@Goldfish, how about summoning a few minor Demons with Bloodwish and firing a Maximized Horrid Wilting? The area is smaller, but it deals 120 untyped damage to everyone affected.

The Demons are mostly meant as ablative armor.

Plan updated. Much less attention grabbing this time, and has Viserys attempting to satisfy Dark Sister's thirst for Devil blood.

[X] Moving right along...
-[X] Viserys casts a Maximized Searing Agonizing Firebrand spell targeting all of the Devils he can see as a Swift Action, then moves to join Richard and the Seeker in melee combat against any remaining enemies.
-[X] Dany casts a Reached Chained Sacramental Seal spell, targeting as many Devils as possible, but placing priority on the Judgement Devils.
-[X] Teana places a Brilliant Barrier between herself and the Erinyes targeting her, then casts Shadow Healing on herself. If she is healed by Benerro before she can heal herself, she instead targets a surviving enemy with Amber Sarcophagus.
-[X] Garin targets the Judgement Devils and remaining Erinyes with another Quickened Darkbolt spell, then does the same with a Maximized Darkbolt spell, either hitting those which he missed, who resisted the first salvo, or who he simply could not target, then using any left over bolts for other Devils.
-[X] Benerro moves to cast a Heal spell on Teana.
-[X] Richard and the Seeker proceed to murder any enemies in their paths.
-[X] Mereth focuses on bringing down her fellow Erinyes, using all five of her ranged attacks, then activating her Belt of Battle to make five more attacks if any remain living. She prioritizes those which are most heavily injured or failed to succumb to Viserys, Dany, and Garin's attempts to Stun, Petrify, bind, or Daze them.

Yes, steel with a soul is what she was called in the narrative numerous times. Having the blood of men and dragons, heroes and villains drip over enchanted steel for centuries can do odd things.
So, hypothetically, we could create a body for her and meld her with it and some other components?

An Imperial Steel warforged perhaps.

Yeah, we can do that if y'all want. I just updated my plan to use Firebrand and have Viserys abuse his Draconic BAB with Dark Sister, but I don't mind swapping it around again.

So I'm thinking there are three avenues we could go for Dark Sister.

Get Lya to make an Outsider like the Arcanums and pour her soul into it.

Imperial Steel Waifu Warforged.

And we could go ham and cheese and probably just straight up make her into a Dragon. She's got a connection to our soul, I bet we could do it.

I am galaxy brain'd as fuck.

Best girl deserves the best.
Honestly, this is loooong overdue.
She's underutilized and will keep being underutilized.
Because magic trumps swording 90/100 times, and we don't have any sword-type Targ anyway.

This will actually let her get character development beyond "(blood)thirsty sword waifwarforged".

@DragonParadox, can we somehow unbind Dark Sister from Viserys? This is getting pretty ridiculous.
Here is my suggestion. At the Summer Summit (the gathering of all the standard-bearers after the conquest of Westeros), we solemnly acknowledge in front of the faces of people and gods Jon Snow the bastard of Winterfell son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, a full member of our house. And we give Jon Targaryen the Dark Sister ... I want to see it from Catelyn's point of view.

Imperial Steel Dragons.
Huh.
This makes far more sense than anything else, now that I think about it.

We already made precedent with making Dragon breeds that don't bow to Tiamat by default, but we had yet to make a Dragon Breed that would be defined as "Imperial" all the way.
Harbringer is the closest thing, but more like a prototype in the metaphysical sense.
