They still exist on the quest spreadsheet, though most of them are hidden to reduce clutter among the still active sheets. I'm at work, so I can't link it right now.

You'll have a tough time making sense of any of the older ones without the written out plans to go along with them, since they were more like calendars than plans. The newer ones are easier to follow, sorta.
I found it. I was using the mobile sheets page on my phone's Firefox, mistake 1. Then I tried using the desktop site, as viewed on my phone's browser, mistake two. Then I downloaded the sheets app and relaunched the Accounting Sheet with that.

It's still shit but it's at least readable shit with drop down menu for previous sheets.

TL;DR version of my plan:

We are a representative of Tyroshi nobles and Myrish slavers seeking to prop up an ally against the Dragon.
But actually we are a Volantene envoy seeking to weaken Lys to take over and buy out some strategic businesses.
But actually we are Viserys Targaryen, who organises a war against himself that is doomed to fail while seeking to secure legal ownership of strategic assets for his own military industries.
Where the fuck do you work Azel? Are you scriptwriter for house of cards or something. This plot is so convulted I'm not sure if Viserys got retconned to be Fiendblooded.

...are they still relevant?

I assumed they had been all but forgotten, as thematically cool but kinda vain project of few posters...

If ya'll quote stuff at me... or better yet phrase MAs yourself, I'll add them.
I know the feeling. But I think DP made Ysilla's wargame canon, so they're here to stay.

He also moonlights at Soul Intake Checkpoint #54,873 in the Foyer of Hell, helping to process the souls of the damned before they are shuffled off to their appropriate eternal torment.

Eh, I think they're a neat bit of culture we've introduced to Planetos. High quality, durable children's toys that would normally only be accessible for the extremely wealthy have now become commonplace. That's cool.

From what I've heard and read about him, I've always assumed that he works for one of Asmodeus' Lieutenant to process the soul coming to the Ninth Circle by Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday.

And going straight to the Garden of Crystal to work with some of Tzeentch's aspiring Lord of Changes by the Thursday and Friday.

Nasty work in those days, 'cuz compared to the neat and tidy hallway of the Palanquin of Pain, he needs to be at the shadow of the Lords of Change in questions with their dubious plans and sometimes has to outwit them, if he does not want to become: A) A Daemon Chow or B) A Chaos Spawn.

But the Latter's pay is waaaaaay more profitable than the former due to the intricacies of the Warp and the backstabbing nature of Greater Daemons.

We've changed a lot of things that would have been ruinously expensive in an extremely inefficient economy, to the point where they're mostly free and guaranteed.

Though I can't help but think trained surgeons and stuff will mostly be found among Fleshgrafters for a while. But then I feel like most healthcare treatment in general will be relatively cheap even without the crown ensuring mid-to-high level spell effects are very available. Not 100% about alchemy's capabilities, but... there are a few alchemical items that offer significant saving throws to recovery from them, and Remove Disease is a 3rd level spell that can be made into a ritual. Treatment of venoms or poisons also possible through ritual technically... good for slow-acting ones.

@Goldfish We should probably make another batch of lower-level spells into rituals for our various institutions.

Edit: Of course we also have healing trees, but then they can only handle a certain number of people trading blood for healing per month. Though if we consider with regular availability of lower levels of care, and the generally high hygiene levels in our cities once we're through with them, we mostly have to worry about healers having resources they can use to heal people out in the frontier or in the boonies.

@Crake, what's our policy if some Noble, wealthy Merchant, Magister, etc etc, wants to Ressurect their dead? Provided they have a piece of the person's corpse and have the required money.

I've been meaning to bring this up for a while now...

Taken from page 85 of the Draconomicon in the Lair Wards section:
Platform of Healing: Any time an injured creature is placed on this 10-foot-round platform—which is affixed to the floor—the creature receives the benefits of a heal spell.

If an undead creature somehow ends up on the platform, treat it as if a harm spell had been cast upon it instead.

Strong conjuration; CL 17th; Craft Wondrous Item, mass heal; Price 76,500 gp.
It's hard to commission for sure, and would cost us 15,300 IM to craft if we ever did craft it, but the effects basically mean that any city that gets this would have its health care shoot through the roof. There's no capacity limit for these things like there is with a Heart Tree.

Of course, a Living Spell Ooze made with Heal or even Panacea would basically be the same thing, and probably be cheaper as well.

Yeah, there are some good basic quality of life spells we should convert into rituals. We can start on it next month. Lya #2 would be a good lead for that project, IMO.

There is no law against it, though such services are basically limited to Viserys and the Companions, and a few close allies, at the moment. If you want someone else to do it, you either track down one of the few independents capable of it on Planetos or you go off Plane. Thanks to the Planar Terminus connections, that's quite possible.

The only problem is when inheritance comes into play. The main restriction is that you're not allowed to chase immortality and forever deny your children their inheritance. You can be immortal if you manage it, just that you'd be required to part with a good chunk of your wealth every time.

We could put an age limit in?
For example once you turn 75 you have to give the next person in line their heritage or another example would be that your not allowed to use Resurrection services upon reaching like 100 or 150 yr old?

The age limit is basically just one natural life span, so if you're about to die of old age and pay a mage for a reincarnation or something, that's when the law kicks in and forces you to allow your children their inheritance.

That was my general idea yeah, do we already have that implemented as a law or something?
