At this point, our Heart Trees don't need water.
All that is left, is a very deep earth to get their roots into (because Weirwoods metaphysically need that), and some sunlight.

Which, apparently (was that @Deliste who dug up that description of an artificial cavern in-rules?) a simple spell can get us.

Becasue of that, and our near-undispellable CL, I have us grow Heart Trees on PoE as-is.

If anyone capable of dispelling 22CL+ comes near Heart Tree... We have bigger problems then, don't we?
That's fair. It's just my paranoia about that plan because I'd rather we didn't have to make a sunlight item for every tree made in that realm. Also wouldn't anti magic field disrupt the items or just supress them?

Edit: I would just prefer if our trees didn't need sunlight at all. We are already making them cold resistant. Why not go all the way?

@egoo, slight amendment. We also need them to inquire about any lore unique to the City of Brass that may be for sale.

While distastefully acquired, the Efreeti no doubt have accumulated entire libraries of forbidden lore.
Added:
[] Have Malarys and Maelor browse the markets of the Bazaar of Beggars and the City of Brass and let you know about any goods, lore, or even slaves that are unique to the area and that you may be interested in.
-[] Additionaly, have them sufficiently discreetely (to a level not causing suspicions beyond "A mortal wishing for power") inquire about any lore unique to the City of Brass that may be for sale.

[] Return to the city on heavens shore and purchase the two preceptor Archons who were enslaved there. Then task them with creating a curriculum focused on psychology.

Could someone please ask Egoo to add this for me?

I remeber psychological concerns have been brought up a couple times and I can spin this institution like a record.

(Concerning inquisitors and summoned outsiders.)

(I am also not... Entirely comfortable having every psychologist in the empire be the same creature and alignment.)

Again, if something with an Antimagic Field comes by a Heart Tree, something has gone really wrong already.
It wouldn't die from suddenly being cut off from Sunlight either, trees don't work like that.
A week, or somewhere around that, for it to actually die?
Anyway, more than enough time to deal with the problem.

Also, the idea was to use diamond dust to permanence the effect - not an item.
The result should be the same Permanence we have on, say, maneuverability effects on Viserys, only actually Dispellable, since it's gold and not XP?

We have an action to summon Preceptors.

I'd trust any random summons over the two clowns we met in heaven.

Wait so it isn't an item but rather a permanent effect around an area? If that's the case then I don't particularly mind either way. I can drop my underground no sunlight idea then.

Edit: Although if the effect gets dispelled then I am writing my "I told you so " check. Just saying

Speaking of the number of trees. How many trees are we planning on growing in the POE?
[] Have some more Heart Trees grown:
-[] Tree for Riz'Neth in Sothoryos.
-[] Tree for Saan in Basilisk Isles.
-[] Tree for Wyla in Sothoryos.
-[] Tree for Lady Phassen in Myr.
-[] Tree of Healing in Pentos.
-[] Seven trees upon the hills of Andals - one for each Sept we are rebuilding.
-[] Tree for Opaline Vault in Plane of Earth.

--[] A source of constant Daylight for the tree has to be bought, or permanently enchanted (via diamond dust and excessive CL) onto the tree.
--[] Take care to inform the officials of the particularities the holy trees of Old Gods hold, and the depth to which their roots go - so as to ensure that you do not inadvertedly damage anything.
-[] Tree grown under your Xorn allies' care on Plane of Earth
--[] A source of constant Daylight for the tree has to be bought, or permanently enchanted (via diamond dust and excessive CL) onto the tree.
1 in OV's place for Gods (while being careful not to ruin anything and telling officials beforehand of the depth roots go to)
1 in Xor's care.

Are we teaching anyone how to grow trees? Please tell me we aren't.
...I would have specified if we were. Have some faith in me, dude.
That's OGs lore to share to begin with, anyway.

for that matter you can train mortal therapists.
[] With the Outsiders that you plan on summoning this month, a lot of help can be given to those in need...
-[] Have the summoned Preceptor Archons, and some Phoenixes, set up a system of mental help to citizens of your Empire, from deep-routed trauma, to effects of Eldritch magic and Deep Ones' influence.
--[] Leave the general detail to the experts (summons), with obvious exception of them all following the laws of your realm... And not interfering with each-other's work, like those two you met upon broken Heaven.
Relevant part enlarged and colored.
This is coming from Snowfire himself, so I have very little desire to further go about this before we get some recommendations on organisation from them in a month or two...

Or not at all, tbh.
This is getting way too background for my tastes.

Thank you thank you thank you.

...so far, but 5 people indicated having read the list (I'm having some faith in Duesal and Goldfish) in one way or another.

Please keep comments coming.
Even a simple "I don't see any problems with this" is very good/relaxing to hear, guaranteeing no further problem with pushing something through to a completion.

And again, I'm open to discussion here.
I'm avaliable... for about an hour more today tonight for sure.

I haven't given it a thorough read through, since I'm at work.

I'll let you know if I see any issues in an hour or two, if I'm able.

It looks good. Granted I'd rather not talk to Danielle but that is more due to how salty I am and nothing to do with anything else. You have done a fine job. It all looks good.

Yeeeah, I have to agree with you on that.
Those notions of us interacting with her and Lucan next turn, that were floated uo yesterday...
Kinda made me twitch more than once.

Still, Winter is something we, hopefully, can interact against without morality-hammers or politics thrown into our faces.

...I've not entirely gone out of Conclave-salt yet, no.

I think we could interact positively with Danelle and her adventurer friends, but I won't be bothered if we choose not to make the attempt.

Also as a note I agree wth @egoo. This is being voted on now and having an argument about it two weeks from now is going to be the opposite of productive. So speak now or forever(or for a month) hold your silence.
