Also, I think it was fucking cute as shit when Waymar's first thought drifted to Tyene.

The shipping is motherfucking real.

Entirely unrelatedly, I'm pretty sure there is room in the schedule for Waymar and Tyene to work on the Memory Moss together when we revise it between when we get back and their respective quests for the month kick in. You know. If we wanted to. For no reason in particular.

Tyene wanted to stick Viserys and Lya in a closet together, Viserys attempts the same goal by having Tyene and Waymar work on the same project.

We can have our revenge for the jokes she made in our direction in Volantis!

@DragonParadox I know we took this trip out partially to learn more of Malarys. But given how much personal interventions have been passed around like a hotcake between party members, the abilities of everyone have been displayed, and how we're balancing many dangerous games like an expert juggler and somehow not dropping any of the balls...

How much has Malarys learned about us? About everyone? Presumably more than we have of him. I also found it funny that he hasn't bothered to interject at all. Sure, that could be him taking his status very seriously, but he isn't even trying to play the courtier.

Though given we have no less than three people who could be called social experts, that's small bananas in terms of observances.

We've learned quite a bit about him.

Cleric 3/Church Inquisitor 8 or 9

One of his Domains is Inquisition.

He's Lawful Evil, with a Lawful Evil deity, and so quite unlikely to be able to Channel Positive Energy.

He has the Divine Metamagic feat, which we've seen him use in conjunction with the Quicken and Still Spell Metamagic feats, possibly Silent Spell as well.

He keeps a Greater Dispel Magic spell prepared, as well as a Slay Living or Harm spell, which he wasn't afraid to use against a Forgefiend.

Previously, we've seen that he prepares a Streamers spell, Magic Circle Against Chaos, and makes liberal use of Tongues, so much so that he might have it prepared multiple times.

Etc.

I don't have any idea what you are talking about! Notice how my post says Magic Circle Against Chaos, and there is no tag showing the post was edited. You must be delusional.

It's the chaotic influences getting to him as he doesn't have a magical circle against them anymore after giving his to you. You monster.

-[X] Tyene - Message: "Knowledge of our planar origins may well be worth much, and cause a great complications, can we hold off on that for a bit longer?"

25 words.
Message is not restricted to 25 words, that's sending. I know, I was typing the same previously before I checked (yea memory!).

@BeepSmile - if she got 1 rank in Knowledge(Planes); that won't help. Waymar's stories, told for hours, cannot not hint where he comes from. Asking the Genie to keep it secret might work better (and make her feel better what with this whole 'in debt' thing).

It's a little grey shaded when it comes to morality, but if you manage to convince all participants ...
I think we can find a male CotF ready to father a child, and I'm quite sure if we pay enough at least 1 whore will be up for it, and enough for a commoner isn't that much by our standards, I expect we will have to pay between 50 and a 100 IM per child in addition to the scroll, although I want it noted, the children will not just be given to the CotF unless that's the mothers wish, it's her child she will get to participate in raising it if she wants.

By the way, since we've manage to avoid completely fucking up our inroad to the Opaline Vault, we have access to their curse-breakers (which the Citadel of Ice and Steel apparently lack).

We can have the Cornugon's Spiked Chain looked over and potentially made completely safe to give to Valaena.
We can have the Dark Genie's staff looked over and either sold or handed out to someone in the party.

@Goldfish, were there any other cursed items that we're stuck with?

...you really underestimate the inclinations of this thread to constrain ourselves to such petty notions.

The Dark Sun Dagger? I'm not sure if it's technically cursed, but it's fucked up pretty bad.

Lady Embra holds your gaze defiantly for along moment... then sighs, slowly drifting back to the cavern floor. "It seems old sayings prove true of dragon's get as well." Then in the tone of someone reciting a snippet learned by rote long ago she explains, "Beware a wyrm's words softly spoken, for they oft cut deeper than its claws."

Look, ma, imma dragon now! Good lady said that!
