It is a full action, though?
The list is all about Full actions.Done.Done.
@Artemis1992, added Amrelath and minions on Hardhome, also added Vee and Waymar on cleaning out Farspawn infestation in lieu of Amy.

Side note, we are foregoing the Char Serpents 11th month.
Ffffucking Tiamat.
...Poor underfed snek :(
I don't see Garin assigned anywhere.

Well, fuck.
Ah, Waymar and Vee are safe...
Mhm.
At this rate, we may be better off outright not doing it, than sending those few people we have Mindblanked in there without support :/
Dany is capable of casting Mind Blank on people now, if things can be finagled enough to let her accompany the group, too.

You need to redo this list, @egoo. The Beholder (hopefully a Beholder) has demonstrated it actively uses divinations. Unless everyone involved is Mind Blanked it will run away.

Mhm.

I disagree.
As it is, it will see forces it can deal with and propably not run away.
The nice thing about Mindblank is that if half your forces are hidden by it, it looks like you are attacking in far lesser strenght than you really do.

A Beholder has no reason to run from Riz'neth and a single Naga.

Crake needs him to do some intrigue to secure ourselves better armies.

We need her preparing the talisman tho', I'd have been glad to let her join otherwise.

I'll re-assign people from that action now, gimmie a few minutes...
The freed up Guardian Naga would make an excellent Scholarium instructor.

I disagree.

It ran from us back when we were a lot weaker, and Riz'Neth and the Guardian Naga aren't exactly pushovers. Isn't their whole schtick that they're ruled by their paranoia?

They are teaching in SD's schoalrum by default, all three of them.

...You may be right.
@everyone, ya'll think we should try to bait whoever's behind this like that, or we'd be better off doing other actions with these people?-

EDIT:

Good point, re-assigning it is, it seems.

No, their main schtick is that they are insanely narcisstic bastards. Though paranoia is common too.

Anyway, a baseline-Beholder is already CR 13 and this thing has fleshcrafting skills on top.

It could take a middling Cleric and a CR 10 Naga.

Edit: Seriously, Beholder are incredibly scary bastards, never underestimate one.

More of a reason to send fully Mindblanked team, then?
Aren't worst of his eye-beams no-sold by it to boot?

Tbh, I don't have strong feelings on this action either way, so please, @Goldfish, @Duesal, @Artemis1992, decide on it now while I have PC access to edit shit.

If they're doing this mission at all, someone needs to be ready with AMF. And Viserys will be busy, Lya will be busy, and Dany will be busy. So will Rina and Malarys.
[] The mystery of Hardhome: The only true city of the Free Folk, it supposedly fell to Essosi raiders, though what manner of raiders would bother to make flames that could be seen as far as the Wall? The birds that are Bloodraven's eyes fly uneasily over the ruins of Hardhome, and one was even so overcome by fright it slipped the ancient Greenseer's control, to be found hours later. Still, whatever dwells still in the ruins of the town seems content to stay there, and so Bloodraven has not meddled while other more urgent tasks demand his attention. He advised caution if curiosity would drive you there. (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)
Assets: Amrelath and his minions, a getaway Erynie for minions.
@egoo, for this I'd strongly recommend Companion-level firepower as an addition. The CR was literally ???, and it's strong enough to stonewall Bloodraven even Beyond the Wall. It would not surprise me if we got a surprise!CR 18-20 monster if poked at hard enough.

No, Disintegrate, Finger of Death and Felsh to Stone don't care about Mindblank.

But, @Duesal they all have pretty low DC for the regular Beholder, and it's not good on the defence either.
I think Waymar can kill one very quickly, only he gets in the AMF-Cone, but if he's the target then Vee likely isn't and she can kill one quickly too.

Ultimatly the party of Waymar, Vee, snakepriest and Naga is capable of bringing down a Beholder with relativly little risk if they play it smart.
If they get caught in a bad situation, like fighting fleshcrafted monsters while he AMFs them all and shoots anyone leaving the AMF, then they are fucked, but that's what good scouting and planning is for.
The Xorn will send an experienced scout, I hope.

Sure, but there's the fact that this is an extraneous mission at best. If PCs are needed elsewhere this would be the first mission I would scrap.

Mhm, alright, if we are to forego the Beholder (?)-action, Waymar, Vee and Riz'neth can support there...
Otherwise, we can add... Noone really?
:(
------------------------------------------------
I'm adding Bloom the Brijidine on "The Final Contravention"-Research Action, I think she'll do fine enough there, @everyone.
-----------------------------------------------
@Crake, looking over the Accounting, you got several people doing actions already, whom I'd very much prefer on Intrigue or Adventure actions outlined above instead - just a heads-up that I'm talking about Glyra, Orphne Feylord, Azema, and Aradia the Huntress there, dealing with Golden Company and Asmodeus' cult in various ways.

-------------------------------------------------
Here's some more people to assign, @everyone and @Goldfish in particular:
Unassigned Minor Assets: Khal Rhango, Sarah of Pentos, Leila Goldhammer, Argo the Cunning Bull, Ser Kennos of Kayce, Jeyne Weaver, Roger Reyne, Mors Crowfood Umber, Ser Bonifer Hasty, Ser Gerold 'Darkstar' Dayne, Dirriz the Faerie Dragon,

And here's the actions of low enough CR (or not needing Companion-level knowledge/proficiency) to send them to:
[] Capping off a Danger: Cleaned out as most of darker WylkFae have been by Faith and the clansmen, some still escaped. Hunt down the dangerous Redcap murdering travelers, now moved to kingswood in search for more prey. (Opposition: ??, Redcaps; Rewards: ??)

[] A Darker Kind of Fey: Deal with various Fey of Court of Stars proving a danger to people of Westeros:
-[] Swift Eye, a Quickling who haunts the outskirts of Oldtown alongside his troupe has been known to deal with Deep Ones. On the other hand he has helped the Lantern Bearers as much if not more. His greed seems to be the great constant of his being. Due to his loyalty to the court he has been left in peace, though it has been foretold that he will meet an unfortunate end soon at the hands of Deep One agents. He is counted among the Gold faction.
-[] Jagged Knife, a Redcap whose court has set up on the edge of the Rainwood ambushing travelers, particularly families with young children whom he torments with dreadful choices trading lives until they go mad. He is only nominally part of the Court of Stars. Crimson Lotus suspects he gained that position by some manner of blackmail. Killing him might actually gain favor with his supposed patron of the Indigo, if one can stomach working with a being who tacitly allowed such monstrous deeds.

[] Frozen Ground beneath the Hills: Hork's Hill, a small hillock approximately three miles outside Saltpans, named for the giant's tomb at its heart, though the locals no longer remember it. An inquisitive and uncannily fortunate Ink Devil brought word of its existence to Eowith after its master, a Riverlander diabolist of paltry skills, perished at the hands of the restless dead. The unnatural cold witnessed within the barrow proper would seem to indicate the hand of Winter at work, though divinations into this matter have shown that nothing will emerge from the barrow for at least the next year." (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)

[] Saltwives' Lament: Standing on the shore of the Sunset Sea upon Sea-Dragon point is a tower of white stone, that seems to have been dipped in salt, local legend claiming from the tears of the kidnapped maidens locked within by cruel ironborn lords. Supposedly such was their sorrow that the sky itself took pity upon them and spat forth a mighty storm to sunder the longships that would take them on to the Iron Isles. Whether they were then slain as witches, or if the deed itself required spilling their heart's blood none can say for certain but all tales agree that one can still her their sobs and cries whenever a storm strikes those shores. What is clear is that no bird of beast will approach the tower willingly and when Boloodraven drove a raven to do so despite its instincts he briefly spotted pale figure upon the tower's crumbling battlements
Likely Foes: Ghosts and Wraiths
CR: 5-7

[] The Barrows of the Lost Clans: Finish cleaning up the halls of Lost Clans of Freefolk, filled with risen dead – the bodies unburned by foolish people of now nameless clans. (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)

[] The Lost Beastbreaker: The famous Beastbreaker of Lorath went looking for more exotic beasts Beyond the Wall a year ago… and has not returned. With the rumors of his proficiency at flesh-crafting and creating new life-forms, it is perhaps important to learn what happened to him… and deny him to Winter if possible. (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)

[] The Temples Hidden: Use the widely-avalaible divination, and the mystic amulet of Blind God of Lorath, to find his temples, hidden away across the lands of Essos. (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)

Alright, here's what I currently have.
[] Have Lya make a second body for herself - a week of Progress
[] Have Lya learn ~5 Spells as per Goldfish's discretion - 5 Progress less on Lya's RA.
[] The Secret of Life and Death: Analyze the lore obtained from Lord Bolton and Qyburn and see to bring the efforts made by the ex-maester to their conclusion, creating undead creatures that neither spread decay, nor need the constant attention of a skilled mage. (Progress 20/25, Cost 30,000 IM)
Researcher: Qyburn.
[] The Godhunter: The fortress-ruin that held the Orb of Dragonkind still holds leashed power unlike anything you've ever sensed, but it remains dormant for now. With time, it might be possible to reconstruct the controls of that power, and with proper preparation use it as a weapon to slice away part of a god. (Progress: 14/16)
Researcher: Valeria Wondersmith.
[] Iron-bound Tome (Demon-caller's Spellbook): A book with covers wrought of thin sheets of black pitted iron marked with the sign of Abraxas. Though there is no lock binding the pages, the tome refuses to open. Even if with all the strength of your dragon-blooded form it feels like you are trying to move a mountain with your bare hands. (Progress: 6/8)
Researcher: Volantine Mysterium/Scholarum Branch.
[] Weaving Deepest Veils: Research the lore promised by Fey of Orphne court, wards capable of evading even a god's eye... even if not a perfect defense all by themselves. (Progress: 10/18 Cost: 11,000 IM)
Researcher: Tyroshi Scholarum branch and Naria Loreseeker.
[] The Final Contravention: With how far you have come, and how many you broke off from Hells' leash, perhaps you can go around the Pact Primeval in a way none before you had - and utilise the Lawful nature of all Devils to create a Ritual that would be capable of severing their connection to Hells regardless of their exact kind, or strength. (Progress: 30, Cost: 20.000 IM)
Researcher: Sorcerer's Deep Scholarum Branch, Mercy of the Soul, Bloom the Brijidine.
[] A Dragon Chained: With Runelore of First Men, and secrets of Shadow Fey Wardings, it may be possible to close on the last hole in the trap you are laying out for Tiamat.
-[] Utilise the corpse of Tiamat's aspect to create a foci, that someone with sufficient skill could use to fight off Tiamat's "Dragon" Divine Domain, holding the power she exerts in check... even if for a short while.
(Progress: 12, Cost: ??)
Researcher: Dany, Naath Scholarum branch, Tolos Scholarum branch and Lya.
[] Safety in Numbers: The Hell-forged talismans you recovered from slavers in Gogoss may just be the answer to the problem of protecting the soldiers of your Legions, or at least one not excessively expensive-
-[] Research a way for (earlier created) Valyrian Steel Banners be made into capactitors for spell Protection From Evil, covering hundreds of Legion members at a time.
(Progress: 35, Cost: 45000
Researcher: Svitran the Dreamer, Velen, Mantarys Scholarum branch
[] That Which Stands Forbidden: search through Scrolls of Forbidden Lore recovered in Lyceos (Spellscale, Draconian, and Kobold templates) (Progress: 8)
Researcher: Lady Saenna
[] Dreamscaping: The realm of dreams is an odd thing, shaped by the minds of mortals and shaping them in return, though some beings such as Yss have shown you that it can be altered in more direct ways. You will need to learn about such shaping before you can hope to leverage the dreamscape for your grand work. (Progress: 20, requires Dany, progress added by other characters is halved)
Researcher: Aenie Caleris (Saenna's daughter, specializes in Dreamlands).
[] Reforging the Brass Bull: restore the Hadhayosh spliced together with the ship by Efreeti Visier (Progress: 12, Cost 10,000 IM and 100 lbs. of Mithral and Adamantine)
Researcher: Elaheh Marita
[] Tools of the Trade: Through the ritual you gained in the Opaline Vault has revealed the secrets of many of the arcane treasures in your possession, yet some remain beyond the ritual's reach. Will you study them further?
-[] Star Seeker's Anchor (Arcana)
Researcher: Rina
[] "Name pending": Continue on infiltrating the ranks of Golden Company in Yi TI, ensuring they'll have no spies or hideaway unknown to us by the time we choose to stike at them, all while scrupulously divining everything possible.
Assets: Tyene, Nuri, Azema, Orphne Feylord.
"Name Pending 2: "Fuck Slavers' Bay"-boogaloo": Send your people into Slavers' Bay in order to hamper the efforts of Cult of Asmodeus as much as possible, lookng into it's roots and wreaking their plans (including those of turning Spear Goddess into servant of Hell through belief - look for priests not in pact with hells and use them), by any means necessary.
Assets: Malarys, Glyra and the Roaming Chaos, Kira Windgraced, Tuin and Morwyn (Drow Assasin brothers),
"Name Pending 3: Golden Company's Revengeance": Look into the forces of Golden Company - learning the numbers, location, and general layout of their main force beyond the outdated data provided by Varys.
Assets: Aradia the Huntress, Mereth and Erynies, Construct Ravens.
"Name Pending 4, I'm tired of this": Look into the Shadow Fotress of Tiamat upon the Shadow Plane - aquire plans of it and the teritory around it
Assets: Anu, Shadow Tor, Melisande.
[] A Fire, snuffed out: With Volantis having sworn to you, perhaps it's time to openly close down a threat that persisted in the city ever since your first visit. Break into Ymeri's mansion, and clear out all of her remaining influence - with the mansion itself, if needed.
Assets: Viserys, Zherys, Sir Richard, Rina, Teana.
[] The Hagswood: Found about a day's ride south of Pinkmaiden Keep this dreary stretch of woods was according to local legend the site of amass hanging of either and outlaw band or a peaceful village, depending on who is telling the story. Of late some of the darker denizens of the of the Feywyld have been drawn there, by the lingering miasma of death and decay amid the stagnant waters, earning the woods a new name and far more travelers seeking it on secret midnight journeys. Many do not return and of those who do none are unchanged.
Likely Foes: Green and Anis Hags
CR: 8-9
Assets: Misfits and Thoros
[] Into the City of Glass: Having established the economic relationship with two other Genie Empires, perhaps it's time to visit Marids as well – not to mention, that they once succeeded in driving out Mind-Eaters, and Marid mercenaries may prove invaluable in future conflicts with them. Have our people establish contact with leaders of groups that seem promising and call up Viserys if successful. (Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)
Assets: Viserys, Relath, Breath Taker OR Blight's Bane,
[] The Court of Goldengrove: A Driad queen resides in Rowan's Nest, guarding an entrance to Feywild – and alongside her a Court of nymphs and satyrs. Go there, and learn more of what place they seek in this world of returning magic – if they can be trusted, or relied upon with deals fairly made (Opposition: ?? Wylkfae, A Driad Queen, Satyrs, Nymphs; Rewards: ??).
Assets: Viserys, Vee, ??
[] The Barrow of the First King: Generally speaking most ancient barrows of the First Men are conveniently out of the way that the intrepid explorer does not have to disturb more than the odd flock of sheep to enter them, unfortunately the largest and most famed in all the North happens to have a town on top, Barrowtown where the living laugh, sing, weep and sigh above the bones of the ancient dead. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the tales of riches and magic found in other tombs the people of Barrowton have in recent weeks begun digging down, the ancient entrances having long since been forgotten and built over.
Strangely enough rather than the vengeful dead their desecration seems to have drawn the attention of twisted and malicious fey, perhaps the last of the barrow's ancient guardians, for he whose bones lie at the heart of the ancient complex was once beloved of the land spirits.
However rather than avenging themselves upon those who would disturb the tomb the fey have taken to tormenting the weakest and most vulnerable of the locals, beggars, urchins and petty thieves, beneath the notice of Lady Dustin if not Bloodraven. The ancient Sorcerer explained that if you do not end help he likely will likely in the form of Dannar and Alyssa, before some fool actually does manage to disturb the tomb and its wrthful king.
Likely Foes: Tooth Fairy, Lamp Blighter, Redcap (Malicious fey) and Undead (Barrow)
CR: 6-8 (Malicious fey) and 10-12 (Barrow proper)
Assets: Xor, Sandor, Danar and Alyssa Crowl, Softstrider.
Assets: Amrelath and his minions, Vee, Waymar, Riz'neth.
Unassigned Major assets: 3 Guardian Nagas, Rhaella, Nettles & Sheepstealer, The Harbringer.
Unassigned Minor Assets: Khal Rhango, Argo the Cunning Bull, Ser Kennos of Kayce, Jeyne Weaver, Roger Reyne, Mors Crowfood Umber, Ser Bonifer Hasty, Ser Gerold 'Darkstar' Dayne, Dirriz the Faerie Dragon, Breath Taker/Blight's Bane (depending on who goes with Viserys to PoW)

I'm thinking letting the Guardian Nagas keep teaching in SD - aren't they a family or something? I'd kinda hate to separate them in that case. And I think Hardhome has enough of a strike force by now.

Rhaella... Shall we send her to Yi-Ti, diplomancing people?
One of Minor Actions DP approved for next turn is someone setting up a meeting with Emperor there and exchanging Lore on"enemies of all" between us.

And here's the actions of low enough CR (or not needing Companion-level knowledge/proficiency) to send them to:
Sarah of Pentos is a full time instructor in the SD Scholarium, IIRC. I think Leila may be, as well?

While we're making a brand new race/beasty - could we bastardize the kobold and half dragon template and make Dragonborn as the chassis? Maybe it's my inveterate sense of aesthetics or irony, but this seems like the coolest possible way to create what we need in a freethinking, sentient chassis.

EDIT: Also, could someone link to the plan for the Tiamat trap? I can't seem to find it.

Rhaella makes for a good diplomat, but she would be at a serious disadvantage in Yi-Ti. Tyene did so well there because she had the necessary magic and skills, plus the right mindset. Rhaella lacks some of that, plus she is Viserys' mother, which could cause issues of it became known. I'm not sure if how that would play out in Yi-Tish culture.

@Crake, @Goldfish, is there a province whose Intrigue-action we can direct towards this too?
