You're making really good votes to begin with, and then add in people's points, and are much better at this sort of thing than many people in this thread, yourself and dimoden mentioned expierence in this field (uh, counselling, not the specific "counselling one raised from long death into a world close enough to what you know to fall firmly in the uncanny vally, by a tree lich, and your sorcerus children" field), so people vote for you. *shrugs happily*
I really like that so many have lent thier expertise to this quest! Adds to the awesome factor.
Edit: would a ledger actally ward off Dany? I mean, I'm unsure how she feels about trade myself. Does anyone here remeber any time we've actually seen her oponion expressed?

Maybe Brag Mode is best for this trade nonsense.
It's a valid concern of the regular noble but we are different, we are Viserys Targaryen.
Normal Noble = being beholden in some way to non-Noble merchants and that influence is not desirable by their Peers or their Lords. General conflicts of interest.
Viserys Trade = the opposite for us, we are no longer beholden to wealthy benefactors and future subordinates, we have our own income even without smallfolk to tax (in the beginning), our own fleet, our own army, our own land (outside the Crownlands). Also we're King, there is no conflict of interest, merely our interest.
Normal Noble = takes time away from consideration of the realm and subjects. It's not worth their time to know these things.
Viserys = More learned than any Maester in literally everything already.
Normal Noble= trade requires compromising with those below your station. At times resulting in poor bedfellows.
Viserys = First, everyone is below our station. Second we are never required compromise because we hold pretty much all the cards and it shows, our "compromises" are mostly to bring people into the fold and keep them there.
Normal Noble = Personal prosperity v Prosperity of the realm.
Viserys = Realm therefore Personal Prosperity = Prosperity of the realm.
In general this is true of anytime we break the mold. Nobles delegate to experts and avoid showing their lack of expertise.
We are more expert than just about anyone that could be delegated to.
More deadly than the entire Kingsguard.
We spin webs as well as any spider (we renegotiated the terms of loan to the Iron Throne without even sitting on it, we are regulating the finance of our Usurper, I think this was glossed over by many)

Which is as BS as the dozen other times she's stolen credit for Viserys' genius.

The way to do it is unique and "No" effects instead of enhancement and buff effects. Unfortunately much more expensive.
E.g. +2 to saves is good but she is still likely to fail because she's a LVL X Class Y.
Activation Resilient Spheres, Mindblanks and Globes of Invulnerability don't really care what level or class she is.

The cold, dark corner of Viserys' subconscious which is composed of me most certainly cares.
We can take reasonable precautions, as in equipping her with a means to fend off mind control (PfE Amulet), heal her wounds in an emergency (Healing Belt), and disguise her appearance at will (Ribbon of Disguise), along with guards with superhuman abilities (Minotaurs) to protect her. We can also make available instruction in magic, if she wishes to learn how not to be useless.
But I won't support pouring huge amounts of money down the drain.

is lya a romantic partner to Viserys? I am not that far yet if thats true. If so thats cool Lya is nice and totally not a bitch like many females in this world. Also strong which I am pretty sure a dragon would want in a mate strong in the not physical sense but in magical power.
