I mean, it makes sense. It's not like we wouldn't have done the same things. This puts us back at the point we wanted: a chance to actually reply to Danelle's accusations without being completely stonewalled.I...was under the impressing we were just retconning the entire update, but ok. This can be worked with.

Where are we right now even? I have no idea what's going on.
I don't know how that can possibly be more FUBAR to forming a coherent plan though.
Yes. The entire vote I wrote was written in the wrong narrative frame of reference. I'd like the opportunity for us to write one that's not so screwed up in that regard.
@DragonParadox, Vee's Legendary Item doesn't appear on her character sheet. Where can I find it, and could it be added to her sheet please?
I'm not sure how much compromise can reached in a meeting, tbh. The Old Gods wanting their pound of flesh is going to be major sticking point, I think.
Hm. Snowfire, are you certain that you want to delete the entire update? That feels ridiculous. IMO we should be cutting after Dannelle's first tirade, not retroactively changing our vote!
We didn't have much of an IC reason to, you see. Now it feels like we're relying on OOC information.
All I'd hoped for was to avoid the hamfisted nature of the last update's first version, and then setup a better resolution to this whole mess adapted to the story DP wanted to tell.
Qs:
Does Dany still have the harp?
Old Ghiscari book
2 unknown books

They could be convinced to take it in magic instead of flesh, and Danelle has been noted to believe in recompense for wrongs done, so if we convince her the Seven owe the old gods, for the crimes of the Andal invasion, we might either see her convince the Seven, to be ready to pay some recompense to the old gods to make peace, or we might see her become disillusioned with her gods, as they refuse to acknowledge their own sins.I'm not sure how much compromise can reached in a meeting, tbh. *starts hyperventilating*The edits are done to the point @Snowfire pointed out initially. The vote is open on the main story-line. Hopefully we can get though this alright.
Read the last few updates to re ground yourself.Welp, there goes literally my entire understanding of the situation. I have no idea where to go from here. Like, we just spent almost a hundred pages debating the morality of the kidnappings, and now all Danelle wants to know is if they're safe. I mean, do we want to start out by assuring her we meant no lasting harm? Jump straight to explaining why we did what we did? Even the impetus for releasing them is gone, since we've no longer been accused of being a horrible person. I don't even remember what we wanted out of this anymore.
@DragonParadox @Snowfire IM not banging on the decision, just feeling suddenly lost. Don't mind me.

She does yes and I think all the books have been subsequently identified. I remember you guys took them to Tor at once point.

I... would really love to know when things began to diverge that much. You of all people were always conscious of the difference between talking to a person and talking to a vaguely person shaped piece of plot...There was a different narrative frame of reference in play when that vote was written. If I'd known that, the vote I wrote would have been entirely different.
My OOC reasoning would have been different, and so the vote would have been different too.
