Sure there is, but a story of Freedom does not inherently make for a court. Just a free and powerful Fey.
It's an important element, but it needs additions to make for a court.
Freeing lesse Winter Fey from the taint would continue that theme of hers, adding Wildfey to her service instead would expand it towards building an independant exile-court.
Maybe there are other paths for the story to take.

We're probably going to go with wildfey recruitment for the most part, considering the unlikelihood of securing and freeing that many winter fey as nice as that would be. Maybe once in a blue moon we'll have the chance, but there are a hell of a lot more wildfey to snatch up in the meantime.
@DragonParadox since we are talking about fey, how is Queen Rhaella doing? Feel like since we've made airships been ignoring our technical capital ship just caused she is sea-based. I wonder what it would cost to convert her into airship, or heck a general travel anywhere ship be it air, underwater, different, planes, etc since I'm sure her court would love it just as much as Moonsong.
Either way, think Rina would go to the friendliest fey she knows of for advice given her new existence.
She is doing fine, being back in harbor the dryad is enjoying her time in Sorcerer's Deep. She caught up on her reading, went to the theater, even taking some courses in the military academy

Cool, did her tryst with Oberyn earlier lead to anything? I know Tyene was joking about getting another sister with leaves for hair.
I am curious how other fey will react to her being since Winter Fey have not been a thing in awhile and the closest thing they likely remember are the Others which don't play nice with anyone.

The Queen Rhealla has always been a boondoggle and since we are steadily heading towards Tippyverse-style point to point teleportation, that won't exactly change.

Mostly she's just convenient for gathering up random Sea Fey for the Imperium. Queen Rhaella herself is largely outgunned by more or less every other asset of the Imperium beyond that.

I like to think of her as a mobile meeting place between the people of the land and air, and the peoples of the sea. In the years to come, the oceans of Planetos will be home to many different creatures, and the Queen Rhaella can be the friendly face of the Imperium whom they all know and respect.
She could gain military significance... but probably only if she gets proactive and starts leveling up as a mage of some kind. And even then she'd have the equivalent worth of a single high value agent.
A fey like Moonsong on the other hand is a spaceship commander, in charge of some truly ridiculous firepower. She doesn't need levelups at all, even though they'd certainly help.

Moonsong's level ups are more about making her a more effective captain and leader than a traditional combatant. Buff spells and Bardic Performances are great for a ship captain like her.
She guides the Moonchaser into battle, busting out a continuous stream of magically potent one-liners and puns so devastating that all of her crew are empowered to defeat their enemies. Such is the power of the Bardic Comedian!
Same. I'm okay with getting a report, but I'd definitely prefer to personally loot the divine realm. When the hell else are we going to get a chance to wholesale loot the last remnants of a god?
And you're absolutely right about eventually annexing Queen Namaaru's realm. I am confident we can convince her... but at the same time I don't see it happening for around a year or two until after Qohor, Norvos, Westeros, and Slaver's Bay are dealt with. She probably won't bow to a man who's below her Mythic Rank for one thing.
Your return to Sorcerer's Deep is marked as ever by the looming stack of reports that seems to gather on your desk the moment you turn your back on it. The best you can say about its current incarnation is that rice paper looks less daunting than parchment. "On the other hand the fact that it stacks more neatly might mean it will make higher piles," Varys offers slyly.
"You know everything I do, don't you?" you begin, doing your best to make the thought sound innocent, though you make no attempt to hide a chuckle when she flies off to her sunny ledge to look for some more secluded roost.
If nothing else the first report to come to hand is an encouraging one. The Scholarum continues to grow, the losses of the Sarnori campaign barely noticeable against the scale of not only those completing their apprenticeship, but also new masters fresh from their journeys of knowledge. One would be hard pressed to find a 'standard' grimoire among those who bind their spell lore in ink and paper these days, a far cry from the early days when spells learned in the classrooms were the only tools for even a master.

Then again there are masters and masters, and as the sun descends from its noontime perch you have an unexpected visitor bearing yet more unexpected news. The Lady Melisandre looks as poised as you have ever seen her, fire glittering at her throat and shadow dark as pitch in the unwavering magelight, far indeed from a supplicant for all she has aligned herself with your cause. Still, she comes with a request. "I must depart Sorcerer's Deep next moonturn and your realm entirely, for the Lord of Light has need of me in realms beyond this one to face an enemy we share."
"Which enemy?" Your thoughts go at once to Those in the Farthest North. The sight of Rina shimmering with power that has not been in ages and filled with a new purpose comes forcefully to mind.
"Not the the servants of the Great Other, I would not face them alone in their realm." Some dark memory plays behind her eyes, gone too quickly for you to guess at what it might be. "No, there is war within the Sphere of Fire against she that was almost the undoing of Volantis, who killed far too many of the faithful for her mad plans. For the evils she has wrought, Ymeri must die."
For a long moment there is silence while you gather your thoughts on this new matter. "I agree, but how is this to be done? The Queen of Inferno in the heart of her power is a formidable being."
"Formidable yes, but true flame can burn the false," the priestess replies with iron-hard conviction. "Even now the hosts of the blessed march through her demesne and lay siege to her palace. I was offered the honor of being present for the assault."
What do you reply?

OOC: The way I set up divine rolls is I give all the gods a number of actions proportional to their strength. Here's an edited version of the chapter, @DragonParadox.
We need to have a Pseudodragon-sized desk made for Varys that we can reveal next time she teases Viserys about paperwork.
For CR 28, Ymeri is pretty weak. Though I'm curious how Rhllor intends to kill her. You need epic-level ice powers or a full deity directly attacking her to actually wound her.
now i question if that one fey from Ymeri we spoke to previously (you know the one who left the sprite with us) will want to join us as her lady is getting stamped on by Rhllor

Eh.
"Loot" Ymeri dying offers is unique, true, but it isn't strategic or anything.
Even if we had no other concerns at the moment, I'd choose going to Valyria instead as a 'delve'-action.
@DragonParadox, what sort of 'help' can we reasonably offer her there, though? We pretty much geared her out already..?
Assume we arent going to send anyone with her.
If she succeeds, it is one less minor (Deific) enemy out there, and that's nice.
now i question if that one fey from Ymeri we spoke to previously (you know the one who left the sprite with us) will want to join us as her lady is getting stamped on by Rhllor
Would we really care for the tatters of her court that will remain, though?
They are mostly off-plane, unlike CoS, and don't connect to any matter of interest for us, unlike Water courts, Lys court, or (potential) Winter Fey.
Just a bunch of totally random Fire Fey in her employ we could have gotten if we cared enough to try and kill Ymeri.
Except we totally don't, she is too small a fish in the sea of litersl shitshows to truly focus on her.
I say, they arent worth the time we'll spend recruiting them, if it isn't us who kills Ymeri.
