It pays to double check and keep records of this stuff.
It is unlikely that the counts or other lesser lords would rebel, but that does not mean they can't impede your policies if they were actively opposed to them rather than not too enthusiastic.

No idea anymore. I dug up the original picture for the Inquisition team in the Traitors Tourney, and made the leaning version for shitposting purposes a year ago or so.
