Lucan don't do that, he used to do things like that, but Lucan has actually taken a swing towards good, he used to be lawful Neutral doing whatever the Father commanded, but his experiences changed him and made him lawful good, the problem with him is no longer him being a Seven fanatic, it's that he refuse to accept lesser evils for the greater good.
What you say just doesn't make sense to me.
We will rule the Westeros. So ALL who live there will either kneel or die. No, they can get some benefits for the oath, but in the end, everyone will fall either under the category of subjects or the dead. Lucan explicitly and not ambiguously said that he would never obey because he did not like our race. So I don't care whether he is good, evil, or not defined at all.

The Faith Militant was never really Lucan's first choice, his wants virtuous feudal rule.
So Lucan wants a land, a Fief, where the priests of the Seven rule?
Fuck no! I wanted to say that this is not possible within the framework of our laws. Well, I hope so.

Well, there goes nothing. Let's have an infodump and plan an omnicide afterwards.

It isn't, but its not what he wants.

Lucan wants the system that currently exists in Westeros, the Seven being collectively the gods of Feudalism, only people are competent and virtuous so it works instead of being Westeros.

He's an ass about great many things, but he's, objectively, a stabilizing influence we can't rightfully call "bad" for Westeros, however much we may try looking for a way to.

Much like Baggie the Bag of Shit, he will not accept what we have built with our realm.
Because Lawful Good.

So we are left with the choice of "kill him now, ya have to deal with whatever bullshit he specifically prepared to counter Mythic Red Dragon, and the social unrest", "kill him later, and then invade Westeros immediately, his death will make fewer waves then" and "try and diplomance him again to, at least, not interfere if not to bow to us".
So far, we seem to be moving steadily towards the 2nd solution.

We may have had a chance to become allies if we acted smarter during the Conclave... but we burned that bridge well and truly then.
The least "burned soil" solution would be us approaching and trying to diplomance him into leaving Seven Kingdoms for other pastures, (like Hellven for one)... And then killing him when we fail that.

Actually they may agree with that, but I personally think it'd be irresponsible to allow it.

Last time Andals got kicked out of a place by Valyrians, they traveled somewhere new and gave it a good try to kill everyone there who wouldn't convert.

We have a pretty firm commitment to not repeat Valyria's mistakes, and that would definitely count.

@Goldfish You should give Aife those Pact spells + a Contingent Heal spell as well when writing up their sheet. That extra bit of 'oh god why won't it die?!' will be handy dandy (and extra effective no matter if the enemy is relying on status effects or raw damage, consider Sublime Creature template makes all healing spells even more effective). That could negate a lot of damage done to them over many rounds or multiple opponents trying to whittle down their prodigious HP pool as well.

Actually I doubt most enemies will try to exhaust that bottomless pit TBH, not when it has such high constitution and also adds Charisma to each of their HD.

It is kinda sad the plan to keep the Herald guarding our cities while we are in Sarnor won't pan out, but what can one do I guess.
We have a sizeable number of aquatic defenders in SD, Gogossos and Braavos, so at worst we'll lose 3-4 free cities if Illithids attack.
:V

I'll throw together the forge-order tomorrow.

Look on the bright side, sending a Herald of the Merling King who is very friendly to us to the northern Triton tribes, with backup Flesh Forged creatures loyal to us, this should give us a big bonus in recruiting all the Triton Tribes. @DragonParadox, is this a reasonable assumption? Hopefully Aife is able to get everyone to safe waters in our budding Reef City in Sorcerer's Deep.

@DragonParadox I don't see why we can't transport them via Demiplane or airship once Aife locates the tribes. We can detour for that.

It is yeas

Once she has dealt with whatever is imperiling them yes.

"Before I depart to those far waters there is another debt that must be paid..." she turns back towards the narrow sea cave and breathes out a wave of light, bright as the sun yet gentle upon the eye that newborn could behold them.

No simple spell this, you know, but an act of the divine, a creche for creatures of living waters. It would take more work you know, carving and forging, prayer and song, but a seed has been laid and before this moonturn is out it will sprout into what you asked. The Ferryman might guard the dead, but He has some power at least over the beginnings of things and this is one such moment.
What is she doing here exactly?

Mhm.
Yss has Nirah (cr 20), Ferryman has Aife (cr 22).

OGs we're not making a Herald for until after we deal with Westerosi houses and Andal revenge because, like we were warned when we thought about souping up the tree-dragon, they'd do their own shit with it. And throw shit down.

That leaves R'hlor as the one we can sacrifice creatures to make a Herald for.
Doubt he'll want one, but who knows.

Storm Father is too weak yet, as well as the Earth Mother.

Meraxes and Syrax aren't getting jack shit until we feed the 15th to Yss.

Jazzirian, Goddess of the Silver Moon and Lady of Lys only take items as sacrifice.

@DragonParadox, do any of the above three want a Herald custom-grown, considering just how they are made in the Fleshforge?
How much CL for a push from 15 to 20 CR, if yes?

haha what the hell would they even throw their TreeGod Wintersbane Other Destroyer Level 100 avatar at? The Starry Sept?

In the middle of a populated city?

Eh, I'm still disinclined to make them one right now, we'll have plenty of shit to empower them with after Westeros, and leading up to the Long Night.
Also, they just might. Retarded tree-ghosts, remember?

By the way, I don't see that we are improving Sallosh in any way in the Strategic Turn. And Sallosh itself can't take any actions for itself so... how are we going to mae it into an actually working province?
