Well, to be fair, DP did allow for choice one-liners to be said before without taking up actions.
Like, really short ones.

@Crake, @Duesal, as the two people with objectively better canon-knowledge than me, what'll be the scathiest of burns here?
 
Nothing but dead silence. To the legitimate belief in kinship, nothing could be more damning.
 
If I had to choose a thing to say, which I won't because nothing at all is smart when you can't afford even an instant of distraction, it would be "Desperation seems to breed poor bedfellows, doesn't it?"
 
Enemies typically only use "talking as an action" when they are trying to catch us off guard or demoralize us.

It never works because people have tried that on us literally a thousand times. It is too old hat. And I believe we compartmentalize anything truly surprising regardless because they're also currently trying to kill us.

Talking is a bad idea because... one can assume the other side has had the same treatment given to them and for some strange reason assumes it is an appropriate thing to do because "every evil bad McBadguy does it, right? Viserys is a Dread Sorcerer, I bet he loves hearing the sound of his own voice."

We only give speeches for special occasions. :V 🔥🔥

Kinda hard to let him know what we think without saying anything. Silence can be mean anything. How would Faegon know we are ignoring it? Us attacking could just mean we don't care we are kin to him.

Really can't say three words at most and then attack? Really? I'm not saying to do a speech. Only say like a word like Blackfyre. Just stating a fact and then fighting. At worst it does nothing and we are fighting still. I'm more expecting it to cause Faegon to be distracted for a second or two.

Talking is not a free action. Pointless theatrics in this harm our own chances in the coming fight.

If we are trying to say by being silent that we don't think we are kin or ignoring his claim then silence might not get the message to him. Kinda hard to burn him if he doesn't know we are trying to do that.

It's like telling a joke but the one we are telling it to doesn't understand the joke.
 
I'm not going to add it to the plan out of priciple, but it would be amusing if Varys just started Telepathically giggling in response to Aegon's comment.

Look, you're awfully incessant but I guarantee you literally a moment's hesitation will bite us in the ass in this situation. Or rather, it fits within the internally consistent mold of suspension of disbelief. If for whatever reason Aegon is happily trading dialogue without doing anything hostile, it is because simply doing nothing is innately hostile. Tiamat's Production Model Aspect is on the fucking way. He doesn't have to do anything.

It simply doesn't matter to us that he claims he's kin. We know he's not. We all know he's not. His beliefs on the subject are irrelevant. This isn't some attempt to burn him, this is us refusing to even acknowledge the claim in any way.

Yes, she's not an idiot. She knows the Blackfyre isn't kin, like all the Companions she has all the intel we got from Varys' interrogation. f!Aegon is not family.

While Dany certainly cares about family, she does not care so much about what people say on the matter to endanger said family by not having her head in the game in the middle of battle. If I thought she would have said something I would have written her doing so. Keep in mind you guys only directly control Viserys
