I'm still hoping 'rebirth' means he can learn new tricks, like 'fair trade'. It would be so convenient to have a god with whom you can trade and where you get what you bargained for.Seemed like it might be a good time to wrangle more boons from him, when he's drowsy and distracted.
So, how about if we give Argo (the sane minotaur) one of the VS great axes and some armor? He seems competent enough to be made captain.
btw, argo prooves that Minotaurs can learn to control themselves. No 'we are made this way' excuses. So, how about if we give Argo (the sane minotaur) one of the VS great axes and some armor? He seems competent enough to be made captain.
That is a lot of wealth to entrust to a mentally handicapped rage-monster, even a partially reformed, cowbro like Argo. What if we start him off with regular armor and an axe and see how he does first?
It's been our longstanding goal to make him a god of Capitalism, we did nudge him into that direction by badgering about money and the QA session after we fed him the devil seemed to imply that his core nature is fixed, but tgat he can change.I'm still hoping 'rebirth' means he can learn new tricks, like 'fair trade'. Ask the Iron Bank to lend us one of their upper tier administrators, use him to explain how commerce works. Because being able to bank boons (==goodwill) and get interest or being able to get into default would be a nice feature. It's been our longstanding goal to make him a god of Capitalism, we did nudge him into that direction by badgering about money and the QA session after we fed him the devil seemed to imply that his core nature is fixed, but tgat he can change.
So the odds seem good.
Minotaur cavallery. Do you want to be in the frontline, holding a spear/pike, when the Gorgons come charging? Also, if we don't like the Gorgon option for Richard, we can always have the Steel Bull form part of our Bull Guard...
That was what I was thinking too. The Gorgon is a default mount for Ser Richard now, but in the future if he gets something better it can be passed down to the Minotaur commanders. Also, if we don't like the Gorgon option for Richard, we can always have the Steel Bull form part of our Bull Guard...
No, then Viserys teleports next to the enemy leader, with him to a safe place and they talk about surrender-conditions before a single strike fell.I'm just seeing it - on the one side the traditional battle line, pike/spears and archers, some cavallery on the flanks, on the other Viserys, two woman and fifty Minotaurs in heavy armor.
Then the two woman start mumbling, Viserys changes into a large scaled and winged monster, blinks from sight, and a minute later the cavallery is introduced to dragon breath ...
"We've made a god of Capitalism. Want to teach him some advanced banking and get his patronage?"Ask the Iron Bank to lend us one of their upper tier administrators, use him to explain how commerce works. That's what happens after the quoted demonstrations happened a few times. No, then Viserys teleports next to the enemy leader, with him to a safe place and they talk about surrender-conditions before a single strike fell.
Eh, I though abducting the leader is a nice alternative to bloodshed. That's what happens after the quoted demonstrations happened a few times.
Best thing? Yss gets human followers, humans get a reliable god. And I don't mean 'reliable' in the sense of 'BURN', like others."We've made a god of Capitalism. Want to teach him some advanced banking and get his patronage?"
Snek becomes the patron god of Braavos?"We've made a god of Capitalism. Want to teach him some advanced banking and get his patronage?"
That tactic will work better if it's already known what happens if they prefer to fight. And it's also a possibility that the second in command attacks while we negotiate.Eh, I though abducting the leader is a nice alternative to bloodshed.
Viserys doesn't like burning people.
I'm sure there are some people Viserys wouldn't mind burning.Eh, I though abducting the leader is a nice alternative to bloodshed.
