DP recently gave me permission to stuff the much weaker Aspect of Tiamat, so the possibly Mythic Avatar of Tiamat can go right next to it.

I'm highly tempted to follow through on Azel's suggestion of making a custom Wyrmskull minion out of the 5 heads here.
I'm sure we can think of something.
Side note, we are most definitely making an "idiot-puppet" out of the previous Avatar's skulls.
Apparently that would keep hurting Tiamat for as long as such puppet exists, by sheer anger she'll experience at it it'll be worth it.
...That, or making the 5 skulls into latrines. That was an immediate "Tiamat will send something your way" from DP back then

I kinda disagree here by the way.
As noted in the entry, people make Wyrmskulls mostly for the immense knowledge the dragon had.
That is propably something we have to cut out anyway if we want to make it impossible for Tiamat to influence the Avatar's corpse.

We've long since operated off of using Make Whole to use a piece of the bodies to grow a trophy mostly stripped of all value -- that's how we got Mammon as a trophy and as an archdevil blood production machine. Assuming that Avatar is defeated and leaves a corpse we can harvest, I hope there is enough viable material for several cloak, armors, or other Tiamathide items.

This is different from items.
A Wyrmskull is explicitly still possessed by the mind and spirit of the dead dragon.
Making a regular Wyrmskull from Her heads would be literally attempting the enslave a part of a goddess, which seems to be among the stupidest ideas I can think of.
Just using the skull as material and having a different spirit animate it could work, but it wouldn't give us a real Wyrmskull.
