That's actually a bad thing, as much as him being a good person. We need him to remain his canon self for as long as we can so when we challenge him for the throne he will do half of our work for us.
Joffrey is a few years younger than Dany, (I'm not sure exactly how many) I don't think he will be able to destabilize the realm for us like in canon, unless we wait way longer than we plan on, I mean even if we wait 4 years more with invading, Joffrey will only be 10 at that point, I don't think he could commit his canon level of malicious idiocy at 10, well not unless he got a doze of maturity like Dany did, but Joffrey is too pathetic to do that.

@DragonParadox @all we never mentioned the lannister mage - we should share our read on his character and such imo, explain the circumstances (cursed, why we didn't break said curse, ect

@Diomedon, how about spending the other day with Bron? It's about time we get to know him a bit better and I'm inclined to talk shop about equipment and integrating him further into our fold.

Half the reason Joffery was such a vicious idiot in canon was the fact that he was 12. All the authority of a king and all the self-centeredness, thoughtless cruelty and petty malice of a child

Anybody up for making a Chaotic Evil Negative-Energy Air Fire Arcanum and hooking her up with Joffrey?

That should make sure that people will be begging us to come and kill the king.

I was going to propose a "working holiday" type thing for Viserys to check in on the baby PCs if he ever had an odd free day floating around. We could do Bronn and Asha (who I want to check on her progress to make money for a ship). They're both fighting, killy sorts.

Sounds good. Some diplomancing before they lead assault groups for us would be nice.

By the way @Diomedon @Azel, if we have free days after the mercenaries then I want to spend them raiding Dragonstone and the Dragonmont.

We're more than a little overdue to start drowning in eggs.

Yeah but if you make him even younger, you get him before his rebelling phase, which mean he would mostly be a mouthpiece for Cercei, and while she can fuck things up too, I don't think she's quite as talented at it as Joffrey is.

Even at 10 I would expect him to be easier to control, if he's only 8 or so, I don't think he would be making any actual decisions.

Don't underestimate Cersei's ability to fuck things up, she did in one year what Baelish thought would take five. Hell once Robert outright tells Ned that the only reason he hasn't abdicated and joined a sellsword company in Essos is the thought of Joffery on the throne with Cersei whispering into his ear.

What precautions do we want to take with Rhaella? Dany will likely spend her free time with her, but we probably should think through things. Our town is sadly riddled with spies (though Moonsong might be doing a good job distracting them right now. More reasons why the Axe isn't that useful as a naval base, since she has likely told everyone and their mothers about it by this point). She doesn't have the accent to be Essosi, but Essos is probably the only area where people who look like her pop up.

Give her a ribbon of disguise? I doubt the spies have the equipment to pierce that, and its a fun magic item.

Maybe try to dedicate one of the free days to explain our magical subjects.

[X] Diomedon

That's what we get for delaying six months with the sellswords... all buyed out. Salt! To Me!!!

If the Windblown are in the city and we kill the Tattered Prince then I'll be freaking pissed.

Seems a naval base within a single tp jump was too much to ask. Escort duty for the next month? Gotta keep her close anyway for Tyrosh.

It wasn't the distance, but the discrete nature of the base we wanted. an uninhabited island with no natural water wouldn't be where you'd look for where this pirate fleet is coming from that's bothering your shipping. Instead she took a known pirate haven, and then announced it to everyone when she got back.

If we want to send Moonsong anywhere in the future we need to make her orders ironclad and issue them in such a way that she cannot fuck it up for us.

Speaking of our new Bone Fort in the Basilisk Isles, what the hell do we want to do with it?

Uplift the natives? Convince them we are a god and have them start worshiping us?

Potential forward operating base for when we do that quest for Yss? Outpost to trade with the Brindled Men and Naath? I don't know enough about the fort to make any good plans.

You should not be sending Moonsong to do discrete things. She quite literally draws power from being more in(famous).

This is more obvious to me now. I thought she'd do flashy things like attack pirate ships she found, and in between the flashy things have her crew doing boring things like look at islands.

@Goldfish, we already have Dothraki we can't really get rid of, and now we have to deal with Wildlings. At least the Sothoryos natives generally keep to themselves. I don't want to sink time and effort and money into yet another group of savages.

Has some potential... It's not a big fort, doesn't have any magic wards or anything, but it's enough of a fort to be at least passably defensible.

 Okay. No more stealth missions for Moonsong. Never again.
Let's just politely forget about that fortress. It's absolutely worthless to us in every conceivable fashion.
Can we at least take pleasure in ripping it to shreds with our magic and gifting the rubble to the Sothoryos natives?

... damn.

Well, at least it will make for a nice decoy fort. We could even station a few worthless constructs and something which emits a magic aura. Could net us an unexpected enemy, like a Volantene Wet Work team or a Tiamat cleric.
