-weapon and a mortal in terms of that what LE actually means.

What about Glyra? Or she triggered it, didn't she? Damm.
Introduce the spiked chain to Glyra before Day of Change, let the chain watch. Politely ask it how it feels about Glyra wielding it if she wishes. :D

And conceptually speaking, I think that a PfE might have a gap with regards to some things willingly borne with intent to use or some such... but now that I actually put words to that feeling, it does look a bit silly. :S

That I'd also be fine with. They're all sacrifice fodder. Literally nobody in the party will complain about our bloodthirstiness there, not even Waymar. And the Efreeti are rich sacrifice fodder (added benefit of furthering the alliance with the Opaline Vault), and devils have some damn useful loot (see Valaena's spiked chain & Garin's new amulet).

If they wanna attack us then I will welcome them with open arms and start calculating their HD.
 
I'm also pretty against pushing our abused and traumatized mother who has barely been able to stay sane when faced with so much magic, into magical melees. I mean, there has to be better and cheaper ways of killing her, right? If she ever becomes a PC, I don't want her anywhere near the frontline.

Yes.

The whole idea is that you get a free full attack with the sword out of it.

As HD yes, as full dragon it's tricky, but also doable:
1) The class feature might change the sword to properly fit into a claw, or make it into a mouthpick weapon.
2) We pick up prehensile tail as a feat.

And some others.

This is basically my view on Rhaella.

She wants to train as a PC? Fine. She wants to learn magic? Fine. But we as the thread shouldn't actively treat her like a PC, and we certainly shouldn't be planning like she's a PC. Sending her to fight monsters is the absolute last thing Viserys would accept. It's one thing if she wants to learn to defend herself, but Viserys allowing her to actively seek out monsters to fight is a huge no.

This would make our wars to get Teana into battle look like child's play.

EDIT: There is a damn good reason I haven't bothered putting her on the list of Baby & Subordinate Adventurers.

Would'a been nice to pick up Blackfyre for Viserys rather than a Bonded Dark Sister. Oh well. I guess the Sword of Kings can stay locked inside of a vault behind like three million traps and wards.

Viserys is actually proficient with swords, and he can always cast Heroics for any extra feat he might want.
 
Ok, to all the people voting for rhaella, are you sure you want to lock our mother to a martial class? You know, the people getting in close combat?

But more seriously, my main concern there is a protracted bullying campaign from the thing designed to drive her into submission (and alienate her as much as possible from others). Arranging so she can have positive social interactions when the chain isn't around will do a lot to undercut any action there.

@egoo, @Corvo Montés, @Random Shinobi Can I please convince ya'll to change to the Viserys option? Choosing Rhaella basically takes the sword out of play for years, while simultaneously encouraging Viserys' mother to engage in melee combat, despite never having had any combat training up to this point.

So, plans for looting Illyrio:

1. Standard Divinations to see if
-a) He knows we're coming
-b) If he has any wards tailored against us and our usual methods like teleportation
-c) What magical servitors he has
-d) If Tiamat's agents are waiting for us in his manse
-e) If he's even in his manse
etc.
2. Identify any and all people of value in the manse
3. Dispose of enemy PCs and monsters, preferably without alerting the entire city
4. Dominate Illyrio after divesting him of all magic items, and interrogate him
5. Loot the manse
-a) Magic Items
-b) Valyrian Steel
-c) Dragon Eggs
-d) Rare Books
-e) Sensitive Documents & Letters
-f) All the gold
-g) Exotic Animals kept as pets (lion for Leila?)
-h) People of interest that can be looted (given that Illyrio in canon collected Dany and Viserys, maybe we'll find other people here, perhaps even potential dragonlords)
-i) Identify all Secret Doors and hidden rooms
6. Gauge on how we should make our exit and handle clean-up

The choice seems kind of obvious given the variant benefits. And if we want the sword just as a bodyguard for Rhaella we should make/assign her a proper one instead.

Was hoping we'd see some of the minor actions first since Viserys is in SD and not very busy.

...Not that I'm not excited for Illyrio. I really want to find out exactly what's been going on there. Plot hook's been hanging for ages.

I would be overjoyed if we had the option of regularly going after chromatics. We could do so many things with a dragon corpse. Armor that even druids can wear, dragonbone bows, dragongut lutes, dragontooth daggers & speartips, wonderful trophies, etc. Dragons are basically living loot.
