Well further eastvyou got tribes of bird people and that could sound vaguely like Tengu so say they might bring better luck.

Though honestly who knows? If Africa can be turned into a Island chain complete with Coffee and Chocolate for some reason. I dont see why Japan cant have own continent off screen.

Isn't Africa Sothyros, complete with green northern region followed by impenetrable desert incapable of being traversed even by the greatest empires of antiquity. Ala Greece and Rome trying to punch through the Sahara?

Sothoryos is Africa/Australia/Skull Island.

I was quite pleased with the dinosaurs there.

Ah, speaking about this again ('m waiting on a rare spawn in WoW overnight, I have nothing better to do )...

I think the following makes sense:
[] 3 Search Stations for Planar Trade Route in SD - 1 on each side (1 OV, 1 AK, 1 SD).
[] 5 at major official Inquisiton offices - 1 SD, 1 Tyrosh, 1 Myr, 1 Lys, 1 Braavos (Silver Eye), 1 Pentos.
[] 5 for Scholarums - 2 SD (Shadow Tower, outside and inside, just to be extra sure), 1 Tyrosh, 1 Naath, 1 Tolos.
[] 11 for major trade ports - 3 SD, 2 Braavos, 2 Tyrosh, 2 Myr, 2 Lys.
[] 5 for additional SD buildings/infrastructure (2 for library - common and restricted sections, 1 for Military Academy, 1 for University of... whatever we have there, 1 for Everfire Dale)
[] 8 stations for major Administration assets (1 for Sealord's Palace, 1 for wherever Alinor works, 1 for Lys, 1 for Tyrosh, 1 for Myr, 1 for Pentos, 1 for Tolos, 1 for Naath).

Total: 37 Spontaneous Search stations, with no particular order to priority, but all avaliable/needed at this particular moment (so, no Volantis, or Dornish teleportation circle)

All I got for now.
Sleeeeeep. Waaaant it. But too dedicaaaated to camping naow :C
I remember my WoW days...so much wasted time, but so much fun. Hard to believe it's been over six years since I last played.

Thanks for making this list. It's far too many for us to handle immediately, but we can get started on it this month.

*having throughly failed at finding summon-able teachers for Scholarum*

Anyone has any high-HD (8-10+), low-CR (7 or less) Plant Creatures?

With Wizard Creature put on them, they start using HD as CL (at -2).
And to make them decent teachers, we need but high CL and Diplomacy 12+.

I think we can manage well enough by putting W.Creature and Advanced on more Lotus Leshy, but CL is near-abysmal still then, and so are modifiers less than stellar under new Scholarum system.

And we'll need a lot of such teachers, too.

Roseling were the best I found in terms of plant creatures when it came to intelligence. 2 more int that Lotus leshy.

Metion of those is appreciated, since I looked 'pon the sheet for the first time, and they fit quite nicely in all...
Except for being actual teachers. No Diplomacy :/

Hehehe....you missed the Craft part didnt you?
Roseling: Craft (any one, typically alchemy)

Str 13, Dex 20, Con 18, Int 20, Wis 19, Cha 21

With those stats we can stack any non meatshield template we want on them. Even then Con 18.

"Craft" doesn't seem to be analagous with "Either a social expert enough to convey knowledge without training (Diplo 12 and higher), or has considerable Teaching basis (Profession: Teacher 6 and higher).
:/

...We can make Treants that are Wizard-Creatures. Cap at CR 10 our forge does, have CL 10 (Nice!), but Diplo 9 only (don't get decent modifier as teachers).
Or we can make them Sorcerer-Creatures. Somehow. That adds +4 to their Cha, but still doesn't give enough of a bonus to DIplo to count as teachers. A mere point.
Sorcerers are < than Wizards too.

Or, somehow find a way to grow Fey in MossForge. Specifically, Fungal Nymph, who fits on all accounts even before any additional templates for better teaching... But is fffucking Fey too.

And with limit of 10 CR and us not taking something moronic, that seems to be actually it for written-up Plant Creatures as well.

EDIT: that camping didn't do good things on my mind, maybe. I'm still stuck on about how to make them (or any other) into a mass-ish-produceable Teacher for Scholarum branches.
Which limit of CR 10 on mossforge hurts as a plan. As well as need for CL of 10+ and Diplo 12+.

I think I've said that time and time again. I should stop.

The Roselings are neat... if kinda meta-gamey, a little.

Teaching? No, I want craft monkeys! With this there is not reason not to open a couple dozen Alchemical factories! Not to mass craft rings of Protection from Evil! Just craft a hundred CR10 Craft bots!

As for teachers...Moon Dogs have diplo +18, if we find any offer em teaching jobs!

Also if you just need height Charisma to qualify for diplo bonus you know the Roselings have Cha 21?

Nah! Everything is metagame! Weve been getting every thing that might have survived the sunderring of the heavens, if only for research. Finding a couple petals or even just lore on these things isnt far fetched. Basically just Leshy+

True, weren't we gonna summon a few creatures for the job? Honestly I just saw plants and Wizard creatures and started typing.
I managed to find one (!) creature fit for the job well enough, and it's a mid-to-high CR with lots of personal baggage that don't fit well to teaching large amounts of people.
So no, we aren't.
Phoenixes are shit as teachers of magic in new system, too.

What does the new system call for? Just hight diplo and Knowledge Arcane or something?

Ah... the exact mechanics escape me much.
Ask @TalonofAnathrax, really.

All I got, was that if one wants to have a nice, efficient process of teaching - one should have as big a modifier of "(CL-5) +CL/5 (round down) if the teacher has 12 ranks in Diplomacy or 6 ranks in Profession (teacher)" as one can.
So, high CL (10+), and Diplo = or more than 12.
Also, the type of teacher's magic seems to affect who is taught (Divine = clerics and archivists, Arcane = wizards, etc.) better/more.

Hmmm with CL12 the only way I could see would be to focus any plant creatures on Druid. That's the only way I can see making any CL12 diplo specked creatures on a CR10 limit.

So maybe just put grow the staff for Druid courses. Hire those singing Angel's for Bard class. Angels for Concept Cleric classes. And just settle for mediocre but high volume through oodles of plant teachers in terms Alchemists and assorted others.

Literally no creature has Profession (Teacher).
Any Profession skills on monsters are rare, but no generic creature is that specific. You can search as long as you want there, if you want people with Profession Teacher they have to be individual character who choose to train these skill.

That's like searching for a monster with Profession (Soldier) or Craft (Basketweaving), you will find at most one who has it as a joke o quirk and likely not even that.
