[X] Goldfish

Perhaps have someone case the place for more surprises inside. Our underlings could do it, a surface sweep while taking no risks.

Also, that Inevitable can go away, nobody likes it. Oh, wait.. Envisions all the high level mages in the realms sending off negative reviews against it.

That would trivialize a major aspect of the setting's world-building so I'm unfortunately going to say that spell does not work anymore since the breaking of heaven.
That said, I would like to eventually figure out how to soul-forge Outsiders. Not mass production, but imo with the way we're progressing with our research and all the expertise Lya is getting we should at least open up the possibility of making our own Fiends and Celestials on a small scale.

That is at least theoretically posibile, after all gods can do it and you guys are blurring the line on what is and is not divine.

Guys this spell can be used for creating quick teleport network.

Not burning 5K XP for each creation (we would need a lot), not desiring to have everyone who would use such burn a feat and be a 5th level mage at the very least to boot.

Permanent demiplanes, TP circles, some sort of Mythic 'the roads lead everywhere' blurring of distance conceptual bullshit and even ratifying a deal with the Old Gods for common use of their heart tree network all seem better.

A neat find, but in my eyes inferior to other options.

Oh yeah didn't see the cost.

It might be a little late to cry cheese at this point, but single spells that just whistle up a better version of major infrastructure with no other thought to it seem like a little much.

In this specific case though we've been avoiding teleport networks because they'd collapse the trade networks that support much of the non-agrarian economy.

Limited use is one thing, especially for difficult to reach locations. Wide scale portal placement is another; it would cause us major problems that would need all of our attention to mitigate, and even then we'd still make a huge mess.

By the time we were done this would be a Tippyverse quest, and we still wouldn't have started on fighting the major battles of the setting.

At this point you guys can just set up teleportation circles if you want... with all the consonances that implies.

Anyway, good night guys, see you tomorrow with more fey intrigues.

In addition to figuring out Outsider production, I would really like to figure out how to bestow the Saint template onto other heroes...

[X] Viserys uses Wild Arcana to cast a Chain Dispel spell targeting the Fey creature. He then expends a use of Mythic Power via Amazing Initiative to gain a non-spellcasting action to activate his Belt of Battle in order to Blood Wish an Amber Sarcaphogus spell against the Fey.

I Iove this quest but I don't get nearly enough time to take part, so I'll leave an idea instead.

I know there's some interest about creating outsiders in the game and there's the royal guard / praetorian project.

The thanatotic titans created the demodand. In pathfinder they where created out of abyssal soil, water from the river Styx and there own blood.

I was thinking should Lya and Viserys make there own outsider race with Viserys blood and Lya's soul crafting?

I'm not sure how the Brain Spider was fooled, but I may have a theory for the illusions:

Invisible Spell (Metamagic)

According to the description, you can make the visual component of a spell invisible, and "Those with detect magic, see invisibility, or true seeing spells or effects active at the time of the casting will see whatever visual manifestations typically accompany the spell."

Which means, that if you have an invisible illusion, then true seeing will show you what the illusion should have shown if it was visible.

So our Fey creature could have had a double illusion running, with one showing what he wanted to show, and the second identical illusion running invisibly underneath the first.

Have Magic Aura to erase the auras of the spell, and you have a potent illusion without Cloak of kyber.

Sounds like a recipe for an Advanced Kobold to me.

I understand not having time to participate much, but please feel free to drop in whenever you get a chance. Even if you just want to cast a vote or offer up another idea. The more the merrier, after all.

What happened to the Seeker, the Rhelis we purchased in the city of angels, or the fallen Shieldbearer?
Also what happened to Garin's cousin or sister that was turned into a full vampire?

Illlusiseption!! But how would that get Brain Spider to get fooled?

Wylla's Garins aunt. She ended up taking over Naath due to immunity to the Butterfly Disease that came with being a vampire, winning hearts n minds by hunting down the slaves that raided it, and killing those on the island who didn't like her taking over essentially. She met up with Moonsinger and Co and came back into contact with us from that, reunited with Garin, and decided to on her own initiative join the Imperium since that fat Int score let her know the way the wind was blowing and she was cool with being part of a larger, heavily Bravosi inspired Empire. Also after some heart searching conversations with Viserys and Garin, decided to un-vampire herself. She's one of out vassals and still pretty damn badass as a high level wizard.

Garin also have twin with Seleyse that should be born sometime soon ish

After looking around, I've found the Master Spy pathfinder prestige class. A character can take it at 8th level, and at the 4th level of the class (11th character level), the master spy gets access to Concealed Thoughts, where they can disguise their surface thoughts to mind reading magic.

They also get access to Magic Aura for the purposes of making something seem non-magical twice a day, and an ability to use skills untrained if they pertain to the profession/person they're pretending to be.

So if this fey creature fooled the brain spider with this prestige class, they're at least 11th level.

If they've got the prestige class maxed out, the spy would have access to a 1 hit kill sneak attack, a toggleable Mind Blank as a supernatural ability, and the ability to fool all divination attempts (with the exception of gods) into thinking they're another creature they've touched.

And this wouldn't even cover whatever they'd have as their creature abilities.
