The Opaline Vault provides most of what we need. Dirt cheap iron which we forge into steel, adamantine, mithril, etc. I'm not sure about the plane of metal, but the plane of earth has served us plenty well so far.
As far as we know, there are no Paraelemental or Quasi-Elemental Planes in this setting, though the Elemental Plane of Earth provides abundant mineral resources for cheap.
And then we've got our eye on that giant Adamantine mine in the Plane of Fire to seize from the Efreeti a few years down the line.
If we're going to use magic to ease them into the news that reality is somewhat broken, @TonedMite, we could have Viserys use Wild Arcane to duplicate a Spread of Contentment spell. It's a very large, long-lasting effect which easily encompass the entire Curia.
