Arranged properly, a Refusal spell would force her to make a Will save to move out of the killbox, while our people would be unaffected. At worst, it doesn't help but also doesn't hinder us. This is an Abjuration, and one that becomes actively more difficult to resist as your spellcasting ability increases.
I'm not really worried about her physically escaping, so it could hinder more than help.
Summoning her into an area affected by Transfix would force her to make another Will save or be Paralyzed. Again, at worst it has no effect, while leaving our people unhindered. A Mind Blank can defeat this one, too, so she might outright ignore it.
She is an Outsider, not a Humanoid.

I don't have any problem with that, though I think it might be a bit more responsible and practical for her maiden voyage to be someone slightly more hospitable, such as Armun Kelisk. We could pick up a Djinni delegation, then head to the Plane of Water.

If we're involving one ally, involving the other presents a united front, and gives us quite a bit of leverage.
 
@Goldfish Though if we're picking up a diplomatic delegation we will probably at least have to hit the local Marid equivalent to an Embassy--which might even be located at Vialesk for all we know. Then while waiting for someone to get around to paying attention to both us and our Djinni allies we can go shopping and hiring.

Reposting to keep track of it. I am going to translate this into final costs and features when we actually finish prototyping each design in turn, similar to the Wyvern information blurb on the front page. I leave artistic imaginings to others, though keep in mind they're enclosed and have thick armored plating. The bridge is also I believe not anywhere prominent in relation to the exterior since illusionary walls display around the entire bridge the surroundings, and presumably can do nifty stuff like zoom in or create an abstraction of the enemy's relative position and tactical disposition that can quickly translate into tactics on the fly.

I wouldn't ever send the Moonchaser off on its own. At a minimum, it should always travel with a flight of Wyverns, a Herald, and a sizeable swarm of Elemental Wyrmlings, along with a crew of PCs.

Speaking of swarms of Elemental Wyrmlings, I would like to put forth a future request for two Heralds and a multitude of Elemental Wyrmlings to serve as a retinue for the Harbinger. The wyrmlings can serve as harrying forces/healers for the Harbinger and the Heralds.
