Hmm, how about this then.

Wait till night, then have the Lannister wake up in the main chamber alone, with us across on the lords seat, to have a "little chat."

That'd be great. But Tywin isn't an idiot, I'm sure Tygett, in the most vulnerable position of any main house Lannister (at least to us) will have a planar ally or two. I'm trying to think through if it's better to attempt surprising him at risk of a fight in the keep (might kill some of Stannis's men, and lose good will since his family is right there), or not.

There's also the time issue. The more time we spend scoping out Tyget, the better our chances of pulling off the ideal interrogate + potential disappearance, but we're tight on time.

Need to ruminate on the effects of various types of failures, so I'll do that while I shower. I think an attempt at the surprise meeting, with failure resulting in us teleporting out immediately might be alright. That failure condition would still worry Tygett (and thus Tywin) but not display enough power that anyone would do anything foolish.

I thought you said long ago that Shireen had already been healed, @DragonParadox?

Guess my memory is acting up again?
She survived the Greyscale, but is still full-body scarred.
If news gets out that we can personally take a defended keep, people will start raising our banner. I'm not saying we can't cause a ruckus, but the full "I'm beyond your power to even touch or harm" waltz in, in plain view is too much.
We are propably not beyond their power, Tygett will have a VS sword and there will be some Lannister mages.

This approach also happens to be our best bet for a CR-appropriate fight. Maybe the Lannisters have some ace up their sleeve her, it's a very obvious choice of attack for us after all.

While it would be amusing to cause a ruckus here, it's going off on tangents like this that keep us from completing our goals in a timely manner, and lead to numerous side quests.

Don't lose sight of the goal, folks. Let's just move on. If we try to heal her, we'll probably find a coven of Hags or a pack of Were Rats to deal with before moving on.

[X] Argue against it
-[X] The longer we tarry in Dragonstone, and the more people whose path we cross, the greater the likelihood of discovery. Let's collect the bones, without splitting up, then continue our journey.

@Goldfish, DP just promised us we're not going to be getting CR-appropriate encounters every step of the way. Healing Shireen is just fine, and gives Stannis even more reason to be conflicted between us and Robert. It's marching into Tygett's solar that goes too far.

No more random CR-leveled stuff, if you find something it will be foreshadowed somehow.

That's not my main worry. I don't want us to find something else to do, or provoke a war we don't want to fight yet.

If we can get Bloodraven done without complications, we can swing back by on our way home.

No tangents this time, if we can help it, IMO.

Having Dany sneak in and heal the girl would be not be significantly more risky than sneaking in and taking the bones.

If Dany can quickly heal Shireen, then great. She heals Shireen and suddenly Stannis is indebted to us, and it eats away at him that we--dragonspawn--have done more for him than his brother ever did.

If Dany can't heal Shireen, then no big deal. It's not like the girl's going to die. We just shelve it as a future project and move on after collecting Rhaella's bones.

I don't know why you're nervous here. Dany promised to be stealthy, and DP has outright told us we won't get a CR appropriate encounter and that everything here is too weak to challenge us.

None of us actually intend to drop everything and spend days healing Shireen if that proves necessary.

[x] Agree to let Dany heal Shireen while you recover Rhaella's bones

Unless the very obvious attempt to get an appropriate fight out of this gains tracktion I'll vote here.

But see it in a different way, we might provoke Tygett into calling Lanna and Gerion over if we appear openly.
She can Teleport and they propably have some means of communication.

That reminds me, we were never told what Gerion is.

@DragonParadox? Is he a Fighter? Swashbuckler? Mariner?

Before we lose our cool and murder Tyget, lets ask ourselves, what would Jesús do?

Btw, i Saw some pickled herring at Costco and thought "we could sell that to the tritons at a profit"
Edit: oh god i finally got the bb Code to cooperate.

Thinking on it, I want to leave a letter for Tygett. Finding a letter from Viserys Targaryen in his bedroom or solar of the keep he's managing is unsettling, but has much less risk to prompting a fight.

We could outline what peace between our houses would require. It wouldn't have any immediate effect, but if the Lannisters are ever in the position where most of them feel that their house's survival is better served by bending the knee and handing over Tywin, we'll want to plant that seed early and give it time to spread ("This ruin is your fault, Tywin. If you hadn't been so eager to murder women and children our backs wouldn't be against the wall!").

Maybe we'll find a Dragon egg? That reminds me of Malarys' future first action in the quest: hatching Valeana's dragon for her... and thus spending some more time together ;)

Ah, that reminds me.

In addition to getting Malarys' and Bronn's charactersheets next turn, Malarys' first action before anything else should be to help hatch Valaena's dragon. And we'll get to do it in front of Rhaella! :D

Then Malarys is next in line, and after him Rhaella, then Aemon or Jon Snow depending on circumstances, then possibly Tyene if she wants a dragon at all. And of course, Dany. She doesn't need a dragon, she just wants one.

I rather not split the party, but i'd rather split the party than not heal this girl.

So, consolidating.

Think this is best.

Doing a good deed and more points with Stannis.

Weird question. What was Viserys like when he was in Kings Landing and did people say bad things about him then? Not to his face but like how people thought he would grow up as?

He was only six when he had to leave King's Landing with his mother. There wasn't much to talk about. There was quite a bit of worry, though, because Aerys doted on Viserys, and people saw potential future conflict with Rhaegar.
