We already voted to not recruit Lanna and Gerion so that one is a done deal.

Minds change all the time.

Tyrion: "Members of the Curia I come to ask for mercy for Lanna and Gerion true the crimes are severe. Apparently far worse then a..." Looks down at his paper. "Demon who works as a guard for one of the local whore houses that once ripped a new born out of a mothers stomach and forced her to watch him eat it alive as she died. But surely it is close to that completely forgivable act that some mercy can be shown to Lanna and Gerion."

This is of course made up the details will be different, but atrocities are devils middle names and it's not hard to find them.

No particular reason to even let Tyrion speak.

Also. The Lanna matter was voted on. Having them share Tywisn fate won by a landslide. So that chapter is closed.

Not up to you thankfully.

We voted for a kangaroo court as well, and if we don't let people speak on behalf of the accused that makes our court a Joke before the entire empire. I wonder which is more damaging, letting the dwarf boy speak the truth, or looking like we fear what he has to say?

No, we literally already voted for to determine their fate. That is signed and sealed and soon to be delivered.

We have closed that chapter and I guarantee we will not be opening it back up.

The greatest crime of the Lannisters is that there is probably around 50-70 full pages of arguments about whether to spare Lana and Gerion, spread over the last 4 years of the quest.

And neither is it up to you to unilaterally disregard votes, so kindly tone down the belligerence.

We have been hiring devils for years at this point. Nothing of this is new. None of these arguments are new. So what precisely do you intend to achieve here, except reheating old salt?

I also remember that we voted that Tywin will get a fair trial then be sentenced to death , which means even if the trial in the unlikely situation declares Tywin innocent will still kill him

Well I look forward to watching the fall out of that short sighted band wagon. I suppose I should quit the quest now that I'm not getting my way. :p

That's just me being snarky. The verdict will be guilty and the sentence death. We even already figured out how to ensure it sticks without soul-killing them.

Nothing short-sighted about the decision and it certainly wasn't a bandwagon. We discussed, debated, and argued about it repeatedly, off and on over the course of IRL years. Now that we have been able to come to a decision, there just isn't any chance that we're going to reopen that can of worms.

I would agree, and I'm sure even Asmodeus would agree.

But this is Mammon.

Skinning the sheep is what he does. And picking the gristle from between his teeth after all is said and done.

Not sustainable, for a timeless plane of existence.

Actually, I could very well see a LE promoting evasion, if only to charge extraoficially for the authorities to look the other way, but I think that is the Brass Ballsack's modus operandi rather than Mammon.

I'd see Asmodeus investing long term, while Mammon trying to take all you earn without you noticing, essentially tax slavery.

Trying to make you pay more than what you earn is not sustainable in the long term, and Baatezu are not stupid like thar

If you've got nothing to add here but salt, might I interest you in a cup of tears?

We are having a firesale.

As in, I'm more than willing to fire you out of a cannon, if you're feeling a bit daring.

Which alternative was it? I can't remember
Give them a shard of Thinaun before hanging them. That captures the soul and we can summon an Outsider to hand-deliver them to their proper destinations.

Definitely Baator for Tywin.
Rest Eternal I believe. I want them to be books first though. Sweet extraction of knowledge
Rest Eternal is afterwards thrown on the corpse to make raising them nigh impossible.

So are we planning on turning Lanna into a book to extract knowledge from her?
IC we already extracted all the relevant knowledge.
She's no Fey Court leader, nor a void-tainted Daemon, to need more than a few days of book-reading assisted by specialized spells, to get all the knowledge from.
Realistically, she only had a few years of relevance.

Considering during the conquest lady lynderly committed suicide rather than live under our reign

I think we should expect either a mass rebellion or a mass suicide from septons and other entities after the news gets out

She had about... 5 years worth of relevant data? Pretty much everything pre-awakening is utterly worthless to us.

Rest Eternal is afterwards thrown on the corpse to make raising them nigh impossible.
and don't forget to use Orphan court shadow lore to harvest their shadows first as to drain their essence(exp) after all Baator doesn't deserve a free meal nor should the essence be wasted on them and if someone does manage to bring them back we would be able to use the shadows to divine/curse them no matter their protections and they would be massively weakened having been level drained by aforementioned shadow removal
