You will need the action from the Godcraftin tab that pokes Weirwoods for that. That action alone might give you the necessary knowledge or unlock the project for it.
Okay, that focuses our efforts by quite a lot.

Also, @Azel, does Maron the Archon have advice on what visitors usually say to the devils to be allowed entry? Is explaining we're traders normal?

Moran hasn't done this very often himself, as he used to stick to the city itself, so he doesn't feel comfortable giving you too detailed advice.

From what he knows, traders mostly come over the Court of Travellers, though some other groups occasionally venture outside into the wastelands for one reason or another. Just remember that the more complicated your tale, the easier you can stumble over it.

we could be displaced merchants, now looking for merchandise to make good on our losses ...
We are conspicious as hell, best have some reason for the mindblanks, the Khyber cloaks and the 'Sense Motive tells me he's my bestest friend'.

I have no idea how to go about it but I would love to at some point in the future be powerful enough to drag the pit fiend out of his fortress in Heaven then scrafice him to creat a gaint heart tree in the center of Heaven shore freeing them from their pact with the Hells.

Duly noted.

Fortunately none of these devils should have True Sight.

It's not unreasonable to simply be merchants who want to poke at Heaven's Markets.

Why are we well-equipped? Because this place is dangerous as hell, and teleporting anywhere around here is a bad idea. We had to protect ourselves on the way here.

The lead guard Devil approaching us is an Erinyes. ;)

Preliminary plan. Thoughts and suggestions?

[X] Plan "Nothing to see here..."
-[X] We will venture to the Court of Travelers. Of all the places we might best find our footing in Heaven's Shore, a market that caters to travelers and traders seems most promising. We still know far too little of the lay of the land to seek out more interesting locales.
-[X] Greet the Devils respectfully, as befits their duty, then use the full weight of Viserys' Knowledge(The Planes) and his social acumen to navigate the encounter with an aim toward minimizing suspicion as best we can and without making ourselves any more memorable than necessary.
--[X] If questioned about our intentions, we are headed to the Court of Travelers, where we intend to peruse the markets and speak with the established traders. We often act as traders ourselves, as opportunities present themselves, and we're always on the lookout for a bit of profit.
--[X] Give false names and backgrounds, if necessary, but not complex ones. The Devils shouldn't expect honesty here, but they might be suspicious if we are too willing to share with them.
--[X] We have acquired the services of a Lantern Archon familiar with the area to act as a guide on our visit.
-[X] Viserys and Dany will all be disguised via Cloak of Khyber augmented glamours, altering their general appearances. Viserys' cloak will be most carefully disguised so as to not rouse suspicion.

I am strictly against trying to hide our identity here. Were a power player and we have people who can be subtle. Here it is time to throw our weight around.

"For matters more mercantile, there are two locations. The Taxation Office collects the tithes owed to Asmodeus for his protection and around it has sprung up a market of sorts where petitioners, angels and devils sell themselves or each other for coin." Your face remains calm at the image these words conjure, but you need not to glance to your sister to know hers will show wrath worthy of a Fury. Even Heaven sports a slave market, as if the entire universe has conspired to run on collars and chains.
I know this is horrible but YES.

Time to turn a tremendous amount of liquid cash into powerful followers!

And oooo! We can practice debt forgiveness!

"We remember you Ill-Wreaker, Singer of False Songs,"
"If it has a name that means it can die :V."

"That would be the Court of Creeds where the temples of the gods still stand. They are not as grand as they used to be and I can not say that I approve of all of those who made temples there, but it is a place of hope and comfort for the many people living around it."
We... need to get over a misotheism. It is starting to become a hindrance.

And as if summoned, the guards come. "They are on the way." Richard's calm voice sounds beside you as he points downward. From the wall rise a number of shapes and after a brief moment, you recognize them. A dozen Magaavs make up the bulk of the force, their four decaying wings making up with strength what they lack in grace in the air. Among them flutter smaller shapes, Zebubs if you are not mistaken, and roughly six of them at that. The lead however takes a far more familiar shape. That of an Erinyes, though this one bears wings that seem to be alight with flame.
A servant of Asmodeus then? Well they are here to harass us no doubt, I wanna see how far they are willing to push their survival instinct.

We were explicitly warned against making waves here. If you want to negotiate with the reigning Pit Fiend then that's a different story.

@Goldfish I would like to suggest one last time, let's not bother with disguises? We always end up breaking our spines trying to fool people in all the wrong ways, and then we just drop them having gained for practically nothing and payed dearly in opportunity.

I will also point out that they will immediately see right through the measures your voting for.

Am I the only one who wants to go to heavens farmers market to poke around for produce and seeds?

(Note: Also starting the petition again for more Dawn Fruit Orchards. Now with more options! Let's get more heavenly trees on Planefos than in heaven!...which is not looking particularly difficult right now. Got damn the sad.)

I'm not trying for complex false personas or anything, but merely hiding our identities and appearances. That's just common sense when you've pissed off as many powerful Devils as we have.

We are actually telling them the complete truth about our intentions, which is the best part. Can't get caught in a lie if you aren't lying. Cloak of Khyber will keep them from literally seeing through our glamours. We really must hide the Artifact Cloak made from the skinned Archduke of Hell Avatar.

Thanks for reminding me I need to include in the vote that Viserys gives false names for the party, too. Wouldn't want to risk any of those "That bastard Viserys!" memes coming true.
@Goldfish, please add us going to the library to purchase heavenly lore. That's a major reason we're here.
We can do that before we leave. This vote is just for where we are going now. We'll be here long enough that there will be more choices to be made.

I find no use in disguising only half the party
Richard has a full helm to hide his identity, Yrael is a Fallen Archon, Mereth is an Erinyes, and Moran is a glowing ball of light with wings. Disguising them is superflous.

Additionally, only Viserys and Dany could conceivably have Cloak of Khyber on them, so they're the ones being disguised.

Alright, so long as we definitely get that lore before we take off. In addition to tomes on history I'm also hoping for a comprehensive map of the celestial planes as they used to be and an updated map of what they are now (for the purposes of locating more cities to visit later).
